I’m glad I found this on Uber eats. Clean and fresh oxtails. Amazing taste. AND The least expensive in the area. I loved it. Thank you for cooking food and pricing it fair. Update: this place is so tasty. I ordered with white rice and ground provision and omg delicious. Ground provision is produce. Like green banana , yuca, Yautia, potatoes. So good. Next time I’ll order with ground provision and steam veggies. Make it full keto 😏. Even their white rice is delicious. Order now! They run out of oxtail by 1 pm at times. I ordered at 11 am hahaha

Wow wow....freaking WOW. I ordered from here on Uber Eats and I'm always skeptical because Jamaican places are usually a hit or miss. Baby....this was a HIT!! From the moment I called on the phone to make sure they had cow foot that day, she was sooooo nice. Then the food arrived and GOOD God!!! Amazing. The Oxtail, Curry Goat, and Cow Foot....Amazing!!! Look no further!!! 20 out of 10 recommend!!

First time eating here I ordered the curry chicken with rice & peas, jerk chicken with rice & peas and a chicken soup (got lunch & dinner) EVERYTHING was soooo good! It’s hard finding good Jamaican food on NJ but this spot is it! Being Jamaican & moving from NYC the heart of where dang near every Jamaican spot is good I spent hundreds on disgusting Jamaican food out here in NJ but I finally found a place with GREAT authentic Jamaican food! I can’t wait to taste the rest of the things on the menu!

They have the best oxtail. It was cooked with so much love. Whoever is cooking definitely got taught by their grandma. The customer service is always nice. I wish they were open longer though. Everytime I want to go they’re closed

Delicious food, excellent customer service. Mr. Bones is the best, you will not get this taste anywhere else. Top notch, top of the line, finger licking food. Go out and support, you will not regret or forget.

Tried to the oxtails one morning, great taste and price…heading back again today 🙌🏽 would’ve been that much more if they stayed open later lol

all Jamaican restaurants I’ve tried. Very authentic tasting and consistent. As a Jamaican myself I have been searching for a restaurant this delicious since I’ve moved to Jersey. I was about to give up until I found this restaurant! I order almost everyday. My biggest regret was buying a mini Curry chicken today instead of a large. I’ve had oxtails(omg so worth it) curry goat(yum) curry chicken (love) stew chicken (so tender and juicy) and the jerk chicken which is also good. Safe to say I love it here!!!

Best jerk pork and curry goat spot. I eat out 2-3 times weekly due to the demands of my life. I support them weekly. With my crazy shift, I can go to Bones at 7 am and pick up lunch meals and breakfast. Really a staple for the working class and middle class in Newark and surrounding communities. Plus as law enforcement, I feel like that spot is safer in and out and fast service too.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant maybe 3-4 times on Uber Eats. So far I’ve tried their jerk chicken and their stew chicken. The chicken is always tender and flavorful. Their veggies and rice are also well cooked and not too dry or hard. I look forward to trying their oxtails and curry chicken eventually.

Was looking for authentic food and I found it! Bones Kitchen food is very tasty and delicious. If I were to rate just the food taste, it would be 5/5. The lady behind the counter is an angel. she is very nice and attentive. Their soups are amazing! this visit i wanted to try out something else and went for the oxtail. It was so tender and well cooked. the flavors is what sets it all apart. The place seems very clean and somewhere I can definitely eat again. instead of eating overly processed food. come and try out some home style cooking that will have you coming back again and again. 4/5 - there are certain elements to a restaurants missing. again if this review was for the food, i would give it 5/5.
