This was an awful experience and an utter waste of time. I arrived for my appointment a bit earlier so I could take care of any paperwork and was greeted by Alex who seemed as if he had no time for me whatsoever. I felt rushed the entire time and was told afterward that I would be charged $200 for a 15 minute consult even though we had scheduled a time for me to come back for the actual acupuncture treatment. Completely unprofessional and a lack of communication. I had hoped I had found a neighborhood place where I could recommend to friends but sadly this was not the case.

I’ve been coming here for about a month, twice a week. It’s so relaxing and I always leave feeling refreshed. The best part is my insurance covers the treatment so I can go as many times as I need without worrying about the cost. Highly recommend!

Alex and Lisa are two of the most talented and gifted practitioners of acupuncture there is. The care they give, the time they put into it and the love they spread deserves to be recognized as one of the best acupuncture centers I’ve ever been too. Their treatments are painless, relaxing and very effective. True professionals and masters of Asian Medicine. Garden Acupuncture, support it, give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re ever in Brooklyn or the state of New York in general, you cannot go wrong by visiting this office. The only thing better than the calm and inviting environment, are the knowledgeable people that work there. 10/10 recommend.

Garden Acupuncture is such a gem! Being able to have acupuncture, herbs, and ozone therapy all in one place, with providers who truly understand holistic health care, is absolutely amazing. On top of that, the office and treatment rooms are super clean and Lisa and Alex are warm and friendly. I'm grateful that their practice takes insurance, as it's been a key ingredient in my ability to have long term treatment over the years.

Highly recommend!! All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and very caring in treating your ailments. You're not assigned to one acupuncturist specifically, it's more like a co-op and at first I was skeptical if I'd receive good or consistent treatment, but now after being a regular for about a year now I recognize that's the beauty of this place! It's incredible to experience different approaches to the same ailments. Each of the acupuncturists have their own "style" (if that's the right word) and are very effective. I notice a huge difference, specifically in my gut, stress, and musculoskeletal system, when I'm going to acupuncture regularly.

I had lower back pain that didn’t want to go away. After a few weeks of acupuncture , an d cupping, as well as lots of stretching I feel great!

I love it here. It doesn’t matter which practitioner you get- everyone is fantastic and shares info about your last visit so there is continuity. Everything is very clean and calming and there is attention to your comfort. (And for Covid times: everything is very sanitary and socially distanced. I highly recommend.)

Amazing place to get acupuncture. We had to unexpectedly move out of state and I miss Garden Acupuncture every week. The location is very convenient and the team is kind and knowledgeable.

I was delighted with this clinic. I stopped by out of the blue, while visiting NYC, on the off chance that they might be able to give me some acupuncture on the spot -- and I was in luck! However, things only got better as my session began, when I was introduced to Dr. Winsauer, who proved to be as knowledgeable as he was personable. He not only administered a great, custom acupuncture treatment (literally to a man off the street, as it were), but he passed along some valuable information for me personally, too. Likewise, the office itself was clean, and soulfully decorated. Furthermore, my treatment included subtle touches that just made it altogether satisfying, in a rare way that I quite appreciated. Afterward, I was checked out by an equally friendly receptionist, and I left feeling contented and cared-for. In the end, I got a superb treatment, and some good, meaningful conversation to boot. If ever in the area again, I would gladly return to Garden Acupuncture. My sincere thanks to all associated with this clinic. Keep up the good work :)

Garden Acupuncture is professional, knowledgeable , the staff is friendly and the office is beautiful. I have felt results with every visit. I've been there to treat a shoulder injury,, back pain, stress and even a cold. I also credit them for getting my labor started! They have extensive knowledge when it comes to fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care.

Garden acupuncture is great. Their office and treatment rooms are very clean and have a cozy feel. I've seen each of the acupuncturists at this office and they are all very knowledgeable and good at their profession. I also like that they have late evening hours and weekend appointments for my ever changing schedule. They've taken both of my insurances over the past year and I've been lucky to have low co-payments. As for the treatment, I've had chronic back pain from work, a toddler and life in general. I've spent years going to physical therapists and chiropractors, but have had the best results from acupuncture. I had relief from my very first visit, but I also go regularly to keep up with my health. Highly recommend this practice!

The front office ladies are detailed and professional. All of the acupuncturists that I met with are great. I feel comfortable with any of them. The acupuncturists discuss my individualized plan and thoroughly answer any questions I have.

I highly recommend Garden Acupuncture! I "didn't believe in acupuncture" when I first walked through their doors a few months ago. But I thought I'd give it a shot after being told my FSH levels were too high for IVF. About three months later, my levels had plummeted, and it was like I had turned back time 5 years. Bizarre, and truly awesome. I stuck with them through two egg retrievals, a transfer and now have an early (fingers crossed) positive pregnancy test. They are true professionals and will patiently work through annoying insurance issues when they pop up.

When I went to Acupuncture Garden I wasn’t sure what I was going to find or how I was going to feel. That changed very quickly on my first visit with the long questionnaire it was filled. It showed me they care of your medical history and according to it the treatment is done for your needs. I’m very glad I go to meet Lisa and Alex the professionalism and friendliness are super, very knowledgeable they answer all your question no matters how silly you think they are. I recommend to give a try to an out of the normal medicine treatment. I felt improvement in me almost immediately. I gladly give them 5 stars review
