never answer the phone. could have saved a trip. other stores pickup, but Broad st never answers

Amazing how this place has been here as long as it has considering how awful their employees treat the customers. Persia for some reason felt it needed to make racist remarks and even drop my preorder so now it isnt turning. Waiting on assistance from corporate. I do not recommend coming to this store ever.

The staff in GameStop store is rude as hell And very unprofessional even the manager is unprofessional..smh

This purple haired manager needs to be fired or moved to another store. Her attitude and behavior has truly damaged the reputation and pride of a gamestop that once was amazing. She needs to go!

I called and requested them to hold an item for me. after they told me they would hold the item I drove over 45 minutes to come to the store. when I got to the store they told me that the item was pre ordered for somebody else. although it's been over 72 hours since they were supposed to pick it up they still would not sell me the item. complete waste of time and accomplished nothing on my trip to this game stop don't ever come here

This has become the worst gamestop. This current staff is a complete joke. The purple weave manager is by far the worst manager in any retail store. Her staff are completely disrespectful and lazy. Barely do a job, they don't deserve any customers hard earned money. They need to be replaced ASAP.

It's an iffy location but the game selection and consoles / accessories are updated and pretty decent. There's a lot of selection it's just the area around can get crowded. Got a used game for my nephew which I had to exchange... No problem and the staff was nice enough to suggest other choices and patient while I was still deciding which one to get. Overall a smooth transaction.

If there was a 0 star button I would select that one. If I was you I’d take my money to another game stop. Even if you have a trade in… any other game stop is better than this one. This is your warning not to waste your money or time with this location. You will be disappointed.

I give it a three star due to the fact I had different experiences both good and bad with both employees and the managers. I think the women that use to work there are the worse but most recently last month it was two cool guys in the front that had good customer service

had an order for pick up and the guy wouldn't go back and get item for me. told me it wasn't ready yet (no one else in store). What if i came into store and just wanted to purchase the item? all he would do was cancel the order. Merry Christmas you bum.

This place is ok but if u have a car and have the opportunity to go somewhere else I would suggest going somewhere else but if u are a bus person and have no other choice then this place is ok to go to

This place sucks do yourself a favor and go to absolutely any other location before coming here. They probably will be closed for no reason regardless

These lazy mf closed the store super early at 7 when clearly they close at 9 I came to pick up my sons gift for Christmas and they wouldn’t let me in they also went ahead and canceled my order and now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back honestly these guys should get fired also taking this to corporate

Closed at 7:50pm when it supposed to be opened till 9 with two employees still inside on their phones.

Over the years the staff has changed, been good, great, and not so great but currently it's pretty good. My issue with this gamestop is the selection of games have went down in quality over the years, I hope it doesn't go anywhere

Every time I go to GameStop, I feel very excited ever since I was 5 years old to buy games for my Nintendo Wii, and now I buy games for my Wii, Switch and PS4.

Game stop is great with their variety of games and accessories, however they can be on the more expensive side and remember to bring a bag with you to put your purchases in because they no longer provide bags for your purchases. They have their game stop bags available for purchase for $1.00 if you happen to not have your own bag.

I look inside it look like a nice place to buy something

The Guy Had the wrong prices stocked on the shelves. When I got to the register everything was more than listed. He then rang my order as cash when I specifically requested debt. Remarked that he could not change it and I really wanted the game so I had to use all of my cash and was unable to get change for the bus to get home on time because I had no cash.

There's a girl that works here, I forgot her name (sorry!), who is so incredibly helpful. I had ordered a controller for my sister, and it got lost in their system. She had the item, but she couldn't check it out for me. This young woman called them and sorted it out, then called me and let me know it was all ready to go. The fact that she took the time to figure it out, and was so kind and apologetic during the entire process, really made an impression on me. You don't get that from a lot of places these days. I was impressed with their stock as well. The o ly bad thing, through no fault of their own, is that there's literally no parking near the store. I double parked out front haha

My experience at this GameStop is always a great one! I go there a few times a week for pops and collectibles. The manager Kristine and her employees are always so helpful in helping me find what I want and making shopping so easy! I recommend going to this GameStop if you’re looking for great products and a great shopping experience! Thank you guys 🙌🏼

This the best place that my son enjoy all his games and bcos of that he keeps him at home.
