My daughter had highlights and a hair cut done here about 2 weeks ago. The haircut portion was not even and needed to be cleaned up. Needless to say, we had to wait almost 2 weeks to have her scheduled in to have it fixed. We show up today for our 4:30pm appointment only to be told we have to wait an additional 15 mins because our stylist is behind schedule. Turns out, stylist finishes one customer and moves onto to her next customer without taking my daughter in for her 4:30pm appointment. Stylist asks us to come in later that evening to wait till she is done with customer with highlights or come in next day at 5:30pm. Talk about unequal treatment as a current customer. Very obvious since she was not making any money off of my daughter, we had to wait for stylist to finish her revenue generating customers. Talk about unprofessional and feeling very degraded as a customer. Will never go back again. Money is first priority and customer value is last. Appointments are just for show. I would think twice before booking at this place.

Modern Images is a great place for getting your haircut, upgrading your style. Everyone there is very professional and courteous. I have never had a bad experience. The prices are reasonable depending on what you might want done. It has a very clean environment and comfortable.

I called twice to schedule an appointment. I never got one. The lady who answered kept saying that they'll call back and they never did. I've been waiting 4 days. Needles to say, I'll be going to another salon.

Edna was wonderful. She gave me the best hair cut...she listened to me and did as I asked.

My wife and grandaughter have gone there a long time and they love it. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Louie is the best!! Great personality and does a great job every time! She does blonde, burnette, electric colors you name it she can do it! Lourie is the girl to go to!

I was recommended by a co-worker to see Yesenia for my mani's and pedi's there at Modern Images. This was about 5 months ago and have yet to be dissatisfied. She works around my busy schedule and is always a lot fun and definitely lots of laughs with her. Most of all I appreciate her professionalism. She doesn't let anyone or anything distract her. She devotes all her time to me. Thank you Yesenia for such a great job.

Very nice, spacious and super friendly. Great customer service and the stylists keep up with the trends on hair and fashion. Fabian has been my hair stylist for the last 17 years. Best colorist and hair stylist in the Valley!!
