If you're looking for a place to get pierced, this is it 10/10. It was my first time here and I had a really nice experience at this place. The place has a very calm and clean atmosphere, and it's really nice as it's just you, Erick, and Jessica. Jessica was very friendly and welcoming as I got there. Erick and Jessica were both really great at explaining everything (from different jewelry materials, anodizing jewelry, aftercare and healing, steps during the procedure, and payments). During the appointment, they would both ask if I was okay with everything that was being done, if I needed anything, and if I was okay. They both put alot of detail and focus on their work (and you) and you can just tell that they love what they do. Thank you both for a wonderful job and being so great. You guys make a really awesome duo and I wish nothing but the best for you both and your business :)

Best Experience Ever!!!! Erick & Jessica made me feel so welcome from the moment I called the shop, to the moment I came in & left after my appointment! They completely understood my situation, talked me through the entire process & fixed what needed to be fixed!!! Not to mention I left with a Super Cute New Nose Piercing & Jewelry!!! Definitely worth my money! You get what you pay for! I was looking for a place that did piercings and sold jewelry. This place was the first one to pop up. The staff Jessica was so patient and friendly in answering all my questions. I booked my appointment and when i went to the place I loved that they have the door lock policy. This prevented distractions and they focus truly on you. Erick and Jessica were so welcoming and explained everything in detail regarding the piercings and steps for aftercare. In general they are professional about everything. I loved that Erick takes a look at the anatomy of you ear before doing anything. Another thing I loved was that they sterilized everything they used and show you the sterilized tests before putting anything on you. If you're looking for a place, this is definitely the one I recommend.

I wish I could perfectly articulate my experience here with just words and this limited text box but what I can say is, it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They offered water and snacks, and Erick extensively discussed what would work with my anatomy, the origination of the jewelry, and the jewelry materials. Jessica discussed the preparation and aftercare, quotes for the jewelry, and any other inquiries I may have had. Erick and Jessica are charming and knowledgeable people who treat piercing procedures with the care of an invasive surgical procedure.

Absolutely the cleanest and most comfortable experience I've ever had! Expect to be greeted warmly by Jessica when entering :). The diversity in jewlery and venders that they support (all handmade American and Canadian) IS STUNNING! They helped me pick the perfect conch piercing, and Erick was very gentle and thorough the entire time I was here. They also talked me through how to properly clean and care for my peircing, I even learned some new stuff even after being peirced so much. Highly recommend if you want to get quality peircing for a quality price. My whole set, including the price of jewlery, came out around 450. It's pricy but the quality is worth it!

I came for an industrial piercing and I would highly recommend them. Please please please don’t go anywhere else but them. Erick and Jessica do not play around when it comes to keeping everything sterile. They walked me through the process and everything. Erick is super knowledgeable about his work. I had no idea that so much played a role into a piercing. I had a bad experience as a teen but this time around it went super good that I can’t wait to come back and get another. From now on I will only recommend them for a piercing. So if you are like me who was super nervous but exited to get a piercing but had a bad experience before please come with them. I will from now on come to only them.

I would highly, highly recommend this place if you are looking for not only quality jewelry, but also a true piercing artist! Erick is amazing at what he does! The shop is super clean and Jessica does an awesome job at making sure you have water and a snack if needed! Jessica and Erick run a fantastic business and are so warm and caring! This will be the only place I go in the valley!

I had my septum done about a month ago here, and the experience was definitely the best I've ever had! There was a good display of pieces to pick from, they explained the different price points, the piercing room and tools were sanitary, the pair was welcoming and offered snacks, and lastly, they left me a giftbag to send me off after the session was complete. The aftercare was also very easy, and my piercing has healed smoothly! I will definitely be coming back to this shop 10/10
