I
highly
recommend
Valley
Regional
Medical
Center.
I
was
here
from
Aug
14-
19
due
to
diverticulitis,
ovarian
cyst,
infection
and
fatty
liver
and
was
in
horrible
pain.
Everybody
was
so
wonderful
from
the
moment
I
walked
in
till
I
was
released.
That
includes
front
desk,
doctors,
nurses,
techs,
cafeteria
people
and
cleaning
personnel.
Everyone
made
me
feel
taken
care
of
making
sure
I
was
always
getting
meds
on
time
and
were
there
checking
on
me
making
sure
I
was
doing
better.
For
a
person
who’s
scared
of
needles
Mari
Carmen
did
an
awesome
job
when
poking
I
barely
felt
anything.
This
girl
knows
what
she’s
talking
about
and
what
she’s
doing
and
I
could
see
the
confidence
in
her.
I’d
also
like
to
mention
Lisa
Palomino,
I
believe
was
her
name.
She
checked
my
vitals
during
the
night
time.
Even-though
she
could
of
just
walked
in
there
and
done
her
job
and
left
I
saw
how
she
went
above
and
beyond
to
help
me
get
up
and
waited
there
patiently
making
sure
I
was
ok
with
out
me
having
to
ask.
Her
heart
is
in
the
right
place.
I
can
tell
she
loves
what
she
does😊.
Raquel
Robledo
did
a
great
job
as
well.
She
engaged
in
conversation
the
moment
she
walked
in
asking
about
my
health
issues
how
I
was
doing
wishing
me
I
get
better
and
she
still
remembered
details
the
next
time
I
saw
her.
That
makes
a
patient
feel
cared
for
and
that
we’re
not
just
one
of
many
that
they
want
out
of
there
already.
Last
but
not
least,
I’d
like
to
commend
Mr.
Saul
Salinas
who
I
believe
is
the
2nd
floor
supervisor.
He
personally
went
to
my
room
and
asked
how
everyone
was
treating
me
and
making
sure
I
was
well
taken
care
of
and
opened
to
any
suggestions
or
complaints.
Im
sure
I
was
one
of
many
patients
on
that
one
floor
alone
and
he
could
of
easily
skipped
me.
I
believe
that
what
he
is
doing
is
KEY
to
a
successful
work
place,
specially
in
a
hospital
when
dealing
with
people’s
health.
This
type
of
supervisor
work
skills
are
important
as
they
bring
accountability
and
provide
more
excellent
services.
Once
again
thank
you
all!
After
almost
a
week
of
being
there,
I
was
able
to
return
to
my
kids
and
to
my
job
a
few
lbs
lighter
😂
lol.
