Room itself is modern look and has new appliances which were amazing, however staffs there were so rude and had unwelcome attitudes. If you don’t wanna work, why don’t you stay at home? Instead of making my stay better, staffs ruined our vacation so we ended up asking Hilton customer service to transfer us to different Hilton location so that we DO NOT NEED RUIN our vacation, which was the great idea. Even tho we ended up paying extra $$, transferring to Double Three by Hilton at downtown was great decision we made as staffs there were at least welcoming us and had intentions to help us when we need. Once again, room was great, and amenities such as free parking, breakfast and pool were also amazing, it’s just staffs had attitude.

Nice hotel. Has indoor pool and hot tub. Large selection for breakfast though seating area was very crowded and not enough tables. They had person to make waffles. Had large shop with food and drinks for purchase. Had 8 floors and 3 elevators so no waiting. Has plenty of electric car charging station. Staff friendly and no issue getting digital key.

I had a fairly mixed bag with my stay at this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, and the staff were amazing. I have no complaints with the check in/out process, parking was easy, and the atmosphere was welcoming. But the room needed some serious attention to detail. It was not as clean as it should have been. Nearly all the dishes in the kitchen area were smudged or improperly washed, making me feel apprehensive about using them. Some of the additional utensils located in the drawers were downright dirty. The spatula was caked with what looked like egg? I'm not sure. In the room proper, the desk chair was disgusting. It looked as if someone had been sweating profusely while sitting in it, and needed to be thrown out. I felt dirty just touching it. This is inexcusable. Did staff not glance at the chair when vacuuming? It made me wonder if they vacuumed at all, then. I'm fairly confident I will not book here again. We're experiencing a global health crisis and I put my faith in the hotel that my room would be clean and safe. It did not feel that way. I likely can't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family, either, simply because of the dirty kitchen area and the disgusting, revolting desk chair. It's a shame, too, because the staff were absolutely wonderful at the front desk. But I just didn't feel the hotel was nearly as clean in the room as it should have been. This wouldn't have been an okay standard outside a pandemic, let alone right now.

Had an awful experience.👎👎👎❗️❗️❗️ Me and my husband waited for this vacation for a long time, we stayed for 9 days, it was supposed to be a nice summer vacation but someone stole my silk robe from my drawer in our room. For me the silk robe had a huge sentimental value. I bought it in Turkey in 2013 at money raising event for orphan children care for the triple price of the actual robe price. I kept it until this year, it was beautiful, shiny, quality hand made silk robe with laces. I wore it 2 days in the hotel, on the 3 rd day when we went out someone stole it from my drawer. The rest 6 days were awful experience. Every single day I talked to house keeping manager, front desk agents , the lady who cleans our room every day. No one helped. Before I left the hotel, I asked a compensation. I was told I can leave, after one day they will call me to update the status of my lost robe. No one called. After I came home, I kept calling for 3 weeks, none of the managers picked up the phone. Front desk manager gave the card of Amy Tassio- General Manager and Stacy Gaston- Director of Sales, I tried to reach them via phone but they never picked up their phone. I left voice messages but never received a message back. Truly had an awful experience. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to spend your long-awaited vacation.

From past experience in California Hilton hotels I was expecting for the hotel to be smelling, dirty and rude staff.. I would highly recommend the hotel as the staff is amazing very professional. The rooms are extremely clean and the noise level was Amazon.. AC was so cold and no noise what so ever. The kids had an amazing time in the pool. To top it off we had an amazing view. Lake outside our window. The breakfast was not bad. They do offer a a large amount of options for breakfast kids and adults will enjoy.. over all the best hotel experience in California so far… not to mention the free parking Indoor or outside. Also very close to Santa Monica and universal studios.. great hotel great staff will definitely be back..

A mix of feelings this one. Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. But a dirty room makes all the difference. We contacted the Hotel for housekeeping, specifically mentioned the dirty, sticky and filthy floor in the bathroom. They did not apologize, but did send housekeeping. The result: freshly moped, no real cleaning. The picture shows the bathroom floor after using a wet tissue for a few second … the small circle shows the real color of the bathroom tiles. This a management problem, not seeing this kind of dirt in a 5 year old Hotel. If they solve their dirt problem, then they could be a 5-star hotel.

I absolutely fell in love with the room it was love at first sight! Then find out there was no stove and they offer a one burner electric stove I say well at least I can try to make it work. Then every time they done housekeeping man! These people can’t care any less!!! Shampoo and shower gel is always missing they never bring soap for dishes they just throw all my stuff on the couch sometimes on the floor and they don’t even help out with dishes or run the dishwasher we travel a lot for work and been to many hotels but you guys need to really take a look at the cleaning cuz is not being done properly! We stay for over a month! And I believe we paid a lot of money which should include a good clean room with amenities as promise! Breakfast is always so full!!! There is not enough space for all the people when breakfast is being serve. Laundry is tiny! There is a door that leads to another room. Good things: Great furniture that complements the room and move around! Shower is great! Closet spacious lots of storage spaces and fridge is a good size.

update: 2 dogs keep barking very loud in the room from 8AM to 2PM. But one of the staffs said “you know we’re a pet friendly hotel, so we can do nothing”. No stars!!! The worst hotel experience I've ever had. As a Hilton Honor diamond member, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! When I went back to my room to draw the curtain at night, the metal part of the curtain fell off completely and hit my head and arm. I called the front desk. The white man in the front desk said he’ll report it. I don't know if he's racist. He was so arrogant and his attitude made me so uncomfortable. I said the falling part hit me and also the broken curtain keep opening which will make the room very bright in the early morning. He said no one was working, engineers’ll check it tomorrow morning. I was really shocked, the hotel staff heard that I had been hit by a falling part of the hotel, just saying “I’ll report it. “ If so, the 24 hour front desk is unnecessary and meaningless, the hotel can just put a reporting robot in the front desk. One more thing, there was a dog in the room next to mine keeps barking. I called the front desk twice. At least, the girl in the front desk felt sorry after heard my experience and let the security to check it. But after one hour, nothing changed. The dog was still barking. We didn't sleep well at all all morning. Don't stay in this hotel! It will ruin your vacation definitely!

Not a great experience. Starting from the checkin the cashier kianna was not really welcoming and seemed very rude, room was bit messy. carpet and wall had stains. Could not sleep well due to sun light coming thru the window see pictures attached. Sun light destroyed my sleep. Breakfast was good with the plenty options. I hold gold status when I asked for the extra water bottles kianna didn’t seem very happy about and told me no. This is the first time I had experience this.

I canceled my stay after discovering believed to be bed bugs. A follow up by management assured that it was cockroaches. Not sure what’s better… That said, the management was very apologetic and took care of this incident immediately. They reimbursed my cost and rewarded me additional honor points. Without this incident this hotel would have been a solid recommendation of mine. Certainly happy with how the management handled the situation.

My family and I booked a lake view 2 queen beds, 1 full sofa bed with a kitchen. Our stay here was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was great had many options and a waffle bar. Our room had a great view of the golf course and lake, was very clean comfortable and roomy , the kitchen area had a sink , dishwasher, a fridge with a tremendous amount of space for the food and drinks we brought , a microwave and dishes/flatware/toaster/etc. my husband and I had our three children with us so the indoor pool was great and not to mention the gym that our two older boys loved as it was 24 hrs. There was an area we didn’t get to utilize which was the bbq area that you can bbq out on a beautiful floor level patio area. This is a dog friendly hotel which I really wasn’t too sure about as my husband has very bad pet allergies but the staff there has the hotel so clean that you couldn’t even tell that there were any animals there until you saw them. My family and I enjoyed this place so much that we extended our stay another day. The room service was also great (upon request). They were very friendly and trustworthy. Parking was free which was nice and seemed to have plenty of spaces. The location was easy to find and in a nice safe area and had many places to choose from to eat close by. Our stay at this location was outstanding and will be staying here again for future vacations.

everything was great but the customer services by the Hotel receptionist lady. If you stay there, make sure you don’t forget anything because this lady makes the process of recovering your stuff impossible! I came back to the hotel a few hours after the check out and was looking for help for an item I forgot in the room. This lady told me clear and sharp that there was nothing she could do to help at the moment and that I needed to wait for room service to check the room the next day! How the next day? I mentioned that we were leaving California and we were not able to come back to pick it up, but she didn’t care, assuring that the hotel would give me a call back if they found it. I went to the car, let my family know and one of them decided to try talking to a different receptionist and this gentleman was able to assist immediately and gave the item back with no problem! What happens with this lady? Is she not trained or she doesn’t care about customers? This happened on 2/4/24 at 2:40PM (young white lady in the reception)

Friendly staff good breakfast. The coffee was really strong when we were there. The pool was nice there were alot of kids and it did need to be clean. Bed are soft. Loved having the refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use the dishwasher. The foot bar in the shower was loose. Didn't like having to use the key to go up to our room. But not bad.

Stayed here a few nights on a work trip. The room was nice and big with a couch and a desk. The location is easy to get to and there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast here was also better than other Hilton hotels that I've stayed at. They were serving breakfast sandwiches (sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits/croissants, and ham, egg, and cheese biscuits/croissants). Will definitely stay there again on my next work trip.

It is a new hotel with modern setup. We booked it because of the indoor pool. However, it is much smaller than we expected but kids still enjoyed it. We waited for a long time before we get towels at the pool. The sliding shower door couldn't close completely. The breakfast was not bad but a little unorganized. The moving path is narrow for guests. Overall, it is not a bad choice staying with this hotel.

Toxic Room. This hotel rented a room that had an extraordinarily strong odor of cigarettes and considering it is a smoke free hotel, I was shocked that management made it available to consumers. I have stayed at this hotel many times in past and have never been so disappointed. I thought that time would help the odor, however, that was not the case. The room smelled just as bad on third night as it did the first night and started causing issues with my lungs and sinuses. I reported this for a second time to front desk and they offered to change rooms, but I was checking out the following morning. After talking to front desk, the clerk told me management would contact me later that day which never happened. I could not take another night with this toxic room and left at 7PM the night before I was supposed to check out. It was obvious from these pictures that something happened inside and/or outside this room and management still made available to consumers. I stay at this hotel 30-50 nights every year and I see that management and/or enforcement of rules is slipping and makes me reconsider any stays at this hotel since it has become Best Western like. “Get More” slogan in this case does not apply to this brand on this stay!

Great Hotel, big spacious rooms the ones with two Queens. Lots of storage. We had a little Kitchen with everything what you need. Indoor Pool, but they opened the big glass Doors, so we could lay in the Sun and jump in the Pool. Clean Laundry Area 👍👍 nice Gym, Hotel Store is good stacked. Outside Patio, Dog Park and designated Smoking Area. Beautiful View at the Golf Course. Friendly and helpful Staff. 🤩👍

I reserved 3 nights here with my wife and kids, they told me I was getting a suite with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. Paid for a suite and I got a regular hotel room, I’m very disappointed because when I talked to the manager all I got was a sorry it was a misunderstanding but no money back it was very crowded and no privacy on the bedroom or bathroom all the beds were next to each other and bathroom only has a sliding door no lock. $300 per night and this is what I got. I’ll never comeback here. Embassy suites are way better than this with private room and better price.

Cons: The pictures on the website are not updated, the golf course in the front is under renovation and there is a construction work. The suites can fit only three people not four as stated in hilton website. Forget from upgrade in your own birthday when you have gold membership. The staff was not great. Pros: Nice room cleaners, Free electric chargers if you have electric car, nice breakfast.

Amazing room! Very open and big. Folding couch bed. Little dinner table. And a full kitchen. They have plates, cups, glasses, utensils in the drawers, a full size fridge with freezer and a stovetop and pot and pan is available upon request. For an extended stay, this hotel is perfect! And it's close to the LA convention center. Their free breakfast is AMAZING! small pool tho, be ready for many people and kids.

Brand new building and facilities. The hotel is located on a secured area by a gold course and another hotel which is good. There is restaurants close by and a mall as well. Easy access from the freeway. Breakfast was amazing! Pool was nice and rooms had kitchenette which is very convenient. Underground free parking as well.

Absolutely not recommended I can't express my disappointment and frustration. I attached couple pictures I took ftom my so call clean room when I checked in Our family were on the road whole day and finally when we got the room and tried to settled in and take shower before bed, I saw a big tangled hair in the shower area. Also on the toilet seat lid. You can not imagine how disgusting it was. Once I showed pictures to the front desk and asked them to change our room they told me that the whole hotel is fully booked and they can't neither change the room nor even clean it because it's related to house keeping department which are not working at that time of the day. We were stuck in an impossible situation at 10 pm in a city far from home. Finally my husband couldn't stand it and washed the whole shower before taking one.

Our overall stay was okay. It was great having Tesla chargers on property. I will say that all of the construction that is going on at the hotel was extremely annoying. If I had known, I would have stayed somewhere else. When we complained about it at check out, ally they did was give us the managers card

Location is good for my family trip in LA, easy access to freeway, Costco, and restaurants in San Gabriel, Monterey park and etc. Parking is complimentary which is a plus for traveling with rental car. Daily breakfast is good but less vegetables choice, most of them are carbohydrates options, but that’s all good. No complaining at all. Service is ok, the housekeeping is daily if needed, but they may not check every details in the room, so it’s better to make your request to the hotel front desk (by text or chat is very effective way to do), so they can respond your needs well. Recommend for traveling with family and friends. We like it.

Newly built. Everything works. Pool is indoors but sunbathing is outdoors and works nicely. In spite of a standart american breakfast it is surprisingly delicious. Rooms were big clean and comfortable. 24 hr coffee. You can park underground and directly take the elevator to the room. Outside lounge area was pretty nice to hang out. Beds could be a bit more comfortable. But overall a very good experience

My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was a delightful blend of comfort and convenience. The cozy, modern room design made me feel right at home, and waking up to the complimentary breakfast was the perfect start to my day. The hospitality was truly top-notch, creating a memorable experience.

Very bad experience, stayed 3 nights ..front office staff very rude have attitude. Requested for room to be serviced, came back from a long day at the theme park with family only to find rooms not cleaned at all. When asked front desk why room not cleaned? their answer was housekeeping left for the day. I had to remove trash and all dirty towels and leave outside in the hallway... Upon checkout informed this to the front office manager, his response was "oh ok I will follow through" wow no apology nothing! Cant believe this is a Hilton Hotel....very disappointing.

Room smelled like dog pee. Pool closed. Hotel located in bad neighborhood. Loud noises. Dogs barking. Handicapped parking spots occupied by non handicapped customers. Horrible breakfast might have been enough for a toddler. Not close to tourists attractions. Had to drive 45 minutes for attractions. People standing outside selling random items. Front desk was not honest. I called prior to booking and was advised it was in a suburban neighborhood with plenty to do. Far from the truth! Not Safe! Will not ever stay again!

I have been stationed here for several weeks for a work project....and I continue to be amazed at the location, facilities and professionalism of the staff. For those who might be coming for the weekend, it is a fairly easy commute to everything fun. LA is a huge place, but the location of this hotel is excellent. Their breakfast is great, and even though crowded at times, the food remains tasty, timely and includes waffles cooked to order. Coffee stations are great, staff are pleasant with maintenance and security just a phone call away. When I come back to LA for a personal visit...I will stay here. Golf course is closed for rehab, but a nice Mexican restaurant across the street. No bar or restaurant but very nice casual food and drink to be picked up. Sister property is up the hill with a bar and restaurant. Laundry, small gym, free parking, and a half hour drive to everything including Disney.....a great place to stay.

We stayed 3 nights and the staff was spectacular! Our only issue was that our room felt a little warm. We couldn't get the fan to stay on at night. We didn't report it so I can't knock the hotel for that. My husband loved the waffles at breakfast and my son had a great time in the pool. I really thought the texting feature for the front desk and housekeeping was a highlight. It made it easy to communicate. We left something in our room and the staff went above and beyond to get it back to us. Overall, a great stay.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Stayed here for 5 nights with no problems. There is a pool, hot tub. Seating area for relaxation outside. Gym. Washer and dryer. Wish they had more options for breakfast. Towards the end of the week leading up to the weekend they were running short on things for breakfast like milk and eggs. The only negative from our stay. Overall very good for value and comfortability.

I stayed in room 713 and my room was up to standard. There was stains, but that's normal with any hotel room over time. There wasn't a smell that some reviewers had the unfortunate experience of having. So, I hope that's fixed up for everyone else that stayed there. I used the gym while I was there and it was nice. I liked being the only one in there. I'd also say location wise, it was good for where I needed to go. I attended a wedding in Whittier and it only took me 20 minutes to get there, but it felt like 10 minutes. So, that was nice. I'd also like to shout out the hotel staff that was working the weekend of September 2 - September 4, everyone was accommodating and they all genuinely seemed to enjoy there job and helping guess. So, that was nice to see. Overall, I had a great experience. From check-in to the hot breakfast and to checkout, I enjoyed my stay!

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. It's been a very long time since I've stood at a quality hotel. Bathroom very clean, love that they have shampoo and shower dispensers in the hotel. Accompanied with a kitchen, and plates, coffee mugs, silverware n cooking utensils. You can grill your food in the outdoor patio area. Use of a Pool, jacuzzi, gym, n Bbq grills. Staff is very nice and available to answer any questions. Breakfast is served from 6am-9am. Starbucks coffee, Homemade waffles, bagel n biscuit sandwiches already made, or you can make yourself hot oatmeal or cold cereal. Much to choose from. I would definitely recommend for ppl to stay there.

Traveling with my dogs was great there, they even have a dog park. We all felt at home. The staff were awesome very friendly. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Property was stunning . Rooms cozy and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Whenever I travel Im only staying in the Home 2 home suites

Would have given more because the hotel has great potential. The breakfast was ok but it was always a circus show down there every morning. It was usually to busy for the staff to keep up. Usually dirty down there, most things were empty, and the tables were usually dirty. The rooms were large which I liked, but the housekeeping does not do a good job. When we checked in the shower gel, tissues were empty, and there was a table in there that was dirty. The bathrooms need cleaned better also. The location was nice, in the middle of most sight seeing areas. They also say the have a military rate which is actually more expensive that signing up as a Hilton Honors member. Shows the don't really support the military. Overall the hotel has potential to be better.

Great customer service. Hotel had great amenities. Indoor pool and spa. Washer and dryer available were a PLUS for me. Small gym! You cannot go wrong with this hotel! Room and bathroom were clean. I will definitely be staying here again.

We booked the king bed studio suite with free breakfast. Room and bathroom was very clean and was large enough to fit the wheelchair we had. The hotel had modern furnishings, was also very clean and well-maintained and the gym was spotless. The free breakfast was enjoyable and had a lot of choices to offer.

This is such a nice place to stay! The photos on the site are a REAL view of the rooms. We have a lake view of the golf course view and it is so nice to wake up to! Check in was very easy and breakfast is in an upscale mini cafeteria style setting. The indoor pool is nice with lots of seating space inside and outside. Lots of spaces to park with easy access to the elevators... We will DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Oh and this place is centrally located to everywhere you want to be in Los Angeles.

I came last weekend with my mom after my lil sister's quinceanera. My room was awesome 2 plush beds with a sofa bed, and a full kitchen. Knowing I'd need to be closer to the city while we house hunted I came back days later. Cristian is great. Friendly and super helpful he definitely Is what I have came to expect from the Hitlon brand and being an Hilton honors member. In love with the layout of the home 2 suites. Very spacious and the full fridge, and dishwasher make cooking a breeze. You can get an electric skillet and a few other things from the front desk. I will be living here about 2 weeks and it is a great place to do so. I have a handcrafted jewelry line and there are plenty of work spaces and lighting to accommodate my needs. I absolutely love this hotel. The view is amazing and I am really happy to be here beats having to drive down everyday from the high dessert.

Fantastic hotel in the Los Angeles area. Great gym and indoor pool. Hot tub chemicals could have been better (too foamy). The Tesla charging station was fantastic. Our room didn't have any dish soap and had very few forks and spoons. Overall I would definitely here again.
