Too bad you can’t put “0” stars. The District Manager or Manager. Whatever he calls himself is really rude! I’m disputing some unexpected and expensive charges. One of these charges was $3.14. For that particular charge he basically called me a liar. That he didn’t show that charge. So it must not be. As I’m looking at my bank account and there is clearly a $3.14 charge. The large charge was well over $80. Not only was he cold hearted about the entire ordeal. He certainly didn’t use and customer service skills to explain better. He thought he could justify everything in his big bossy way. THEN he tried to tell me I never canceled my membership. So obviously this whole thing isn’t over with yet. I’d stay clear of them. Their reputation for unexpected charges will surprise you. Be sure you have all the facts and figures and promises in writing. Proceed with caution. Don’t expect good customer service. You won’t find it here. And one more thing… they have only been open a couple months and they already have a score of 3? That should tell people something.

Just note if you are wanting to try the gym for a month, it’s a $150 minimum, then you have to go in person after your 3rd monthly payment to cancel. You almost have to applaud the shadiness it’s so slick.

New and state of the art gym. Though it's only been a few days, prior to the opening, interacting with all the staff has been phenomenal. There's tons of room to spread out even in the busiest times. Exciting to have a gym like this in the area.

I bought a week pass and went 7 times. The place didn't seem as clean as I would expect for such a new place. Dirty around equipment. Bathrooms didn't seems a clean as other places. Paper towels dispensers were out of paper multiple occasions and places. The staff is very friendly, no complaints there. Parking is terrible. Expect a hike from your parking space to be part of your work. It has a good mix of equipment you won't find at a planet fitness for example.

Tried to downgrade my membership to the $9.99 rate but they said for existing members it was $15.99. Seems a bit off that someone walking off the street will pay a cheaper rate then a founding member. Edit. I was able to downgrade the $9.99 rate. I had to wait 3 months to cancel my initial membership with the $19.99 rate. And then I was able to resign back up at gym for the $9.99 rate. At first they wanted me to sign back up online which charged another enrollment fee. But they let me sign up in person with out the fees.

My wife, a member for several years, today requested to downgrade her account because she could not attend the classes her elevated membership included. For the privilege of doing so she was forced to pay a $20 downgrade fee because ‘it is our policy.’ What a great way to punish your customers. This policy tells you all you need to know about the values of this franchise. And pay attention to any response to this review - it will be substance-free … ‘sorry etc have a nice day we are making gym-provements.’

To my fellow big girls scared to come to the gym, please come to this one. No one is judging you here. Not the people, not the employees. I come here almost every day. I love how welcomed I feel when I come in. All the people at the desk make me feel like a super hero just for coming. Zane, Josh, Franklin & Nolan are some of my favorites. Zane always makes me laugh, Josh fixes things, Franklin keeps things clean & Nolan is so encouraging. I love the staff & atmosphere of this Gym & I was definitely scared to come at first. I’m glad I came & i’m glad Crunch chose these individuals to work for them.

I canceled my membership a long time ago and now he sent me an email that has me in collections??? I do not recommend that service, they would be affecting my credit, what disappointment I have called for them to resolve it and they have no solution except that I register again and that they gave up 50% of what according to them I owe them, so how can I pay a debt that I have not simply done?

I love everything about this gym because of the energetic and vibrant atmosphere within a safe environment. The front desk staff are very friendly and always greet members and guest with warm smiles while getting them checked into various activities within group fitness, personal training or gain access to use the equipments. The members are serious about their workout and share a common bond. The classes and instructors are here to guide, encourage and motivate them through the process. As an instructor, I love seeing the smiles and sweat dripping after class while listening to their feedback. Their access has been grant to enjoy the total Crunch experience.

Overall it is your normal commercial gym with good equipment and bars. All staff members I have meet are very pleasant and happy to help. The hours in which it is open are open don’t seem to be that great. I am a an early morning person and opening at 5 am makes me cut my workouts short due to time constraints. As long as the hours work for you, you should be good.
