When
ordering,
I
asked
the
girl
a
question,
and
rather
than
listening
to
what
i
asked
and
then
answering,
she
just
said
yep
and
then
ended
up
charging
me
extra
for
something
that
I
didn't
want.
She
could
care
less
when
I
brought
it
up
to
her.
Then
our
food
came
out.
Flats
has
always
been
a
favorite
restaurant
of
mine
over
in
Orlando.
So,
when
we
picked
where
to
go
eat
for
birthday,
we
don't
go
eat
out
much,
I
chose
this
place.
I
couldn't
have
been
anymore
disappointed
in
the
quality
of
the
food.
Both
the
beed
and
chicken
chimichangas
that
used
to
be
the
same
size
as
the
burrito
came
out
1/3
of
the
size
of
the
burrito.
Then
the
chicken
was
so
hard
and
dry
that
it
hurt
to
eat.
You
can
tell
whoever
was
in
the
chicken
just
made
a
batch
of
chicken
and
let
it
sit
on
the
grill
until
it
was
needed.
I
don't
think
a
dog
would
have
eaten
or
could
have
eaten
that
chicken
without
choking.
It's
a
shame,
I
remember
going
to
the
first
Flats
and
it
always
being
so
good.
It
was
always
that
one
place
that
I
knew
I
could
go
order
my
food
and
just
know
it
was
going
to
be
a
good
meal.
Now
the
prices
have
gone
up,
portion
sizes
down
and
quality
is
out
the
window
along
with
the
kindness
of
the
staff.
