Whatever you do, do not live here. Even if you are faced with the utmost desperation, it is not worth it. I have had the displeasure of living at Enclave at Sabal Pointe for 3 months, and I regret it everyday. 1. Disgusting and unsafe living conditions. The front gate has been broken forever with no plans of fixing it. Broken screens and broken locks on doors. Forget about maintenance requests, because you will be waiting 3 months to get anything fixed. 2. Lack of communication. Before moving into my apartment, management agreed upon a move in date. We drove from Chicago down to Saint Petersburg (22 hours straight through the night), ready to receive keys as promised and management decided the apartment was not ready. Living accommodations were not provided and management quite literally locked the office door and left for the night. There was no credit given for our misfortune nor apology. Our valuables sat in the parking lot over night.. which is completely unsafe as management refuses to fix the front gate. 3. Unavailable amenities. Management picks and chooses when the pool/ gym is open to residents. A padlock has kept residents out of the pool for almost a month now. The dryers are "out of gas"? 4. Management does not care about you. Upper Level management does not care and hides behind closed doors. Don't even bother calling the desk, because no one will answer. Quite frankly, no one will care for you except for yourself. Save yourself from the tax they will take on your mental energy. 5. Overpriced for terrible value. You will be paying $1300+ for a run-down, rat-infested single apartment and no benefits. It must be noted that NOTHING is included in your rent, Additional charges of water, sewer, electric/gas,pest, trash and whatever fee they decide to add on. Recently, Enclave signed up all residents for a cable plan that was not communicated. We later received a poorly written email after the fact stating an additional $91 fee is added on. Please learn from my mistake and run.

Don’t move here. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere and trust your gut when you read the reviews. I brought up my concern with the bad reviews to a leasing agent, she assured me that the tenants that leave bad reviews are facing eviction and/or haven’t paid some sort of invoice or it was post pandemic and they were understaffed. I was stupid and believed her. Here I am to tell you it’s 2023 and I have never missed any sort of payment and I still have a terrible review to leave. Upon move in my place was NOT cleaned or painted and smelled of cigarettes. There’s no lining under the cabinets, drawers would fall out if you pulled them, knobs were lose, the lock on my front door was BACKWARDS, my back lock didn’t work, my balcony is currently decaying, I’ve had termites, roaches, poor insulation, broken AC twice since may, easily clogged drains, oh my gosh the list goes on! They don’t help you and rarely fill orders to the point I had to call the city of Saint Pete to get them to fix things. The city also told me there is an extensive amount of citations and complaints for this complex. I’m so unhappy and hate where I live. I’m counting down the days I can move and put this place behind me. Absolutely disgusting.

Neglect residents needs, deletes work orders without fixing them, no remorse or immediate help for residents involved in fires cause by electrical failures, but will use the fire as an excuse to delay residents work orders further. Will not fix or replace appliances listed as an amenity on website. I don’t like writing reviews but I feel this management has not properly taken care of me as a paying and in good standing renter.

I currently live here, Do NOT move here, roach infested, trash office employees, I moved into a place that was the quality of prison, I have pictures to back it up, gapping wholes to the outside, no fresh paint, stained floors from not being cleaned, I have held my tounge too long, they towed my 22 jeep this morning, I just moved here and it isn’t registered yet, Piss poor property, like I said stay away from the trash. No washer and dryer in unit, if you are renting from online… beware… no screened porches because the are ripped to shreds.. and on back order! So says the office, I ordered mine from Amazon so my dog wouldn’t just run out.. Horrible customer service..

I moved in During the month of Aug. They took so long to approve us that at that point we had no choice. The townhouse is not worth what i am paying for it. The bathroom floors are warped from water damage. The sinks leak, faucet knobs fall off and there are about an inch gap between the floor and walls. Only maybe half the outlets work. No screens on windows or patio like it states. I have had a maintenance request in since we moved in with no answer. No to mention they have you car towed because they failed to provide you with a sticker (when you sent you registration in)they never told you about. Not worth the money.

I want to Give Carmen the new manager 5 stars, she has came and has done everything she said she was going to do. Before her everything was chaos in regards to sever needed maintenance repairs. I was being ignored and forgotten. Now things are progressing, the needed repairs are in progress to be completed. And it is putting a big comfort smile on my face. No matter where you live you want to be happy. And I'm grateful to Carmen for being human enough to understand that. Once everything is completed I will update and Give 5 states to the apartment. It really truly matters who the manager is, with out a good one the property can fail. So Carmen you are appreciated. Thank you. (Deja)

I currently live at Enclave At Sabal Pointe in St. Petersburg, I've been living their for almost 10 years and if I could give Weller a 0 rating I most definitely would!!! It always floods in my unit, the most recent flood was last Tuesday 12/12 water was all over the whole unit to the point they had to bring machines in to help dry the floors and this is the 5th or 6th time. My property was soaked, Termites are still in the unit after several times of spraying, the ac is always broken, you put in work orders and they lie and say they've been completed. You call corporate and no one answers or respond to your messages at this point I hate to go home because it's always something wrong, but they definitely expect the rent to be paid on time if not you accumulate late fees and eviction I hate it here!!!!!!!!!!!The water is always leaking or has to be shut off and we the tenants have to pay for the water breaks and leaks... I really could go on and on!!!!

This place has been the worst apartment complex we have ever lived in. Good luck getting any maintenance request put in. I have found the only way to get most of them fulfilled is to call Code enforcement. It’s pretty sad when the apartment complex Hass to be threatened through code enforcement to force them to come out and fix your issues. When we arrived on our first day, the dumpster was literally on fire. We should’ve took that as a sign. Avoid this place at all costs. I promise that if you move into this place, you will regret it I had a stroke almost a year ago and one of the things that I have to try and avoid is stress. It’s been very difficult to do that living in this place. They struggle just to manage their own dumpster. Let alone an entire property. Edit: they responded Making the assumption that because we need someone to be here when they arrive that it makes it difficult for them to respond. It should be noted that I suffered a stroke back in April and as a result, I am not capable of going many places except for a doctor appointment. We put in a work order to have our heat fixed on December 6 and it still has not been fixed and there has been someone home every day since then to accept maintenance. So there are no excuses that they would have. They do not offer great service. Dealing with this and having to wait sometimes a month or two to get something fixed has been something that we have had to put up with For two years going into our third year. Loaded that your statement that you have made every effort to address maintenance issues is an outright lie. I had a stroke in April of last year and as a result, I am home 99% of the time. I have had maintenance issues that go on for months and months so don’t sit there and try to tell me that you have made every effort To address maintenance concerns. Stop lying and at least take responsibility for your company having terrible response time. I am now going on two months of trying to get my heat fixed. I am now on two months of trying to get my heat fixed. That is unacceptable so you know where you can stick your excuses.

We moved here in December of 2021. I have found that this place is treated like garbage - it’s obvious because garbage is typically strewn everywhere, from the dumpster to behind random bushes - so let that be your warning about how problems are treated inside the apartments. We have had nothing but trouble getting maintenance and pest control. Each time we have requested it, it can’t be scheduled, so you have to sit around waiting for it (unless you’re comfortable with strangers inside you’re apartment when you aren’t home - I am NOT) and they usually don’t come anyway. We have wasted countless days, missing work to wait on maintenance and pest control that never happens. Earlier this year my husband spent his entire two week vacation waiting on maintenance that never came. I frequently have to write to Weller Management to get anything accomplished. Our rent has increased significantly with all the others in the Bay Area and yet we get absolutely nothing in return for that rent hike. We get ignored again and again and again. The office staff will look in your eye and offer help that never comes, so I am unsure if this is a staff or management problem. The buildings are old, treated poorly (it shows) and infested with swarming termites and ants. The water is frequently shut off to deal with repairs. We also had to sign a lease without even seeing the apartment and I was horrified about the way it looked when moving day came around. Everything was done last second, slapped together, and it shows. We have badly repaired holes in walls and doors, cupboards hung so crookedly it’s laughable. The list goes on and on. For over $2k+/mo I expect more. The problem is that this place offers the largest 3 bedroom floor plan around - so they’ve got us over a barrel unless we want to move out of St Pete. That is not an option. We are stuck. We are good, quiet tenants with a perfect rent record and we are so disappointed with this place. Literally the only recourse I have left is to leave the Enclave a miserable review here, so that’s what I’m doing. We’ve tried every single other option and nothing changes. I hope anyone reading this can find a better place to live.

Since the new property manager came, I can honestly say I’ve seen a tremendous improvement within the community. She’s very nice and she tries her very best to accommodate everybody in a timely fashion. Love the new transitioning of these apartments.
