This has been one of our family's favorite restaurants for probably 20+ years. Athenian Garden has consistently been the only place we order Greek from. The gyro is huge and sauce is delicious., but my favorite is their Greek salad. The potato salad used is better than any other around. Delicious desert as well. Definitely give this place a try! Athenian Garden is the Greek you've been looking for and didn't know. The staff where super friendly and eager to help with any questions we had. The food was phenomenal. Cooked fresh for our order and delivered piping hot. Everyone loved their dishes. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

The restaurant is very clean, and and Nicolas is such a sweetheart. The food was fast. The Greek salad is to die for and the grilled chicken is out of this world. I’m definitely coming back again.

This used to be my go to. Recently went there and got my Greek salad and within 20 minutes I was sick. Enough to call 911. Then 3 weeks later tried again and got sick to my stomach. Son felt nauseated also. Don't know if they cross contaminated or not cleaning their vegetables. None the less I won't be going there anymore. Like I said this WAS my favorite place before.

Sooo, 1 piece of pita cut into 4 triangles and they feel right about charging $3.95? Guys, this is just 1 piece you would buy from a 5 count pack, cut into 4 triangles!!! This is price gouging at an all time absurdity! Apparently, the menu I had was old at $1.95. So from a year or two ago they nearly doubled the price? Just lost my business.

Great Greek Food. Can be expensive for some items but there are some less expensive options. Nik was a fantastic waiter. Cudos.

First time at Authenian Garden. Was craving Greek food and this definitely hit the spot. Clean restaurant, nice ambiance. One of the best Greek salad we've ever had, fresh with some potato salad in it, we got it for two and it was give, added gyro meat, so delish! We had left overs. Lentil soup was OK. Service by Jackie (?) was very good. Dessert was excellent, we tried the Napoleon and chocolate dipped baklava, taking home Canoli and Custard. Definitely recommend, there were many other items in the menu to try.

This was really disappointing. I spent extra $$ to get the sampler that included tabbouleh. This is not tabouleh. You gave me soaked bulgur. If it's too much of a hassle for the kitchen to make then take it off the menu.

This is more American-Greek than Greek-American food. The Tabbouleh was 95% wheat with almost no parsley. The Gyro was seasoned, but it lacked any particular taste (if this makes any sense). The rice was also seasoned, but it didn't have any taste at all. The Greek salad was good, and so was the complimentary bread. The service was good too--my iced tea was refilled thrice and was never empty.

Ordered a lunch Greek Salad with chicken. The salad had one handful of greens in it. Cost was 26 dollars. Chicken was over cooked dry. No seasoning. Had to salt and pepper just to give a little flavor. Server let my drink run out middle of lunch never returned to refill. Felt over charged and left restaurant hungry. I definitely would not return.

The Greek Salad & lentil soup always taste delicious, Although their prices keep increasing and you get less for the money. Today’s experience became unpleasant when I was told I’d be charged an extra $3.00 dollars on my very small Greek salad, Which is part of their lunch special that is already $16.95. This price is for a cup of soup and a small plate of salad. I paid the extra $3.00, but Got less lettuce than ever before and less items on the Greek salad. I have enjoyed coming here for many years, but not likely to be doing that in the future

Always great food taste & quality, but I think the size of the potato salad scoop is half of the size it used to be for the same price which is disappointing!! SHRINK-A-NOMICS!!! Note: that is a small to go box, tiny, tiny scoop :(

It's tough to find authentic Greek food & Athenian Garden did not disappoint!! We ate here twice during our 6 day vacay. We love to order apps when we eat Greek. The octopus, calamari, saganaki, dolmades, skordalia & tzatziki were ALL delicious. Their Greek salad was spot on & our party of 11 all enjoyed their special twist on the salad by adding a dollop of potato salad as a garnish. Entrees that we ordered were souvlaki combo platter, giuvetsi, moussaka, pastitsio, roast leg of lamb, lamb chops, gyro & Greek salad. Everyone enjoyed their meals & we will be back!

The Moussaka was very good but it barely hot enough, the soup of the day was Chicken Orzo it was good but was barley even warm had to send that back. The greek salad that comes with meal was good only 1 olive though, but the scoop of potato salad was very good I always order extra scoops. The service was very good.

Our server Jackie was very attentive, but we were not impressed with food. My husband got gyro sandwich. The meat was on a dry side. I ordered lamb shank with orzo. I missed tomato sauce in it and it was also on a dry side. Side salad was drenched in their salad dressing and had a lot of vinegar. When you go there, check their website for prices, because maps have them probably from 10 years agou. On maps price for lamb shank is $13.50 and actual price is 23.75. You have a heads up. I don't think we'll be back.

Been going here with my family for 30 years. Absolutely amazing. All the food is great. I will remind people though the servers do act Greek. They like you being there, but they don't put on a fake smile like an Applebee's.

The best Greek restaurant I’ve eaten in! Although a bit of a hole in the wall in a strip center, not much decor and the booths are too small, it is still a 10! I have eaten and made Greek salads all my life and this one was the best. I had to take home half the chicken, served in the side, because it was so much. Best of all, in the middle of my beautifully seasoned salad, was a small scoop of delicious potato salad yum!!! My companions calamari was crisp, huge portion with excellent marinara sauce for dipping. The others Caesar sandwich was huge, lightly dressed and the fries were beautiful. The other sample dish came with hummus and other delights which she said were delish. The prices are so reasonable. Don’t miss this great place. Staff are superstars.

I ordered a salad without the potato salad and a spanikopita. This is the salad I received. Cold stale bread, sorry lettuce, and nothing on the salad. This is the salad you get with your school lunch. I asked for tatziki sauce. Didn’t get it. My fault. Guess I should have checked this out before I left. Also, I stupidly paid $18 for this! Lesson learned

The food here is so good!!! I get the stuffed eggplant and it’s so tasty. The Greek salad is amazing as always too. I always get served by the older gentleman when I come here and he’s so friendly and attentive. 10/10 would recommend. The best Greek you’ll ever eat! Nothing beats it.

All the food was excellent. Wait staff was very good and very pleasant. Did not even get charged for the birthday dessert, because the owner said there were no candles. He uses lighter as a candle

I have eaten at Athenian Gardens on 22nd several times. For the most part the food is amazing. Entrees I have ordered were excellent. Sadly, the Greek salad is reliably poor. They seem to use packaged salad mix, canned beets, and once they used mozzarella cheese instead of feta. One time there was no cheese at all. Go ahead and eat here, just be aware that the salad might not be what you expect.
