Everything about this place is No Nonsense! From the simple menu to the no-nonsense lady that you give the order to, super friendly, but no nonsense! Very busy so they are chop chop! Slow roasted pork is gristle free and it is tender and Simply Delicious, everything else is wonderful as well! Get extra sauce on the side, you won't regret it! Freshly baked bread makes it even better... and it's family run and open in St Petersburg forever!

Best sandwiches in St Pete. The cubans, the salads, beans and rice, no matter what you get you can't go wrong. The creamy garlic dressing they use is to die for. Huge portions worth the money. Then there is the staff- they genuinely treat you like family. Always friendly even when they are slammed. Love this place

I've been coming around for almost 20 years and never had any complaints. I moved out to Polk but try to stop by when I come back in town like I did today. Theyre worth the drive. Got my cuban with a couple extra special sauce on the side to use it on every bite.Everything they make is ridiculously amazing.

Biggest subs for the price in St Pete. Tasty too!! Best part about this place is the people. They are fantastic and welcoming. This place is a little tricky to find, if you blink you'll miss it. It's in an old and I mean really old strip of storefronts. If you're the type that prefers arty/ hipster style restaurants in St Pete this may not be for you, but if you are the type that likes good people, good food, good prices, without all the flair, then definitely check this out.

The pork sandwich here is one of the best I've ever had! Their version of the cuban sandwich is also very good... the meatball sub is good. You must try the chicken with black beans and rice!

Went here with my husband on the advise of a friend and coworker. I tried the Cuban sandwich. Wow it was Incredibly delicious. We couldn't even eat 1/2. The portion sizes they give you for what you pay will blow you away. One person couldn't possibly eat it all. So bring a friend or friends. You will not be disappointed.

Best Cubans in St Pete. It's a must stop everytime I visit from STL. This 12 inch has 1.5 pounds of meat and is only 12.50. Enjoy!
