    I don’t understand how this can be served.. no bun for my sandwich, literally just meat thrown in the sandwich box. French fries less than half way filled. Called to speak with someone and after I told them how the order came out she hung up on me. HORRIBLE!

    The meat was raw customer service was poor. An employee was walking around in a hooded sweatshirt laying on the food counters. Cashier had false nails that were exceptionally long very unhygienic. Non of the crew had hairnets on just a terrible experience all together. Definitely will not be returning to this location

    The drive-thru attendant lady that took my order was pretty nasty I wasn't too happy with her attitude and what was even worse was my brisket sandwich just looked like three little tiny pieces of meat drowning in barbecue sauce and it didn't even have the onion fries on it or whatever it's supposed to have I don't know... I wouldn't know because it didn't come with it on it and I'll never be going back to this Arby's again if any Arby's. I think the taste this trip left in my mouth was worse than the taste of my sandwich.. wait that's impossible

    Dining room was disgusting, tables and floor were not cleaned the entire time I was there (over an hour) wallpaper pealing, what looks like mold growing from the base boards, trash cans in kitchen overflowing, walls covered in dust and webs. Store was not busy at all, there was plenty of time for someone to go around and wipe tables and remove trash.

    Every so often I get a hankering for their roast beef sandwich with extra Arby's sauce and extra horsey sauce 😋. It tastes like I remembered when I was a kid. It's messy and delicious with the sauce. I know they try hard introducing new menu items. But if you're a die hard, you're always going to go back to the roast beef sandwiches. There's not many locations left in our area. Getting into this location can be kind of tricky. Heading North on US19 stay to the far Right lane after 5th Avenue N.

    Bathroom locked with a combination lock. Restaurant so cold it felt like a refrigerator. Staff made no effort to adjust. I had to wait in line to ask to use restroom and get combination to unlock. Restroom smelled strong of urine and had no paper towels or hand drier. I looked around the dining area and could not even find a napkin to dry my hands. A very rude regular customer barked at me in a heavy northern accent "they are over there ma'am". At that point I did not want anything from here to eat and we left and walked next door to Subway where we were treated nicely and professionally and served good food and nobody barked at us for asking for napkins. Please caution your regular customer with the long white hair and the heavy northern accent to leave other customers alone and mind her own business! She caused you to.losr 2 customers today.

    The best part about Arby's is Arby's sauce. Like I swear you could throw that on some cheap sandwich from the gas station and I'd love it. I'm just never impressed by anything else. Got the jalapeño poppers which I love with ranch but they gave me some sour sauce and horsey sauce. Did not work. I just want a jar of Arby's sauce and I'll be good.

    The drive thru is extremely tight. If you have a larger vehicle it makes it extremely hard to maneuver through it. The food was really bad! I got a turkey and Swiss market sandwich combo and my husband got the Greek gyro combo. They did not put my onions or tomatoes on my sandwich and the curly fries were cold and disgusting. I paid almost 30$ for two marketfresh combos. We asked for Jamoca shakes with the order and they gave us the smallest ones they had and with no whipped cream. When I asked about the whipped cream..he said yeah we are out, sorry! Ugh! Just so much money for sub par food and service!

    I don't know why I keep giving this place another chance.... I asked for a fresh fry and was told to park and it will take 2 minutes. 9 minutes and 6 cars later I go inside and was told that it should have already been brought to me.. I finally get the fry and it's still not fresh smh I paid 6.00+ for a Large fries and a medium (tiny cup) Peach Lemonade and honestly I may as well had of just stayed in the McDonald's line. The kid was nice who finally handed me my fries, but the food was not worth it. In addition the cashier who told me to park and who was surprised that I didn't receive my order I'm sure didn't mention it to anyone because the guy who gave the fries to me said he didn't know anyone was waiting.

    We just came.home from the drive thru. I ordered a #1 with a extra side of cheddar cheese sauce and a french dip meal and a chicken nugget 4 piece. They gave me a plain roast beef sandwich with a side of cheese sauce and cold fries the french dip was put together side ways no bbq sauce for the nuggets no straws and 1 napkin. Never again, so disappointed.

    The staff just didn't have any sense of urgency. I stood at counter waiting to order for a bit. Then after order taken had to wait for someone to come out of backroom to pit sandwich together. I had to ask for a drink cup twice. Then when order given to me, I was missing the curly fries I ordered. All around not a good day at Arbys.

    Typical Arby's, which as far as fast food goes is one of my favorites. Service was fast and my food was fresh and tasted great. Use the app to save some $$ as well.

    Didn't quite feel welcome here. We asked for combo meals which is supposedly pack wit fries but none came wit it! Only the elderly crew member was kind n explained of Arby's beef has no pork contents in them. D counter gals were kinda cold n failed explaining to us and also didn't get our orders right!

    The last time I went in to pick up our lunch order for our office, I noticed a big order sitting on the counter and no one around it. I asked the cashier if it was my order under our business name (because it always is) and she said no, that says someone else. I waited a good 20 minutes before I spoke up again and asked where my order is and she then said, oh that's yours. But her body language, attitude, and the way she spoke to me as not just a customer but a person when I pointed out her lying to me and making me wait for no reason was just outrageous and she shouldn't work in the public. Today we ordered again (2 weeks later) and I received the same treatment. I wish I caught her name but that location is going down hill. It is also very dirty and the staff need an overhaul

    Ordered Uber Eats and ask for horsey and Arby's sauce, extra even. However, did not receive any sauce. Disappointed as the sauce really makes the sandwich. I know it seems petty af but it's not hard to check the bag and reciept to make sure everything is correct. And I was not in the position to go clear across town for the sauces as I don't have a car. All I ask is you put what the customer ordered in the bag. Dry roast beef sandwiches weren't the same lol

    Xavier is a living legend. I’ve never experienced such incredible kindness and proficiency and thoughtfulness at a restaurant before. I don’t eat out much and I’ve only tried Arby’s a couple times before, but I’m glad I decided to stop by this location. As another reviewer said, this man deserves a major raise and many, many blessings in his life. My life has been incredibly stressful and exhausting lately and people like Xavier help me realize that everything’s going to be okay and that there’s still hope out there and that good, genuine people still exist. Thank you for everything you do, Xavier.

    Staff was nice. Food was delicious. However the smell of fish hits you in the face when you walk in. It’s terrible. Either that’s bad fish or something. Store is definitely begging to be sued for a slip and fall. You can see the grease all over the lobby floor. It’s probably dirty fish grease on the mop that was used in the kitchen and has been also used all over the store spreading the grease and the smell of fish. This is not a fried chicken joint. It should not have grease all over it. Gross.

    I ordered from this Arby's on door dash and there was an issue where my ordered was picked up but the dasher had car troubles and I called the store around 11 pm and spoke to Liz (who by the way was a sweetheart) and explained what happened and asked if they could remake the order even though it wasn't their fault and she said yes and was very friendly I even called once before and asked for extra sauce and she was just very sweet!

    Always great shakes, but the price of a fast food meal is about the same as a regular restaurant. All prices are going up, I get that, but I continue to be an Arby's fan for the convenience and consistent quality of the classic roast beef sandwiches.

    Waited in drive through for 37 minutes. Got to work and had the wrong food in the bag . Ordered large sandwich got a small ordered crinkle fries got the nasty tasting seasoned curly fries . I got ripped off and waited over 30 minutes so they could cheat me and steal my money

    Yoooo don't sleep on arbys on 5th n. The food came out made to order and hot. I got there around 4:30 and made their happy hour special. When the gentleman provided my total at the speaker, something didn't add up right. When I got to the window, I asked to confirm my order and discovered one of my sliders didn't get added. But he added it then. He did it with style and grace! He can definitely multi task at the drive thru window which is needed. He walked away to get my food and I heard words of appreciation to other team members. And by my observation, looks like a positive work environment. Which is definitely hard to find now a days. Food came out delicious, hot and correct. And kudos for the happy hour specials. You can taste the Turkey, chicken and roast beef sliders for 1.19. And the shakes and cookies for like .50 cents more. Not bad!! Keep up the great work dynamic. The outcome is good tasting food with great customer service! And the building was wrapped around the building. That should speak volumes of the quality of food and service.

    They should just go ahead and close the door 🚪😞,we spent $30.00 of hard earned money 💰, for a nasty looking French swiss dip subs, and a couple of beef and cheddar sandwiches, they looked terrible 😔, It's a shame they charge so much for something I just fed to the dogs 😞. Don't worry we'll never go to a Arby's restaurant again. Update the owner reached out to me on Google maps, wanted me to go to another website and answer questions about our visit last night, well I tried to go to the site mentioned, and I kept being told that the site wasn't available lolol 😂, so I'm out $30.00 and didn't get any dinner from Arby's last night,if your employees don't want to make food the right way instead of throwing it together and microwaving it until you can't even eat the bread 🍞, you Sir should close the doors and quit taking people's money for nasty food,

    I was in the fast food business for years and understand that on any given day and at any given time, the service and food will not be what was expected. I always judge a restaurant over several experiences, never a single one. That said, our single experience with the Arby's in St Petersburg on 19, wish I knew the actual address, was pleasant and the food was excellent. I did not ask the young lady's name at the drive-thru, which is unusual. She was charming, pleasant, and very professional. She had a little issue with the coupons we gave her, but quickly called her manager and resolved her issue and we soon had our order, which was correct, and we were on our way. The manager was equally Pleasant and worked well with her employee to let them know they handled the coupons correctly.

    I went to the drive thru. I ordered a fish sandwich deluxe with curly fries made to order. Paid at the window and was told to pull over in pick up space and someone will bring my food out. No one ever came out. I went inside and there was my food sitting under the warmer!. My fries looked old and were cold. Fish sandwich was lukewarm. I gave the fries back and got a fresh order. SMH! Bad service .

    Xavier deserves a raise & all the good that will come his way. Mobile orders don’t come through very quickly here but he made sure to get our order & was extremely polite & kind. Double checked what we ordered. Offered sauces & apologized for the wait. In todays world we need more kind people like him.

    The staff here is amazing! Once they didn't have one of the menu items I was looking for, and they comped me for my meal. The new wagyu burger is the best fast food burger this side of the East (pity we don't have Whataburger or In N Out, but this will do.)

    I spent $40 my last visit and ordered 2 mac n cheese bowls they gave me the smallest portions. I eat at a lot of Arby's I know how much mac I should receive. There was nobody when I went and they still messed up my order. They seem to never have Aju. I don't leave bad reviews but this location deserved it for my last visit. I've been to this location many times with no issues but this last visit was unacceptable. I feel as I wasted $40.

    I usually love Arby's but this location fails time and time again. Literally every single time we go, they are either out of half of what we try to order or the computers or down or they're having some other MAJOR issue. Once we went and they were out of ROAST BEEF in the middle if the day!!! HOW does that even happen at an ARBY'S??? We have finally given up on them completely and so have a lot of other people in our neighborhood. It's a shame because with it's prime location they should be busy non-stop. These consistent problems explain why the parking lot is always empty. I wish the owner would get better management in there because it is a disaster and has been for quite awhile. Losing BIG $$$!!!

    Not enough help a man who appeared to be manager walking around possibly taking orders for drive thru payed no attention to me . I was inside waited several minutes to just be acknowledged. A young man finally took my order he was very pleasant. They locked the door to the lobby, it was around 7pm. Orders backed up cc machine down, just a mess. Have no plans to go back again. Arby's used to be really good..... no more.

    Arby's used to be the best alternative to a burger place. Their limited offer of fish was truly on point. The Beef and Cheddar was the best sandwich. My recent visit, left a not so good taste in my mouth. The Beef and Cheddar was drenched, drowned in Arby's sauce, the bun was soggy and fell apart. And the fish sticks fell apart as well, soaked with grease. The best part of this visit was the customer service.

    The hot beef sandwich is something I was looking forward to visiting the US from UK, and to be honest I wasn’t sure after the reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised with the diet version of the double beef & cheese sandwich. Diet because the only hint of cheese was when the beef past the cheese from the fridge. But it was good, so thanks
