I don’t think you understand how close this actually is to the beach. From our unit (3) to the boardwalk to the beach was quite literally 20 steps. It was clean, simple, stocked, quiet, comfortable, close to the beach, food, etc. I would definitely go here again. They even have a little vacuum, broom for the sand, fridge, small kitchen area. The shower is the only thing I wasn’t totally amazed with. Did I get every spot shaving? Idk.. it’s kind of dark. But honestly, not even a big enough issue to dock points from our stay.

Freshly painted/renovated older motel with 5 units. 4 efficiency, one suite. White, turquoise, oranges, cheerful decor using IKEA furnishings. Very clean, albeit simple design. Nice tv, comfortable bed, very few steps to the beach (building sits sideways to the beach, small public parking beside). Anne is gracious and easy to work with. We walked to Johns Pass every day, either on beach or sidewalks. Lovely ice cream shop up the street, restaurants, bars, shops at Johns Pass are great. Fishing trips leave from JP, jet ski rental there, plenty to do. Fun to just watch the boats come in & pelicans line up for "lunch". Motel has beach towels, some chairs, umbrella, etc. Cushioned beach lounges with sun cover available for rent by private individuals on beach. There is some road noise, as street is busy, but we had no problem sleeping with fan/ac on. Best week ever.

When I booked it was with the intention of keeping it affordable. Sleep and shower is all we needed. Easy check in. Location is perfect!!! Close to John's Pass, great restaurants and the beach!! Literally steps away!! The AC in the bedroom and dining area has been a lifesaver in this brutal heat. It is everything we needed. And then some! Thank you Neal and Anne!!! We will definitely be back!!

I brought my lovely wife here for a little getaway. Very clean with Nice little amenities. The bathroom is tiny, so think twice about this room of you're a larger person. Otherwise Our staywas great! Very close to the beach; about 50 yards away!

Great area and location! 10 steps to the path to the beach another 20 steps and you are on the white sand beach! I would say close to ocean view from Windows), beautiful beach!! As I read on other reviews, very clean! AC works (ya never know right). Easy check in which was absolutely so lovely after driving from Ontario, Canada. For a place to stay when your out all day enjoying your vacation, this is the spot!! Even in evenings if your staying in, TV has soo many channels to have a quiet night in if needed after a long day in sun! Definitely recommend and would come back for sure!! Beautiful area!

Beach Chill Inn is a small apartment type inn with 4 rooms located in Madeira Beach, Fl. We rented through Airbnb, staying Dec 25th - Dec 30th. The room was nothing fancy, but had everything my wife and I, and 2 dogs needed. You get a small kitchen with stove/oven/microwave and a full refrigerator. There is a small table to eat, living room with pull out couch and cable TV, separate bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 full bath. Location is great. Literally a 30 second walk to the beach access, with plenty of restaurants and shops to visit nearby. Nothing fancy, but all we needed for our annual Christmas visit.

Cute, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location - steps from the beach with warm Gulf water and white sand and easy walk to John's Pass attractions. The owners are great too! The only thing that would've been better would've been staying here longer! We're not even home a full day and trying to figure out how and when we can come back.

What a great place to stay! The room is adorable, clean and comfortable! Love the boutique feel, view of the ocean from our window and the closeness to the beach! This is also a pet friendly spot, which we needed. Very very happy and would highly recommend!
