Horrible experience. The waiting room was tight and small and felt like we were in a third world country. They crammed as many people into their day as they could. Then they were running several hours behind. The childrens urology did NOT have a changing table which made diaper changes happen on a waiting room chair. They took an office visit charge of $210 for 10 minutes with the doctor. We waited almost a full 3 hours for the doctor to look at our baby and tell us she can’t do the procedure.

I waited in valet for 15min before I was told the gps brings you to the wrong building. So then was made to go to the parking garage, went up 7 levels up before finding a parking spot. Called the office 4 times while doing this to try to let them know I was running behind, no answer... Get to the office and the waiting room is absolutely packed, so I wait for 15 minutes just to try to check in. The women at the window is rude and condescending already to the people before me, she asks me if I have my referral & I said no I faxed you guys that 2 weeks ago with my son's hospital records. She replies "oh well our fax machine has been acting up so that's why we want you to bring it" uhhh if ur machine has been acting up then you should be calling patients to tell them that, I drove all the way from Holiday for this appointment for you to tell me that! So she finds my son's hospital records but no referral which is impossible because they were sent all in one fax. Tells me I have to call my doctor and get them to fax it again and that I will be last in line behind everyone else after it comes in... Ummm nope! I left and would never come back to this place, if that's how you treat your patients checking in I don't want you handling my son's care... If you have a chance to take your child elsewhere... Do it and don't think twice.

The office is ALWAYS late 1+hours no matter if you're one of the first appts or not. We like Dr Corbyons but the receptionist has an attitude problem, and the back office is always running late. I really hope they can read these comments as feedback and make improvements to the office otherwise they will continue to lose patients.

I got there 30 minutes early and waited and hour just to fill out paper work. Other people were waiting up to two hours. Only had one doctor and people had to start standing in the hallway. Receptionist is extremely rude. How can there be one dr for how complicated and busy urology is. Place it a complete joke. The fact it attached to a well know hospital and is like this is ridiculous.

Please do not go to this office, the office staff is unorganized and rude. The doctor herself is dismissive and patronizing. As well as very willing to immediately order invasive tests without confirming a diagnosis with an ultrasound. She also did not use gloves when examining my one month old baby overall everything was rushed and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this office.

Please choose another location to have your baby/kid visited. The receptionist lady was very uncaring, rushed the whole check in process without helping us and at the end she canceled the appointment because we didn’t have medical records or not much time to go get the docs for her across the street as she kept on reminding us how much time we had left before the appointment , when she could have called the hospital herself and have them faxed over. (we found out she was supposed to call) She didn’t even care we were gone and kept saying that the doctor could not see my baby without the documents when we scheduled an appointment for a reason. The appointment was scheduled 3 weeks ago and they didn’t even call to remind us of anything or what was needed. Such a horrible experience.

This office is a JOKE. When I first called the lady on the other end was super rude to me and she didn’t care to talk to me. I had an appointment to at 1:25, got there 30 minutes early. I had to stand because there’s only 10 chairs in the waiting. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t get paper work to fill out till I was In the office for 45 minutes. By that point my appointment I was scheduled for has already passed. I had to stand in the waiting room for 3 hours. I kept going up to the receptionist and asking when is it mine turn. She kept telling me there is 3 people in front on me. Tell me how I’ve been there for 3 hours and my appointment was at 1:25 and it was 3:30 at that point. I finally got so done with it all and walked out. Absolutely do not go to this place. It is so unprofessional. An absolute JOKE. If I could I would give it zero stars.

I highly recommend Children's Urology Group, especially for a boy's circumcision under 2 months old age wise. The Doctor's & the Staff, were absolutely great & very knowledgeable in any questions or concerns I had. I definitely would come here again, if my son needed anything pertaining to anything Urology wise. Thanks & "God Bless Everyone Always!"
