I have been going to this office since December 2019. My first appointment I saw Dr. Laman. Good visit, not rushed. My next appointment in April, thinking I was seeing the doctor, was with a PA. Was not told of the switch. At the end of the appointment, the PA asked if I prefer to see the doctor at my next appointment and I said yes. When the office called to confirm my September appointment, I ask if I was seeing the doctor, the girl said no and was very rude about it and, even upon insisting because I had some health concerns, it didn't happen. The PA was very nice and attentive to my concerns, so I decided I'd accept seeing her in the future. I told her about my concerns so she (through the doctor), ordered some tests. Tests were done in October. November rolled around and had not heard from the office about the tests. I called, and they said they didn't have them yet. 5 minutes later, the PA called me. Apparently, they did have one of them. She said she would call me when they had the other one. As of this review, I still haven't received that call. It's like they don't even care. It is very concerning that Dr. Laman refused to see me and that my health concerns are not important enough to call me with results of tests. I am not one to post a review, and I apology for the length but had to in this case. I do not recommend this office.

I've been to the walk-in clinic here twice and seen the same grumpy doctor guy both times. If you don't mind being talked down to, demeaned, and generally made to feel like your health problems are a hassle for this guy, then you should be fine here. If, however, you want maybe some empathy, compassion and comfort then you should go somewhere else because this guy doesn't seem to have any, and he makes it pretty clear that he wouldn't bother even if he did. Go somewhere else.

I cannot believe the experience I just had with this practice. I'm the president of a company and new to the area, and am looking for a good pcp. This doctor's web page and her parent company's web page both say that she takes United insurance. So I called to make an appointment, and the staff tells me that they only take Medicare insurance. Then I told them it was okay I would pay cash, but they then said incredibly that they don't take cash patients! Cash! I can't even be seen by a doctor in America when paying cash! With how hard it is for doctors to get paid, I have never in my life heard of a doctor that would not take cash as a form of payment. So Hippocratic oath and cash payments aside, this doctor apparently has no interest in you unless you happen to be on Medicare. So I guess skip over this one and save yourselves a phone call.

They attempted to flush my left ear for Wax and left me with no hearing and pain in my ear for 24 hours. When asking for a referral to an ENT specialist they wanted me to come back in to let them do it again!! Are you kidding me?? I'm not into experiencing pain for long periods of time!!

She is a great doctor. When I moved here 5 years ago she made me feel good on changing dr..She always takes the time to see me and explained all of my concerns and hers. Will not see anyone else.

First Dr that treats your disease or problems & ran all blood test on my 1st visit to discover all & any hidden problems have been healther I was born in an Osteopathic hospital treated by an Osteopathic Dr to the age of 12 then teated by MD had more medical issues & was treated with medication that I had allergic reactions to it was discover by my current Osteopathic Dr I have an autoimmune disorder & the reason for the 13 reactions to the medications including a life threatening Steven Johnson reaction I feel safer under the care of these Osteopathic Dr

Wonderful caring staff, all of them. They noticed a non physical issue, encouraged me to fix it, and gave me the little boost I needed to move forward. Unfortunately I moved out of their area but I would highly recommend them. And thank you to all the staff there. I wanted you to know I'm doing good.

My experience with this group has been efficient, caring, prompt response to calls and complaints of illness that are addressed quickly. I am referring to routine office visits and the urgent or unexpected needs. They care about their patients.
