It was my birthday and me and my family had a blast!! We loved the chef who put on a GREAT show. We couldn't possibly eat all the food they give you but I saved mine for lunch today and believe it or not it was even better very yummy I had the shrimp with everything else and it was amazing

Nice hibachi type restaurant. Very well organized operation. Friendly staff with an event atmosphere. Food overall was tasty and definitely filling but the salmon sushi tasted a little off.

Great place to celebrate a birthday or a great family meal. Vegan options available. Food is very flavorful and fresh. Alot of rice and noodles on the plate but more to take home. Kid friendly. Great cocktails. Call ahead and check the wait or do a online reservation. Walk ins welcome but may wait longer.

Our Chef Ichiban was the best. He made the best chicken and steak. So tender and juicy and full of flavor. He was very entertaining and personable. Our waiter was really very accommodating. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. We will be back. Food and service is outstanding.

Great layout for connecting with a partner or another group; Danny was our chef and he was so entertaining. The food was delicious and portions plentiful! I highly recommend Kobe in Clearwater.

Food was amazing, chefs were talented, the small show they put on was great and Entertaining. The pieces was $$ but well worth it. Perfect place for a date or family gathering. 9 maybe 10 seats to a table. Definitely recommend in my eyes. Will most certainly be going back.

Chef Goofy and Natasha were amazing, they provided FANTASTIC service!! Goofy made sure everyone at the table was enjoying their night, while keeping smiles on our faces all the way through.We all loved his double volcano and that great line of fire to the chicken. Natasha came by perfectly every time we needed another refill, and was incredibly hospitable. They made our evening perfect and I would have preferred no one else to take care of us. A truly great experience. My lobster was a little over cooked but it was still good.

We went for lunch on a Saturday, and we were sat with another party. The other party was so annoying. We were hoping for a lunch menu but it was just the regular menu. All of the food tasted fine and the service was great. This was just not worth a $120 for lunch. Yes you get a lot of food. The rice was undercooked and they just pile up your plate then bring out boxes while you are still eating. Nothing special about this place and not worth the money.

Such a delicious dinner with one of the funniest chefs we've ever had. The soup was seasoned perfectly. Salad was fresh and crisp. Every entree was cooked to perfection and we really enjoyed the experience of watching our chef prepare our meal. He also added the extra special touch of comedic measure to make it memorable. The strawberry smoothie was mouthwatering and an absolute must try!!!!!

Sad to say, although it has all the razzle-dazzle and curb appeal that you look for in an expen$ive Japanese steakhouse, they severely messed up our menu choices which were the two most expensive items not only at our table, but on the menu. Steak that was supposed to be served with Melanie's order got distributed around the table to everyone but her. When we inquired, the chef had a bowl of previously cooked steak that he was going to offer. We didn't accept it, nor did they offer to take her dinner off the check. It was disgraceful, they knew they messed up big time, we tipped the chef a very reduced amount, and paid our bill. The chef stared us down when he saw his reduced tip. So arrogant! Will never return to Kobe again. Their mistake, but also their lack of properly dealing with it are the reasons for our decision. I had forgotten about this from 52 weeks ago. Hello friends, I was wanting to try a Hibachi place. So I looked around and found Kobe Japanese Stake-house And let me say this place is amazing. The location is off route 19 in Clearwater FL. Plenty of parking space and very safe. The establishment is huge, clean, and welcoming upon entering. The whole experience was authentic, food was amazing, the staffs were friendly and professional. The cooks are amazing and very skillful. The price for food can very depending on what you order. I recommend this place and for sure I will be coming back again soon. Enjoy the videos and pictures.

Kobe's food was pretty awesome! The portion size was quite large and everything was delicious. The service was good, the hibachi show was very standard for how hibachi goes and nothing unusual or fancy. I was disappointed with the atmosphere a bit, as we were there on a random Monday and they were pretty busy and packed in like sardines almost. Every hibachi station in our room was full, and they are so close together it was not so comfortable and rather loud. I did not like that they added an 18% gratuity charge to every person's check regardless, and made it sound like you needed to give more to tip the hibachi chef as well. Honestly, they would have gotten more of a tip from me if they hadn't done it that way as I hate restaurants that force service charges and auto tips but whatever.

Service was over the top! They sang happy birthday with real drums playing. The food & atmosphere was out of this world! I highly recommend this place! I believe they have excellent management because all the workers were aiming to please, happy & smiling.

Fong and Duckie were amazing! We had such a great time. Large portions and the filet and scallops were fabulous! I’d recommend making a reservation online so you don’t have a long wait.

Fun experience, little overpriced for the food, in my opinion. The chef dumped a bunch of sauce on someone's food, I would have lost it and asked for a new meal. We took my daughter for her birthday and she was happy, that's what matters to me.

Chef Butter was amazing very funny plus everything was absolutely delicious. Our server Natasha was excellent was on top of everything made sure we were well taken care of!! Always come here for birthday’s.

Come in was properly greeted by the staff. I apologize but she was kind and genuine which I appreciate. I want to say was Shue. But I apologize if I’m getting it wrong. She initially gave a wait time of 35 minutes and at 7:19 I was placed on the the waiting list. At 7:37 actual text saying table was ready. Bao chef exceptional Funny guy joked around and double checked for food allergies and personal instructions for preparing each meal. I got a lychee tea crab Rangoon and the Kobe trio with a filet minion upgrade. Great food great service, wonderful experience.

The atmosphere service is great very good showman cooks efficient servers that are always available plus other service also help you.out even if it's not your server ... Great ... Now the food is a split because the quality part of the food is great the steaks shrimp(soso) lobster awesome ... But they flood you with all the cheap food ... I understand it's not gonna be Montana of meat but it's a exaggerating amount of rice noodles and potatoes .. and some people don't want there steak mixed up with a bunch of potatoes but they present it that was to see more filling .... And the prices are ok considering the entertainment but 12 dollar bottle beer all night.

Visited today with my dad and brother. It was delicious! So flavorful and LOTS of portions so come super hungry. Chef Danny did not disappoint. Outgoing and personable. They even box up your food!

This was our first visit to Kobé and it was fun sitting at the hibachi grill. Our chef Danny did a great job. I got the sirloin steak and it was cooked perfectly. Keep in mind that the dish included both the rice and noodles so it was A LOT of food; perfect if you want to share or have leftovers! Make sure you have a reservation for the grill.

Kobe is a good place to go if you have a big group. It holds 10 people to a grill! The place is run so well and very efficient. The service is fantastic and the food is very tasteful! The reason for the 4 star is the cost! The price of the meals has gone up so much! I order the land and sea meL and they charge $54 dollars. Also, they add a 18% automatic tip for a large party. It is ok to add the tip but the issue is they apply the 18% before tax. So they tax you on the tip amount where this is not the way they should calculate it. I would recommend them for a special event celebration like a birthday but I wouldn’t pick it as a night out for dinner.

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is a delightful dining experience. There are a variety of tepanyaki selections available. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. The chef who cooks the meal at your table is personable and entertaining. They also have a sushi menu available. This is a perfect place for a special occasion or just to give yourself a treat.

The food was amazing. Wish they had explained the process before seating us. We had no idea how much food there is!!! We did not need the appetizers or any side items. Good grief. Each "serving" was enough for 4 meals for most of us. But so yummy 😋 Only criticism... the server and the young man who played the drum didn't appear to like their jobs.

Every time I visit Kobe, the food is delicious and my friends and family and I have a fun experience. The chefs all do a great job at entertaining while simultaneously keeping track of the whole party's orders and cooking the food in the correct sequence from the veggies on down to the rice and then the meat. The soup course has two options, one vegetarian and one with meat stock. The yum yum sauce was constantly refilled when empty, as were our drinks. We tipped generously because these are unusual times and the work force has seen a shift, and we appreciate all these hospitality workers who contribute to our occasional night out.
