Bought a place for my Mom about 3 years ago, and finally have been able to come down from CT recently, to visit. Have friends in and around the park also. Have met nice tenants here also. Not a bad place to reside, however, how rude to ask an owner, visiting their 84 year old mom, to pay 250.00 to stay in their own place! Denied pool access on refusal to do so. I understand the policy of security, and wanting to keep out undesirables, but come on Flo, (kiss mah grits) or whoever you are. Be real. Charge your own son to visit you. And thanks for letting me stay in my own place. Rethink the policy. Tweak it some for immediate family. And they are lucky they have Selma.

Unfortunately this park has new owners Legacy Communities LLC ,and they have raised the lot rent for 2023, $70 dollars, and now we have to do our own lawn plus they are now making us pay for PC ad valorem assessment and PC non as valorem assessment. I will be paying 805.75 an increase of 180.75 . I feel really bad for those who live here on a limited income 😪 so think about it before you purchase . I am praying for my neighbors and myself for God mercy that these owners don't continue to push us out if that is there goal. 🙏

Legacy is the owner of the park and they keep finding new ways to get more money out of us. We don't have a rental agreement and no one has signed for the new lease. Don't buy if Legacy owns.

You do not want to move here everytime you turn around rent increase a big one not just 10-15$ a month do not have lawn service anymore yards are pitiful no one keeps the yards neat looks worse than Vagabond guess we should call this place Vagabond II but that's what happens when you go from mom & pop owned to corporate America all they care about is $$$ not the park or residents

Overpriced lot rents! They have sinkholes in park and refuse to fix. My friends home is sinking and yet they won't do anything to fix. The park @ 7499 46th ave at least does.

Owned by heartless corporation that keeps going up on lot rents beyond any other place in town. Not worth the price for the lack of amenities offered. Retired people on fixed incomes are being priced out of homes that they already own. Shame on you Legacy! All you care about it making more money. Making residents pay your property taxes on top of ridiculously high lot rents? I hope Florida puts new laws into place to protect seniors and stops you from this madness.

neighbors are friendly & helpful. owners run this like a private concern different rules for different people. male owner I've heard my 1st day supposedly obnoxious and vulgar to our older neighbors. However I have never met him but from everything I've heard I've been lucky

I have lived here for 2 years and have been having some difficulty with a few of the other renters here. We do not get along. It makes it hard for me to be happy with living here. I am going to move back to North Carolina to Blowing Rock Mountains, where my parents left me their chalet when they passed away. I believe that I will definitely be happier there! 😊

Use to be an affordable place to live, but not anymore. New owners Legacy don't really care about fixed income residents. Sadly I wouldn't recommend you buy here.

Moved in 02/2019, and in a very short time have met some of the nicest neighbors. It's a real sense of community. There's an activity organization to join with lots of social gatherings & outings. Weekly 'coffee time' at the clubhouse allows to catch up on what's happening and to meet & greet neighbors. The pool area isn't large, but a nice size with chairs, loungers and a couple of covered tables with shade. There are a few older looking mobile homes but most have been updated and spruced up. There's always someone who has a bit too much on their carport, but that's true for any neighborhood. The office will send you a polite reminder if it gets too out of control. There are comments posted about 'addicts' wondering the Park- I walk my Pug several times a day and have NEVER seen this. I've seen other dog owners, bicyclers, and exercisers, all waving and/or saying hello. The grounds are mowed, trimmed and blown regularly and very tidy. Security is seen often making their rounds driving through the park every day Over all, I'm very pleased to call this home 👍

This place got so much better since the beasts that previously owned it were just plain NASTY! I DON'T know who was worse the old witch or her pygmy son

As of Oct. 2021 park is under new ownership. Rent increase as of Jan. 2022. We will see how the new ownership goes. From what I been hearing new owners want to make the park a better place to live. That's great to hear just as long they keep the rent low. I also think your neighbors got to be dissent people to live near. Happy Trails Everybody.
