We had an incident in there on Friday. The owner was very disrespectful to my husband, and use profanity as a result of his anger. We are very unhappy here. It’s our first year with them and there’s been nothing but issues . The coaches seem unorganized and don’t know the game. I am very upset with the way things have been handled and I’m hoping to get a refund today. This company only sees your child as a number they don’t care about teaching them the fundamentals of the game, nor working on their technique. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!

Upontop Volleyball Academy is a great facility for your kids to learn and develop their volleyball skills in a recreational league no matter what skills that they may have. There are many different coaches, and each one of them has their own style that may suit your child better. We were fortunate enough to find the coach that suits my daughter best on our first season. Coach Amber has been great, and we are entering our fourth season now. I see parents in the comments, complaining about lack of communication, and basically about how things didn’t go to their preference. Well, everything doesn’t go right the first time, and sometimes you have to give things a second chance, and for people to get comfortable and develop relationships. I signed my daughter up so that she could have a social life, have friends to hang out with, and have a positive source of letting out her emotions, while also having fun. It’s been a great time, and Wes does a great job, running the facility and communicating with parents, and making sure that everything runs smoothly. If my daughter wasn’t having fun, making friends, and enjoying learning, then I would not continue to sign up. 10/10. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I could post the pictures and videos, I would, but I don’t know how.

Paid soo much money to have our Grandaughter humiliated, verbally abused, embarrassed , terrible coaching. ! When you have a very determined team player who gives 100 percent of her time and physical Ability only to be verbally humiliated because she had one bad game ! This is mental manipulation ! You should be ashamed to call yourself a coach !

I am really disappointed in the professionalism of my daughters coach. Her coach showed the girls what no to do in the face of adversity.

Upontop Volleyball Academy is 2nd to none. Couldn't be happier with my daughters progression, teamwork, work ethic and skills. I would recommend Upontop to anyone looking to take their volleyball skills to the next level.

UpOnTop Volleyball Academy Port Saint Lucie is in my book one of the best Academies around. My daughter has been a part of this great place for more then 6 season. For the last 3 season she has had coach Tim Jr. I would have to say that he has played a big roll /impact on her over all game, skill set and over all performances. He has really moved her by giving her mind set, motivation, determination and understanding on how the game is played. He works hard and gives them the tools to succeed. In my opinion he is one of the best drill coach there. When my daughter Paige looks forward to practice and can’t wait to play games.It is truly inspiring. We are very happy to been a part of his team and look forward to the up coming season. Thanks Tim Jr. for all you do. We will see you at the start of next season. Paul/Paige

Great place great coaches nice owner wonderful for the kids,teens keep them active and off the streets any team sport is great for them. Get them involved!

The advanced league is a bit pricey for only 2 practices per week and 3 tournament days, compared to other sports leagues, as well at the other programs offerred such as Rec League. I understand it's a club and they're doing their best to accommodate a lot of girls in 1 facility for 2 months, but in my opinion, they should practice at least 3 times a week for the cost. This will help the girls stay in their groove and retain what they're learning. Doing so would promote better team chemistry, floor awareness and intensity. As far as the coaches, they're great, and I believe that's their selling point. They all seem highly experienced and knowledgeable, but most importantly patient. Some are more aggressive than others, but that's never a bad thing. Helps bring out a players potential. My daughter has never played volleyball at this level before, and towards the second half of the season, her skill and confidence improved drastically. The competition here is great as well, and keeps the girls on their toes. Kudos to the coaching. Haven't tried other clubs in the area yet, but from what I hear, this one is the most competitive and the girls learn more. Overall, if you can spare the costs, it's a great intro into volleyball, and a great alternative until school leagues start up. Go for it.

This volleyball started off good to start the environment was great until about a year into the start of the recreational league the refs were out of place they gave out attitudes to players who didn’t say anything I understand they have club members trying to pay it off but they just can’t ref. The parents have an intoxicating attitude toward players on other teams and also most coach’s have no experience with touching a volleyball I would think again about up on top and try set em up

My daughter has been going to Upontop for almost 3 years. We started during covid, which I feel they handled extremely well. I started to coach rec almost 2 years ago here. They treat myself and my daughter like we are family. When my daughter started, she was unsure, shy, and not very confident. Today, she has amazing friends that she has made at this volleyball facility. She feels confident, she is happy, she has found her people. We just finished our 1st club season, and I am extremely pleased with the organization, the coaching, the level of playing, and most importantly, the growth I have seen in my daughter throughout her club season. Coach Kyle did an amazing job with (9) 14 years olds who can be amazing at some times and extremely moody at other times. He is one of the best coaches my daughter has ever had, and I appreciate everything he did for our team this season. From the coaching perspective, they have always been kind to me, have always listened to our suggestions as coaches, and always have our backs in difficult situations. We love Upontop.

My 4 year old asked to play volleyball. And then she met Coach Tim Jr. He bestowed a love of volleyball and action that I’ve never seen from a coach! We love him and he’s been amazing for both of my kids!! And now she’s turning 8 and only requests Coach Tim Jr. But every coach has been so amazing! Up On Top has it all. Thank you!!

UpOnTop is an amazing volleyball academy, with coaches that go out of their way to teach them the correct techniques, help them better their skills, and take them to a new level of the sport. All of my grandchildren, and my kids have been going there for years, and I would highly recommend UpOnTop Volleyball!!

As a former attendee for Up On Top, I have experienced nothing but drama. To the parents it may seem like a relatively happy area, but the drama and gossiping around the gym is disgusting. I haven’t had a single season there where I wasn’t talked about or looked at in a disrespectful manner. As a beginner, Up On Top is fine, do whatever you want. But I now go to Set ‘Em Up off of US1 and I love it there. I now get to experience techniques, positions, and other aspects to the sport that UOT has not yet achieved. If you want to flourish in volleyball, go to Set ‘Em Up because they are so much more welcoming and the environment is more friendly.

Our daughter has recently starting playing volleyball here. It is a great environment. She has a lot of fun and is also learning a lot. Great staff and ownership.

My granddaughter was a beginner soccer player. They handled the 5/6 age group well.

My daughter has been playing here for almost a year now and our experience has been amazing! The coaches and owners have been nothing but informative and helpful to us and our kids! We went from Rec all the way to my daughter starting club in November. Her current coach, Briona (12u mini club coach) has been awesome. She pushes the girls to be better and can sometimes be tough when needed which anyone knows is the sign of a good coach. At this level the competition starts getting tough and she is doing a great job of teaching the girls to be tough so they will be able to handle playing at a higher level. We are incredibly grateful for everyone there and the wealth of knowledge and confidence they have given our daughter. I can’t wait to see what the future of this organization holds!!

Nothing but an awesome experience from Up On Top. Our daughter has been playing since the recreational leagues and progressed to the higher levels. Can’t thank the coaches enough for helping guide her and teaching her, to help her understand the game. I want to thank Bri her mini-club coach for the determination to push her to make her a better player and not go easy on her. Hard coaches make some really awesome respectful and disciplined athletes.

Great sports academy. The coaches are all professional and well trained. They teach kids to be team players. They are a great contribution to our community by helping students to achieve their goals!

Poorly run organization. Unfortunately there are not many choices for volleyball in the area and I believe that is the biggest reason while most parents sign their kids up again. Hopefully more options open up in the near future and our kids will have a better place to develop and compete.

My daughter has Volleyball here. Our first time coming... We will definitely be back next season, coaches are great, staff are friendly and helpful, concession stand is nicely stocked, edible and not over priced.

Unprofessional coaching by my granddaughters coach. She was told to be at the tournament by 1:30 but her coach Tim Jr didn’t show up until 1:56 to warm up the team and the game started at 2pm. This is really disappointing.

Great activity and facility for children to stay active.

I am going to this volleyball service, and I am having a wonderful time, they teach you hands on how to serve in many different ways! Everyone there actually cares about you and is always there to help you, Sincerely, Daquain.
