I definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here! My husband and I wanted to enjoy a day at the park but we didn't want to leave our dog at home(1.5 hr drive from home). We were nervous that when we got there we wouldn't feel totally comfortable leaving Eva there. However, as soon as Andrea greeted us we knew Eva would be fine. We filled out our registration form, paid and then were taken in to the kennels. Eva was the first one in that morning so we got to pick the kennel we wanted for her. We brought her bed, Lamby, water bowl, and a tshirt that smelled like me. The kennel was plenty big enough for our 65 lb girl. We had a backpack with her food, treats, collar, and leash in it, that we clipped to the outside of the kennel so we could easily grab it for our visits. We visited Eva 2 times, once for treats and a walk and then again for dinner and a walk. It was so easy to hop on the tram and get back to her within 10 min. Some said that the kennel was hard to find but when you are at the parking gates, you tell them you are visiting the kennel and direct you to follow the red line along the ground. It was easy to get in to the kennel parking area and then back out to the main parking area(the kennel is IN the parking lot). Thank you again to Andrea for making us feel so comfortable with leaving Eva here! The staff is not allowed to take your dog out of the kennel but they do check in on them.

We left our dog here while we are at Busch Gardens. It worked out great! It was $25 each day ($10 for pass holders). I walked my dog once half way through the day. The staff is really nice. It was first come first serve, so I arrived 30 mins before park opening, but there were only 2 dogs when I was there. The kennel is located near the parking lot tram stop.

Super convenient and very low boarding fee ($25) for the day. They have small & large kennels, it's air conditioned, you can bring food, treats, toys, or bedding for your dog & the staff was very friendly. The only downside is that they don't walk your dogs for you. If you don't make it back to the kennel to take your dogs out to potty, then they have to hold it. The kennel is literally just a holding area. It's tough to get back around to walk the dogs when your 3 miles deep into the park.

We put our little fur baby with them all the time. I just wish they have someone to take them out to bathroom so we don't have to run back all the time. The lady is very very sweet.

We left our pets here both days over a weekend. The workers care about the animals. I give 4 stars maybe because I'm a bit of a Karen. Let me explain. When I called cust. service, they said all of the holding areas for the dogs were pens and described the sizes. When you get there, they're actually cage-in-the-wall kennels for small dogs and the pens are for bigger dogs. I had my two baby shih tzu mix dogs and didn't want to leave them in a cage for a whole day, especially since I don't crate them at home. Since I was misinformed I asked if I could put them both together in a pen for the large dogs. They were very apprehensive against this, and I understand as it is their job, however, I feel that the park needs to inform customer service that they are metal cages in the wall, or else I would've booked my hotel extra nights. But yeah, they have pens for bigger dogs and dark cages for smaller ones, I would have taken a picture but I was focused on my dogs at the time. Oh and you have to walk your dogs half way through the day. Policy. Even if it's not fun for you to do so, just try to be near the entrance every 4 hours.

Difficult to find the location but very straightforward service. Next time I will bring blanket or toy. This service was so appreciated so we could have our fun day at the park.

They seemed to be concerned and attentive to our dog. It was up front in the parking area( we would have not purchased upgraded parking if we realized it was on the opposite side of park. The premium parking was pointless altogether), and it was easy to find. I wish we could have had them walk, feed, and interact at our request but I imagine for liability purposes they are not allowed.

For people like us that have no money, it was too expensive. Waited in line 2 hours to go on the Cheetah ride, were going to try to get the fast line and it cost $150.00 a person there were 14 of us. Our son got the tickets for us. I thought maybe going another day that wouldn't be so crowded but we are both seniors living on a fixed income. I do admit it's beautiful place. God Bless You!

I work here. So not sure if its appropriate for me to rate this higher. You can kennel you pet here for $25 per day ($10 for passholders). We aren't allowed to walk or open the kennel without you being present.

The people were nice and are always there which is a huge plus and comfort for me (as no one stays at the kennel in Seaworld you have to call everytime for assistance). My dog has really bad seperation anxiety and she did way better here than at the Seaworld kennel. The cages were also way cleaner and in way better shape then the ones at Seaworld. They play music which is nice cause it keeps from the load noises outside (including fireworks) from causing more stress on the animals. The only down fall I found was the location. It is not as close to the enterance to the park as it sounded and driving there was almost impossible because of the islands/one ways and losing your parking spot. So it was a good hr to an hr and hlf for us to just exit the park walk to the kennel relieve our dog and then to go back to the park. Which doing that every 4 hours is a lot of time to lose overall. But other than the location I would definately recommend boarding your dog here.

My family likes this place so much. I hope they have better options for kids menu and /or overall food menu. When you come here almost every week, you will not want to eat here anymore...

Super friendly staff. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs there. They allowed us to put them in the same large kennel because of their size and I feel they were more comfortable hanging out for the day.

Chihuahua approved! I honestly was so worried leaving my two chis at a kennel for the day since I’ve never done that before. All my worries were soon relieved! Nice and roomy kennels where I could fit blankets, pillows, toys, food and water for them. The Busch gardens shuttle takes you to and from the kennel and you can take them outside and visit them as much as you want! Bring your own leashes, food and bowls. They have a sink that you can fill their water dishes from and a countertop you can leave a cooler bag with their food and leashes if needed. Amazing friendly staff! 10/10

The rides were really good as well as the food. The customer service is alright, they do need a lot of improvements. Also the rides need better maintenance because they kept delaying the lines in order to fix them. And the amount of people being allowed in the park during this time is crazy, too many people.
