My God the pasta. The garlic knots. The sandwich. When I tell you it was UNREAL. I got the Penne I funghi pasta and The Heights sandwich. Coming from the east coast this was one of the best pasta dishes out here for one of the BEST PRICES.

Small little deli, fresh meats, tons of choices for beer and wine. Small parking lot and small seating area, good options and friendly staff. Would recommend the pastrami. $18 for a sandwhich, chips and drink

Decided to try the sandwich shop in Lincoln Heights. They also sell pizzas and I'll have to try it next time. I ordered The Heights sandwich, $12.95, their signature sandwich, and the hot meatballs and sausage sandwich, $12.75. My coworker is a big sandwich connoisseur. He enjoyed The Heights and ranked it an 8 out of 10. The bread could have been a little more crispy but the meats were fresh. My meatball and sausage as good, I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10. Might repeat to try their pizza. Total for both sandwiches, $26.91

I orders through grub hub. Got myself a Johnston St sandwich with house pepper sauce which added a nice subtle spice to it. Also got a Main St sandwich. Both of the sandwiches were great and were packaged securely for delivery. They earned my future business.

The best sandwich shop for miles. The menu is divided between hot and cold sandwiches, pastas, salads and appetizers. I always like to ask for a suggestion because it’s all good. We’re talking big portions, incredible bites and if you’re a fan of truffles, get the truffle fries. Inside you’ll see a vast variety of beers, wine, hard kombucha and non-alcoholic beverages. They carry the more crafty and unique brands here. I love their ‘clean up after yourself’ culture. If you enjoy a meal in their outdoor space, they provide cleaning products to encourage doing your part. Nice amount of parking behind the space.

We wanted to give it fair shot. We got the Lincoln park ave, the meatball sub, baked ziti, and mozzarella sticks. None of them were anything to write home about. The Lincoln park ave made me sick, I had to throw the other half away. The meatball sub was a little sweet? But the true travesty was that the baked ziti had CROUTONS on top. No breadcrumbs, just penne in sauce with croutons on top. Service? Pretty good. Bread? Pretty good. Everything else was not good. For $12 a sub, nah.

I love everything about this place. I came once to check it out and ended up with a bottle of wine, a sandwich, and the parm fries. Came back in recently just for 2 heights sandwiches during lunch. It was busy and the parking enforcement guy was out so I almost gave up, But I was easily able to pop in, order the sandwiches and wait in my car because they have a speaker to the street. The guy taking my order was on top of it and saw i was ready and Expeditiously got me through. I really appreciate their service and food here.

They have the best cold and hot sandwiches in the area. They also carry a lot of local breweries and limited edition batches of IPA's, Ciders, Hard Kombucha, and Wine that will continue to keep you interested. I still haven't tried their pizzas or pasta but probably will soon as I am definitely going to continue to keep coming back. Definitely recommend this place 👍

A+ Sandwiches are fantastic! I had the pastrami sooo goood! Hip trendy and delicious! They have every beer you can think of and then some! Parking is around back and the outdoor patio is hidden through the side door... all items are named after famous local Highland Park street names! Its cool! This is a great little place to chill hangout and drink a beer with family, Co workers or with friends.

What a lucky stop! Driving through on a road trip and looked up a sandwich spot and picked this one! Wow! They were so nice and had so many options. We both loved our sandwiches. Generous on all the fixings! I had avocado on mine and I often feel like people skimp on adding avocado. They did not!! It'd a HUGE sandwich so you can definitely share or save the other half. They did forget to put honey mustard on one but nonetheless still yummy! If we weren't driving we would of definitely grabbed a drink. Their beer selection is amazing! I did get a kombucha like drink that I've never seen before and it was amazing. I highly recommend this spot😋

I would love to give this place a higher rating, however, the consistency is non existent. Sometimes the sandwich will be packed full of meats and others its maybe 2 or 3 slices. On two separate occasions, I’ve ordered salad and there is hardly anything in there?!? Paying $12 for a Cesar salad that has less lettuce in it than a $2 bag of cut romain from any grocery store sucks! I really love the flavors but there is room for improvement.

First time here. I had the Meatball/Sausage hot sandwich and the pastrami sandwich. I liked the meatball one a little more. The wine was perfect (only had bottles, so i HAD to have a bottle), hubby had El Segundo beer Triple IPA he loved. We'llbe back to try something new. Total bill was about $60 not cheap but totally worth it. You definitely get what you pay for quality meats and a great selection of beers and wine! Oh and I almost forgot the amazing truffle fries!!! Yum

Friendly people and good food. They use high quality deli meats and they have a nice selection of drinks to have with your meal. I wish i had a picture of the sandwich but it was irresistible once i unwrapped it.

Great sandwiches and pastas. Love the soda and beer selection as well. Nice staff, cute and a functional store. Couldn’t be happier that it is apart of this community!

This is THE place to get a nice deli sandwich ! Lots of choices and if not they also have hot sandwiches as well as a selection of pizza and pastas. I haven’t mentioned about their huge variety of canned beers they have too ! Gotta check it out !

This is the best pasta!! Got the chicken pesto pasta and have been looking for flavor and ingredients like this since I worked for my last employer in highland park. Top notch food at amazing prices. I would of paid 30$ for pasta like this at any Italian resteraunt but they don't even charge half that here. I run a Neapolitan pizza shop in downtown so I like to think I know good ingredients and this place has them in my opinion.

All their sandwiches are soooo good! Love their eggplant Parmesan pasta and truffle fries as well. I’ve occasionally bought some craft beer/cider and appreciate their large selection of brands.

There are many good Deli shops out there and this one is right there at the top. They have bomb subs cold and hot, pizza, sodas and beers. I highly recommend this deli shop to anyone who wants a good cold or hot sandwich.

I have eaten here several times over the past year and its always consistently delicious food. Prices are very reasonable for the serving sizes and quality that you get. I highly recommend the Jambalaya pasta, lobster ravioli, (any pasta really), hot/cold sandwiches, and their pizzas as well--I have tried them all and they do not miss 🎯

Great place but you gotta be a beer connoisseur to drink here as the beer is correctly priced but expensive. Food was great, one of the best cold sandwiches I've ever had and the pizza was on point. Will definitely return.

Who knew that they serve slushy alcohol? What a hit! The two flavors they had were strawberry and grapefruit. The size for this is well deserving of $10. Pretty tasty sandwiches too with selections to boot!

Improved on philly cheese steak sandwich. The flavor has always been there but people complain about not enough meat and mostly bell peppers. More meats there. I also like their pastrami sandwich but I read they reduce the meat proportion. Still good but I like it more before.

I ordered the roast beef pastrami. The bread was toasted to perfection which made the samich so much better than most sub shops. The fettuccine alfredo was delish with a nice serving of mushrooms

I was so disappointed!!! I worked a 12 hr shift and didnt feel like cooking for my family tonight. The guy in the front had great customer service, however the pizza was just too dry. We waited 20 minutes for it and it was like room temperature heat… truffle fries were really dry, Im not sure if there made in the oven or deep fried , they taste like french fries you put in the oven for kids just over cooked. Customer service 10/10 but as far as food I wouldn’t recommend there pizzas… my husband had the shrimp pasta he liked that, and their wings were good … the pizza was the most exspensive thing so I thought that would be the best .
