If I could give them a 0 star I would. We have given this location MULTIPLE opportunities by ordering from them. $30 for two meals plus delivery and tip charges, the meal should be done right. We didn't receive our shakes the first time around (they asked us to come pick them up after paying $4.99 to have them delivered plus $5 tip. The second time we didn't get our flatbread made correctly, they literally put NOTHING in them, just chicken, this last final time we tried ordering and they sent us watery shakes and no sides. This has to be the worst location I've ever ordered from, hands down.

Finally, a store that made my drink correctly the first time around; no waiting 15 minutes for it to be remade with attitude. This store was extremely clean and tidy with a nice size lobby. This store had a drive thru but you can go inside and order as well. The two employees I encountered were pleasant and friendly, unlike some stores I've encountered further north.

I never write negative reviews but this is ridiculous. To keep it short, I just thinks this location needs new management. The food gets made incorrectly. The wait times are atrocious. Waited 20 minutes in the drive while at the mic to place my order without a “hold on it’ll be a second” or anything then another 5-10 after placing the order for two smoothies. Don’t know if theyre understaffed or just that the workers don’t like working there cause it don’t seem like it.

I was in last night and I will tell you this. My order was awesome. On top it was getting to be close to 10 pm. I live close by. So I rode my bike. On my way out of the store. I realized my bike had been stolen by a man picking up his order before mine was ready. A young lady named Amy went far and beyond help to get from her store manager and police by phone. She was so wonderful. I just wanted to give this young lady a big Thank you ❤️ and will definitely be back. The food and smoothie rock❤️ again Amy rock's also. Tropical smoothie is lucky to have her as an employee 👍❤️😁

No electrical outlets. Otherwise, clean, nice location, friendly staff. It could be 5 stars, if the lobby had more electrical outlets, so I can relax with a smoothie while I work on my laptop or charge my phone. Let me know when you add some outlets and I'll add that fifth star. 🔌⭐

Even as it was almost empty due to virus concerns, the line of the dive through was filled. We asked for veggie smothies which were scrumptious! Those are also healthy, so a good choose.

Got hired and was told I’d get paid for training videos and to sit there at the store and watch 6 hours of videos. Did so never got paid for it. Was told I forgot to put the time in. And was told it’ll be on your next paycheck. I can not do uncertainty. So I choose not to start working there. Well guess what it’s the next pay period and nothing once again. I don’t care if it’s 1hour or 6 hours. I deserve my pay.

It was clean and well maintained. The food was good, though it did take a while to get it. The smoothie was delicious but also took a long time. The staff was friendly and the price was decent

Really sweet nice employees my food was ready in a Jiffy which was surprising to me , other times im waiting 10 minutes. Great customer service i brought in my pups and there were 2 ladys this one young lady stood out to me always smiling while talking , respectful i believe her name was Alexandra . I told her id leave a survey . You guys need more like her this place must be turning upside down for the better and i think i know why . Way to go girls

This is supposed to be a chia banana boost with peanut butter. It didn’t have many of the ingredients that it should like peanut butter, dates, cinnamon etc. Even the color dictates something is truly wrong here. Complete waste of time and money.

this place is sooooo slow, even if you order ahead of time it won't be ready when you expect context: I ordered a SINGLE smoothie, went to go pick it up about 15 minutes after I put the order in, had to wait 25 minutes in the store after I got there, and had to cancel my order because I could no longer wait and had to leave. I never got my smoothie.

I have been going to this place 6 or 7 years. Shame on me! This place it seems has gone thru 100 employees over that time and gets worse and worse. One morning I sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes. Finally I drove around and went in. I had ordered 1 smoothie and that's it. No was was in line at the drive thru and no one inside. So the girl told me they had phone orders. Well, wouldn't it be smart to work the 1 smoothie in when I'm waiting and their not even there yet and then continue with the order. Then I've gotten my smoothie before with the cap not on tight and liquid running down the sides and they don't even wipe it off. So when they hand it to you it goes all over your clothes. Today I ordered a watermelon mojito and there was so much lime in it I couldn't even taste the watermelon. Come on people, this isn't rocket science. Unless things change I will never go back. I will go to the one on Seminole Blvd. GET SOME GOOD HELP AND PAY THEM GOOD ENOUGH TO STAY!!

It’s completely unacceptable that these people will steal money from you, buy not giving you what you paid for and then ask that you give it back to them in order for them to replace it and apparently by the reviews they’ve been having numerous problems lately management just isn’t helpful at all. They probably need more training or a complete overhaul.

I ordered a Caribbean Jerk wrap with no chicken, add fresh mozzarella. What I received was a lettuce wrap with some pineapples, jerk sauce and the littlest bit of cheddar cheese. I didn't receive any fresh mozzarella on it like I requested, no rice, no beans. At the very least, if none of this was available, I would expect to be notified since I payed for it in advance. I also didn't receive the lime straws like I requested and when I went back in to ask for them, she did a very poor job at trying to understand what I was asking for for some reason. I also received the wrong bag of chips without any explanation. The margarita smoothie was decent if you don't mind half of the lime not being grinded in with the rest of it. I feel like I can see a pattern here, so I'll probably not make a habit of coming here.

It's a bunch of kids working here. I've only ever gone through the drive through but they're quick and friendly and professional and I haven't had a bad experience yet! And Pretty healthy if you order certain things

Today I have the best experience in tropical smoothie 30 minutes before closing, line at the drive thru and still got hot sandwich and two great smoothies! I hope the manager read this and figure out who was working and let them know that their smiles, and good service made my night better! I’m a pregnant lady with cravings! They deserve a raise for sure!

I'm done going to this location, this has to be the 3rd time they ignored my request. I simply asked for no (Ceaser) dressing and parmesan cheese. Also, my smoothie was pure liquid and crunchy from the blueberries. Then they hand me a banana in this condition lol. The chef needs to start following instructions!

Went here and asked for turkey bacon ranch (no ranch, light chipotle mayo) got it wrong, went back to re make it and made it very clear no ranch and light mayo, this time it was drenched in mayo, told them about it asking if this is some joke, and they said they made it the way they’re supposed to, this place is garbage and won’t be returning!

We were the only customers at the restaurant and we went through the drive through on our work break and were sitting there for 15-20 min waiting for 2 sandwiches and 1 smoothie. Once we finally got our food the smoothie was completely watered down and the chicken pesto some how was burnt but also very cold in the middle. Cheese wasn’t melted, they didn’t add the pepper jack that I paid extra for, and the quesadilla was missing the sauce. I usually love trop but I will never be back at this location

It's late at night, drove to Tropical Smoothie to order food to go. Walk into the restaurant and noticed how clean it was, it looked like a clean fairy magical cleaned it. The customer service was even amazing. Allyson was polite and friendly. The food was good, I also placed an order for a smoothie with my meal. I order the Peanut butter paradise smoothie, which includes peanut butter and banana. They could have a least put either more peanut butter or not so much banana. Other than that way to go Tropical, keep up the good work
