I own a cleaning company which is disappointing to work with this company. The cleaning manager and her supervisors are useless. They have racism with certain companies. there are a number of undocumented workers working and those of us who are American citizens take away our jobs. The new Florida state law needs to be enforced.

We had a great week. There was an event with the fridge dying, but we were accommodated with a dorm fridge, and a new fridge was delivered in a day. The accommodations were nice. Limited in this particular unit on kitchen supplies, but was doable. We have stayed in many units in the Sand Castle 1 building and will be coming again. The office staff does what they can to help in every situation, and Stephen was excellent in helping us get what we needed for our stay. Thank you to everyone in the Plumlee Rental office for all you do.

Great unit to rent 211 A 20th Ave Indian Rocks Beach. Enjoyed the background and grill area, nice washer and dryer

*BEAWARE* Where do we start, this company is a joke. The cleaning manager is really UNPROFESSIONAL and has very little ethics, she mistreat people and she indicates her workers to utilize cleaning methods that do not meet the hygiene expectations that the rooms should have since she sends the workers to clean the sheets the guests sleep with the floor vacuum. Some workers look dirtier than then rooms they are supposed to clean. There are BEDBUGS in every mattress. This place is a DISASTER. If I was you I will not stay here for my vacation.

Rented through Plumlee at Reef Club II Unit 2306. Horrible!! Vents in condo covered in MOLD and spreading to ceiling above vents. Shower curtain in bathroom across from kitchen had slimy orange and black mold and dirt. It was disgusting. Very disappointed as we paid a lot to stay for a week. Never again. We have stayed in this are for many years and this was by far the worst.

While Fort Meyers continues to rebuild from the hurricane, my in-laws recommended IRB, and the Plumlee location. We booked right away. Since we had never been , I wasn't sure what to expect. It was everything we needed. Very friendly front desk, lots of recommendations on what to do and where it is located. Our room was slightly outdated but I’m not there for the room, it had everything we needed and lots of space. The beach was beautiful, the pool was nice and warm, balcony was great, kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the grill was great for dinners. We cannot wait to go back in 2024.

We have stayed in a Plumlee rental over Christmas for many years. Christmas of 2021 there was such loud construction directly under our unit that it shook things off of the shelves and started at 7am daily. They never told us. Christmas of 2022 they called 2 weeks before our scheduled arrival to tell us that our unit would be under construction so we could still come but we couldn't use the balcony, the gulf view would be blocked, and we could not use the pool or pool deck, so we cancelled. They just called me today (May 16, 2023) to cancel our Christmas 2023 reservation because of more construction.

We have been going to the Reef Club for 6 years. Each year they make improvements to the grounds. It really has become a resort, large pool, hot tub, tennis and Pickle Ball courts, and a grassy area to relax in. They also have several outdoor games you can play in that area. It’s a very short walk to the beach Our condo is very spacious and feels like a home. Enough room to comfortably sleep 6. Can’t wait till next March when we can go down there again.

Since Plumlee has decided to delete my review on their Facebook or block me from the page…. I’ll post here We have stayed with this company many times, but will not be staying again. We stayed at the Chateaux May 21-27 for our honeymoon and there were roaches crawling on the kitchen countertops. We notified management and they blew it off as “that’s not a roach it’s a palmetto bug.” A palmetto bug is definitely a roach. They look almost identical. After 2 phone calls we got through to the office manager. Once again telling us it was a palmetto bug. After the manager argued with us, pest control was sent to spray. We asked if we would start seeing more roaches once it had been sprayed and the manager said, “I don’t know what a bug is going to do.” Very unprofessional and hateful. The management never once apologized because of the roaches. They simply put it off as they are normal this time of year. I disagree, roaches are not normal unless there is an infestation. The whole situation was handled very unprofessionally and they were not understanding at all. So good luck staying with this company and at this location. Because if there were roaches in Chateaux 307, I’d say the whole building is infested. We will never be staying with Plumlee again.
