I found this park on accident! I love taking pictures of boats and happened to see some as I drove by. I decided to stop. Not only did I find a beautiful park to relax at and take pictures but to my surprise there is an area that is dedicated to 9-11. At the park it has gazebos, benches that are in shaded areas so you can enjoy the view on those hot FL. days or nights. There is an area that I believe you can fish from. I did not see signs that said you cannot. The park does have a restroom. A bike rack if you need to rest or explore the area. The sidewalks are very well paved so if you have a scooter, walker or wheelchair, you can enjoy the park too. I will definitely be going back. It was absolutely serene!

I didn't know about this park and Monument until a Month ago. I had to return and spend a little more time reading and looking at the display. Good place to take your younger ones and tell them the history so they can understand the pain we all felt as a Nation.

The beach sucked, you couldn't walk in the water without shoes. The beach was covered in oyster shells.

Glad to have finally visited this park after driving by it several times. The memorial is a great dedication to those that endured and lost their lives. The fishing 🎣 dock looked like a nice spot and there was plenty of shade in the park

Small, simple park that is made extraordinary because of its 9/11 Memorial. The memorial features a modern structure full of symbolism built around and actual piece from one of the twin towers. Be sure to grab one of the small, free brochures and take the time to appreciate the significance of every aspect of the architecture & design.

Nice little park. we can walk along the Waterfront there are a dock you can view the bay. it is right next door to the 911 memorial and you can park there for free.

Love the use of the restrooms. However, there were some inappropriate things written on the picnic tables in sharpie and some clothes and shoes were left unattended.

A relaxing park with a piece of the 911 tragedy and memorial area that is saddening but very respectful for those who lost their lives. 💗 There are picnic tables, benches, fishing docks, restrooms and sidewalks for wheelchairs etc...worth a visit while your're in the area!
