I
would
put
zero
for
the
amount
of
stars.
I
seen
Hazel
Fraser
the
nurse
at
the
Ortiz
location
due
to
having
multiple
symptoms
for
ADHD
and
my
therapist
recommended
that
I
get
treated
for
it
as
it
might
be
the
reason
behind
a
lot
of
my
issues.
The
practice
was
very
misleading,
from
the
beginning
I
explained
that
I
needed
a
provider
who
does
practice
in
the
evening
because
I
work
in
a
in
a
clinic
and
I
usually
work
late.
When
I
was
scheduling
I
was
told
that
Hazel
does
see
patients
after
5:00pm
which
was
completely
incorrect.
I
was
also
told
by
April
that
the
normal
route
for
treatment
of
ADHD
is
stimulant
medications
but
she
prefers
to
start
with
non-stimulants
which
even
though
I
was
apprehensive
I
agreed
to
try.
The
non
stimulant
medications
she
prescribed
did
not
sit
well
with
my
body
gave
me
multiple
side
effects
and
it
was
nearly
impossible
for
me
to
get
back
in
to
see
April
because
of
my
conflicting
work
schedule.
It
was
only
after
I
had
changed
providers
there
at
saluscare
to
Dr
Jacobs
that
he
then
explained
to
me
very
abruptly
that
at
Salis
care
they
do
not
handle
ADHD
becaue
salus
care
being
primarily
a
rehab.
He
told
me
I
need
to
go
to
a
primary
care
doctor
or
another
psychiatrist
to
get
treated
for
this.
He
would
not
write
a
referral
for
a
provider.
I
explained
to
the
to
Dr
Jacob
I
have
wasted
2
months
and
my
symptoms
have
significantly
interfered
with
my
ability
to
work
and
he
said
to"
call
my
insurance
I
know
what
to
do
I'm
smart
figure
it
out"
