I have been with them since 2020 and im super thankful for everyone working there. Sometimes here in the US everything related to medicine seems like a business and everyone just try to take money out of you ( this was my experience in every single vet before them ) here everyone seems to really care about them. I need to give a special shoutout to Bree, she is an amazing technician, best one in my opinion, she takes all her time to listen to you and provide all the explanation you need, she will answer all your questions etc. Sometimes you are at the vet due having your babies sick and you are really concerned or stressed out so it’s really important for me to know that someone really cares about how im feeling and my baby. I can say Chuli and Cheetos are really happy to call you their veterinarians. I am also a happy dad knowing my babies are in good hands. Thank you so much Dr. Williams, Dr Lockhart, Amanda thank you thank you and Bree again please never change, you are AMAZING 😻

Best vet I've ever been too. Every person I interacted with was so incredibly lovely to me and my sweet lil babies. They were in good hands. Their vaccinations and care was discussed very well with me, answered all my questions. The facilities are VERY comfortable. No sterile, loud waiting atriums or anything like that. I got to sit in side room that was nicely furnished and decorated. My cats weren't very upset at all. Prices fully reasonable. 100% will be coming back and 100% would recommend. Would give everyone here 6 stars if I could!!

I can’t thank VCA Carrollwood enough for helping my baby George. He had an abscess burst in a terrible spot on the back of his leg and we had a long 3 month recovery with lots of trouble due to where the wound was, and I was so worried the entire time but Dr Williams and the great vet techs always made me leave feeling better. Now that we’re a few weeks out from him being fully healed, I can breathe easy because George is perfectly healthy again! It was a nightmare with near weekly visits, and 3 months of him wearing a cone and being sad, and I never thought he’d be better, but their patience and persistence saved him and I will always be thankful for the care in which they treated my baby. I definitely recommend taking your cat here, especially for more complicated issues. Thank you all so much!

Very busy hospital. I could never get in quickly. The staff is super nice, but my cats heart rate was in the 190's and they didn't catch her PERICARDITIS. I had to go elsewhere.

Amazing experience. They were able to get me in the same day, the staff was so friendly over the phone and in-office. The office was so clean and quiet for my anxious kitty. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They even reached out to check in which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend 🤍

I've been taking my cat, Watson, here for almost 6 years. I love the fact it's cat only veterinarian. Its small, intimate, and calming. The techs are all understanding and accommodating. I feel as if they truly do treat my cat as if he was their own. Highly recommend coming here. Prices are fair and no random "surprise fees" included.

I have been taking my cats to Carrollwood Cats for over 25 years. They are the best and even have Care Club so you can avoid paying large vet bills. I am so thankful that they are still around.

VCA Carrollwood Cat Hospital is the best! They helped our little Luna today and took great care of her. My husband and I recently found her abandoned and decided to adopt her but since she's a kitten, we were pretty stressed out about making sure she was receiving proper care. The staff at vca were all so friendly and helpful and informed us thoroughly on how to best support her in her early development. The clinic is clean, well run, calm and adorable! We are very grateful to have found them and would highly recommend! 🐈 ❤

They've been seeing our cats and the strays I've found over the last year we've been in the area, and they've done a great job. Our old boy was recently diagnosed with diabetes earlier in the week and they've provided so much support beyond what our expectations are of a veterinary clinic, that it's a testament to how much they care about the cats. We are sincerely thankful for them. We have traveled the country so much in the last 5 years, and were planning to again; but I think we're going to stay because we know our buddies will have the best care at this clinic.

Been taking my kitties for almost 4 years. Staff are wonderful and Dr Williams has been assisting my 2 seniors. Cat specialized clinic, definitely recommend. The entire place is sooo cozy and clean.

The Vet was very kind and thorough in her health evaluation. It is clear that she truly loves cats and wants the best for them. I had my female kitten fixed by her and it was a seamless, smooth recovery. Highly recommend.

Katie very patiently demonstrated how to insert a pill orally, and administer eye drops and ear drops to a very fearful sick stray cat I have taken in. Forever grateful for her skill and kindness.

VCA Carrollwood came with a glowing reference from my former vet - Cat Hospital of Orlando. I've been here a couple different times already -- one a last second boarding for my cat -- when i had a condo emergency. They accepted Phillip on short notice and I didn't have to worry about him until the issue got fixed. Big help. Aside from that, I've been there for a welcome check... the history of my cat easily transferred over. So far, so good.

They really care about your cat. My Bags is 15 yrs old lost some weight I went to two other Vet's before I found these great people. Very caring , they called me few days after our visit to see how my Bags was doing.

This place is the best! They really treat my cat like if he was one of their own. They diagnosed my cat with a rare disorder and caught it just in the knick of time. If it weren't for them, my cat would not be here. Thank you Dr. Williams for saving Booster. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable and 10/10 care.

My cat loves going here and so do I. They are very caring and also take the time to educate me about my kitten. I love boarding my cat here because I know he's in safe hands. They make you feel welcomed. Too bad they only do cats haha.

I love this office. The staff is always efficient and timely, and they have a wealth of knowledge on their website (for cats, dogs, birds...). I was having a hard time finding some information for my pet’s benefit and I knew their website would provide the answers I needed, and it did. I appreciate the attentiveness to care, that’s exactly what you want in a veterinarian!

Calm and peaceful vet office. Everyone is friendly and they are very helpful. The doctors seem genuinely concerned for your cats. They give you pricing for all services so you can make informed decisions. I don’t feel like they push you to get services that you don’t need. They help you understand the options to choose the best course of care for your cat. They understand a trip to the vet is stressful for most cats so they are very patient. They call after services and check to see how your cat is doing which is very reassuring because there always seems to be a question you remember you wanted to ask after the vet visit is over. In my opinion the cost of services is in the higher range but not astronomical. Based on the level of care your cat receives and they way they treat you, I’d say the slightly higher prices are understandable and worth it. They are treating my 13 year old cats. They have been enormously supportive. One of my cats had a spine/back injury so now she has limited mobility. They are so great with her she is doing much better now and back to being her usual kitten-like self.

I take my cat here and they are very kind, professional, and have done a great job. I will continue to take him here for all his vet needs.
