Been to a lot of pawns and this one with the review count caught my eye. Customer service is much more friendlier and more in depth to detail than most I have been to. Gives off a family employed vibe from how close everyone was, including the customer. Also has a neat reward point system if you pawn often like I do. Lastly they have a good selection of gold chains.

Went in today on accident to purchase something I thought was at this location but I was assisted by mike and he still was able to assist me with something I needed. Little to no help with stolen propane buffer if you don’t keep all paperwork and receipts you’re screwed they’ll do business with crooks and say screw the hardworking individuals it’s on the floor to be sold @ $1050

While they did not have one item I was looming for, he helped me find 2 more items to purchase. He was very knowledgeable about their points system and walked me through their process. Came in the store to sell an old TV - the ladies were very rude and not helpful. The older lady explained they couldn’t take my TV due to a scratch on the screen.. after examining the screen it looks like the scratch was just a smeared mark - The manager toss me the Windex and told me to clean it. I was offered $50 for my television .. I did not agree with that amount. The lady proceeded to say she will ask if they can offer me more. After minutes of her playing on the computer she explained to me that she put in the system my TV with a 32 inch when in fact it was a 43. She asked did I call in earlier - and I explained I did not I just walked in. She apologized and advise she thought I was a lady that called in earlier which explained her attitude.. which still is not acceptable. She then offered me $60. When I was trying to convince the staff that it was just a smear the lady told me to hush because the supervisor will kick me out - with everything going on in the world I took that very offensive..

BAD BUSINESS: Do NOT trust the associate named 'MIKE'! While trying to make a purchase of an item on Saturday (10/8/22) that was already marked & priced for sale out on the floor, MIKE attempted to HOLD and keep me from buying the item because he thought the item was priced too low!! MIKE literally took the item from my hands and placed the item behind the counter while he decided to do more research to possibly change the price?? This is REALLY BAD BUSINESS!! After I protested to another employee and to him (he literally argued about the situation) for about 20 minutes, he RELUCTANTLY decided to sell me the item (after he took multiple pictures of the item) as it was tagged for sale. I have NEVER had this happen in ANY pawn shop before. This was a VERY BAD, DISGUSTING AND SHADY move by MIKE. He was unapologetic and showed no shame by attempting to do this to a loyal customer, but he should be ashamed. He should be disciplined to say the least and needs to be thoroughly trained on how to be professional, respectful and courteous to customers so as to retain business.
