Great experience with a professional, but personal touch. Bought my wife’s engagement ring years ago and recently purchased a new ring for our 5yr anniversary. The service was great on the first purchase and has improved on that. Treated like an important client. Aleigh helped me to choose a great design and ring that was just what I was looking for. After the unexpected passing of my wife, I was looking for the perfect way to remember her. I met with Aleigh DeLaPorte and shared my vision. I wanted a custom bracelet that would hold some of her ashes and celebrate her Celtic heritage. Aleigh worked closely with me to design, in my opinion, the perfect. Master Craftsman Bob then took over. Throughout the process, Aleigh and Bob worked with me to get it just right. I picked it up today. They didn’t just make a custom piece of jewelry, they crafted a memory. I am beyond pleased and will cherish this forever. Thank you for bringing an idea to life. I think Aleigh and Bob had as much Of their heart and soul in this as I do.

My experience with Les Olsen jewlers was great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I brought two necklaces to be repaired, one broken and the other kinked. The laser repair on the broken one, you can't even tell where it was fixed. The kinked one I was warned that it might not turn out acceptable by their standards, and if that's the case, they would not charge me. Let me tell you, from what it was to what it is now, I was expecting to be charged, and I wasn't. Pricing was reasonable as well. 10 stars of I could thank you again for your precise and timely work.

Aleigh was great! I brought my pearl necklace in to get an expert opinion on how to extend it. She was super helpful and offered a recommendation to add more pearls and re-string them. She kept me informed along the way and let me know during the cleaning process that some were different colors and it would take a little longer to get the right ones ordered and arranged. The end result is a beautiful necklace I’m so happy to wear and will last for many years to come! I highly recommend Les Olsen Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs, both big and small.

Top notch all the way around. They just finished a second custom ring for me and Taylor was absolutely amazing. Knowing my vision and nailed it. Unbelievable experience! I was having a hard time finding the right wedding ring. I had been looking for over a year. I stopped into Les Olson's and met Aleigh, she immediately saw the rings I was looking at and knew right away that I wanted something unique. Aleigh helped me do just that. Even ordered special Montana sapphires to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. She is an absolute delight to work with and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. They took such great care of my grandmother’s rings! I was left my grandmother’s wedding band and her diamond and sapphire ring when she passed away. I was pleased with my experience from start to finish, they were very detailed with me and the service I received. Ally was fantastic and walked me through everything. I had my wedding ring repaired and everything was as expected. Though I never did a cost comparison with others I didn’t need to because I felt like I could trust them to leave my piece with them and that is priceless.

This was my second time visit the shop. Both times it was just for repairs. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Aleigh (love that name!) assisted me with my multiple broken items, which included an heirloom pendant from my grandmother and a pair of Tiffany's pearl earrings. She was patient and thorough even though I got there right at closing time! I just picked up my treasures last night and the repairs are perfect! I am going back Saturday to get a new chain for the pendant!

My wife and I went to Les Olson Jewelers to see about fixing her wedding ring. We met with Alexis, and she was very helpful. Even though ours wasn’t a high dollar transaction, she did great offering options and pricing etc, and we never felt pressured to go with the more expensive options. We found the right fix and moved forward. It’s a nice shop with plenty of options. We had a great experience and will use them again!!

I heard about Les Olson Jewelers through a friend. I wanted something done to a special ring, so I went to Les Olson. The place itself is beautiful. The people are all friendly and knowledgeable. Susan gave me very good advice as to what to do with my ring. It turned out beautiful and I was very happy that I did not change it from it’s original state. She advised me to resize it and polish it up, which was perfect. I will definitely use Les Olson again for any of my jewelry needs or to shop for beautiful pieces. I saw Les Olson Jewelers on Charlie’s World and I stopped in with my niece. While I was there, I explained to Alexis that I thought I had a broken prong around the diamond on my wedding ring. She took the time to look at it and advised that I shouldn’t wear it and it need to be repaired. I don’t leave my ring with anyone, but after seeing what they do, as they did a ring for my sister, and the pride they take in their work, I knew my ring was safe. I cannot tell you what an awesome job they did on my ring. It’s absolutely beautiful. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs. I will be back. Alexis was fantastic to work with. We only had a few days before our wedding and she was able to make this happen! The diamond was a 70’s heart shape that belonged to my mom. I knew I wanted a new setting. Alexis looked through books and online and found this beautiful basket type setting which really shows off the diamond. Wonderful staff and beautiful jewelry! I took my husbands (very banged up for the last 25 years)) wedding band into them to have it rounded and polished. It looks like they gave us back a brand new ring! Very affordable and quick turn around.
