Michaels is always great even if you're just looking for ideas. My one complaint is that while they almost always have the item I'm looking for, they often don't carry a big selection of that particular item. Meaning if I was looking for a pencil case that holds 100 pencils, they might only have one or two models to choose from. But that's typical of many brick & mortar stores nowadays. Still a great place to shop. One thing I really appreciate is they often have BOGO on open stock colored pencils. Makes it much easier to slowly expand/replenish my collection without having to buy a set full of infrequently used doubles.

My wife absolutely loves this store for all of her crafting needs. I wish they had a corner somewhere where people like me can sit and watch TV while she shops...

Staff was friendly and helpful. Store is very clean. Wish they would resume Cricut classes! Somewhat disappointed that they are lowering their stock of stickers.

2023 Oct 29 all the Halloween stuff was gone. Very busy inside, people down every isle looking at Christmas stuff 2021 Good as usual. Halloween stuff is barely out though

My dissatisfaction is with the company, but the staff. Expensive doesn't even explain how I felt when I was browsing. Sticker shock is a better explanation. But then, it's just not what it used to be either. Far less choices than the company used to offer. We'll see how out of touch the buyers are this holiday season coming up.

Helpful manager was able to provide me with solid framing advice that I have found anywhere else. I appreciate the attention to details for valuable artwork. Customer service historically has been lackluster in most retail spaces,but not at Michael's.

Great Halloween selection. Both cutesy, witchy, gothy and horror type stuff to suit your decorating taste.

A great place to shop for that unique craft that you have in mind. Each year they have amazing ideas 💡 especially around the holidays, or hobbies that you are into.

Now, I LOVE me some Michael's! IDK if it's me being broke & settling for the craft stuff at dollar TWENTY FIVE tree, which isn't terrible but Michael's seems way overpriced on alot of stuff now.

I want to Michael's looking for some ribbon. No offense to Michaels but the selection was limited and more expensive than some other stores in the area. I left and made my purchase elsewhere.

Went to do a return, they said the manager was busy on the floor and would take a while. I looked around and there was maybe 2 customers in the whole store total.... they just didn't seem to friendly. I made return after I shopped successfully but that's why I gave 3 stars

Has a lot of the harder to find items for arts and crafts at reasonable prices. Whatever project you are working on they probably have supplies for it. Kids love it as well

I was looking for a specific item in this store location. I ended up adding more items into my cart than I needed to;; Upon checkout, I had realized that I had forgotten my wallet x.x; I had spoken with Jeff and he was able to assist me with my order on the Michaels mobile app. I was able to process the order as a pick-up. Within 15 min, I was notified via text it was ready to be pick-up :D The service Jeff provided was top notch and I would definitely return here.

I had a great experience with framing at michaels. Tracy was so patient and helpful in trying to find the perfect frame for me. She answered all of my questions and was genuinely trying to make sure I was happy. She had great customer service and so knowledgeable about the items and frames.

This review is for an online shop and curbside pick up only. I did not a shop inside the store. I ordered 2 balloons for senior night. The balloons were the numbers 2 and 3 in silver. I ordered them with helium (which is an option online). The order was fast and easy to pick up within 2 hours. I decided to wait until I was on my way to the party to swing by and pick them up. Big mistake. Here is where it went down hill. I pulled up to curbside with my family in the car excited to see 2 big giant silver balloons come out. I parked in spot 1 at 4:50 pm and notified we were in the spot through the link sent on the text message. I waited for 20 minutes then decided to go inside. I stood in line still excited but instead was greeted with a scowl. I explained to the woman that I was picking up balloons. She sighed at me and rolled her eyes and walked away without a word. She then brought me my balloons that were still in their package. I told her I requested balloons with helium. I was then told if I wanted helium I could walk to the back of the store and purchase a tank for $45. I actually left the store crying because the woman was so cross with me. I thought she looked sweet but she was not. Two stars because the online experience was easy however I will never go back to that location again. On a side note publix saved the day and blew up the balloons for 7 dollars. The balloons were great quality but the customer service is a no. I finally finished my transaction at 5:15.

I love their deals with membership! Thus store always has what I need, great staff members, and great deals! Two thumbs up!

I love Michael's don't get me wrong but there Christmas selection kinda sucks this year bring back ur glass ornaments and better product covid is not an excuse anymore. Every year I come to see and buy Christmas stuff and it's getting cheaper and cheaper each yr

Michael's has a huge inventory of craft activities and home decor. Sales for off season items are great.

If you love doing crafts, especially during your down time, this is the place to go. Usually fully stocked, tons of holiday stuff, cashiers are super friendly and helpful and the yarn is plentiful and on sale right now. I love this store.

The older bald man who works they’re is extremely rude for no apparent reason. Maybe he was just having a bad day but as a associate you shouldnt take out your frustrations or irritations on random customers. We were just shopping for a few things in the same isle as him and he said some sly remarks to us. Not sure what his problem is but we’ll be sure to shop at a different micheals where we feel welcomed…

Michaels is another craft store with a great selection. We found some of what we were looking for here @ Michaels~ but I had to go to a different store to get the rest. Enjoy 🙂

They have a free kids make and take once a month and my grandsons just loved it. They didn't want to leave. Also I needed a specific paint for a project and a sales associate was very helpful.
