So
I
was
in
your
store
today
10-15-2023
at
around
5:30
pm
I
was
looking
for
a
ghost
face
mask
and
I
was
going
to
buy
it,
so
I
tried
it
on
and
wanted
to
see
if
it
fit
me,
and
some
short
heavyset
girl
with
brown
hair
(employee),
came
up
and
started
screaming
at
me
about
my
germs
being
in
the
mask
and
told
me
that
there
were
signs
posted
everywhere
that
you’re
not
allowed
to
put
masks
on
so
I
took
it
off
and
there
was
no
signs
whatsoever
and
she
was
rude
and
obnoxious
to
me
and
I
did
not
appreciate
it.
After
several
minutes,
I
continue
to
walk
around
the
store
she
did
come
up
to
me
and
apologize
and
say
that
there
were
no
signs
up
in
the
store,
but
just
the
fact
of
the
way
that
she
approached
me
and
spoke
to
me
it
was
very
unprofessional
and
not
very
businesslike
and
if
this
is
the
way
you
train
your
associates
to
treat
your
customers
that
basically
keep
your
operation
in
business
I
feel
sorry
for
you.
You
need
to
better
train
your
associates,
and
how
they
speak
to
the
bread
and
butter,
which
is
us
the
customer
.
I
will
not
be
going
back
and
I
hope
everybody
sees
this.
Very
disappointing
