Updated review; I came back in to sell some items and I got treated with little to no respect and zero customer service by Naomi, Anthony, and a Black woman I didn't catch the name of. I felt unwelcomed and an annoyance. No matter if you're customers are buying OR selling. You treat them with utmost respect and dignity.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Seriously worst pawn shop ever. They welcome you to bring your items in over the phone and don’t even do a thorough inspection they just look at it and say we can’t take it. The manager in charge I’m assuming it’s the older white guy- he has no sort of empathy and charisma at all he barley makes eye contact with his customers. No type of professionalism in this store it’s a circus. Don’t go here unless you want to be low balled or simply waste your time.

Bought a projector from them but it did not work so I guess I should have had to pay extra money to guarantee the garbage I bought worked went back to buy another one and they wouldn't even give me a good deal and it was missing the power cord. A lot better customer service at Cash america!!

Store manager is a grumpy old man with terrible people skills. His pawnbrokers don’t know how to test gold, telling me my 14k was 10k. When retested by the store manager it was confirmed 14k. Also terribly low balled me and tried to justify it with plain old BS. Take your gold somewhere else and I would recommend retirement Ron.
