    They will get you in quick for an appointment but you may not see your PCP. I had a terrible experience with the Provider Joy Z. She rushed me through my visit. She didn't care to here why I was seen in ER the day before or what led to my ER visit. Totally blew off if I had new diagnosis of Hypertension or not.. Down played my ER visit. For future visits I will make sure I see my original PCP Dr. Faulkner.

    I’ve been a patient for a few years and I’ve never seen a real doctor there it’s always a nurse practitioner. Also if you ever need to call the office, you will never get a person to answer the phone unless you call at 8am you can forget it. As I write this review I have been on hold for 45 mins just to get an answer to one simple question. It is beyond ridiculous. I do not recommend this facility.

    We are currently waiting patiently for our covid testing at this facility. We have been here for 3 hours and were told that the information on their site is not correct. They have to get doctor referrals for every patient according to their staff which is not what the description for their testing site said. They just finished the car that was 3rd in line over 2 hours after opening and we are 22-24 in line so who knows when we will be processed? I recommend bringing a packed lunch if you are brave enough to attempt dealing with this site. I have no idea how they are reporting so many cases each day in our state if this is indicative of how their testing sites are being run. Also, if you are going through the process of getting approved answer your phone. They are calling every person to verify information and we were not informed of that so we missed the 1st few calls.

    0 star I could give to this community health center if they have 0 star option Since they change service to Evara Health . It very hard to contacts to agent by phone. Been try to call for 2 days. Each time I have to wait on phone more then an hour. No one response. Finally I got luck on my second day for last call after wait for another an hour, someone picked the phone up. I just need a copy of the referral from doctor for my kid. She just said please call back and hung up the phone. What the rude service. Even my child specialist doctor office contacted them by phone and by fax need approval from them. No response in the last 2 days. Im at work. Can’t call by phone. Have to be in office personally for the requested that we need for our Kid. What a horrible Evara Health

    A complete nightmare for those possible new patients looking to see a specialist. My primary care Dr sent me to see a Neuromuscular specialist, and my insurance said, they are the one on my network. Their rules " IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR PATIENT WITH OUR PRYMARY CARE DRS. WE CAN NOT SEE YOU". Do not insist, they are not going to see you. Customer service, was average, I waited over 30 minutes for a human being to take my call. What is worst, my insurance is very expensive, I paid it every month, it is automatically taken from my paychecks so I don't know what is worst, the insurance, this place's rules or my condition. The only one left suffering is the patient because no even with money you can have a good service in here. We are becoming 3r world country . I live 1 1/2 hour away to this place, my primary care Dr., I rather have it close to me. This situation is messed up.

    Miserable experience every single time!! Staff does not answer phones, and are very rude in person!! I am dealing with a breast mass. My doctor didn’t even give me the results. I had to go get the results from the imaging place and read that I have a mass. Now, I have a biopsy scheduled and they can’t get this office to send a signed prescription! Despite faxing and multiple calls!! DO NOT trust your healthcare to this incompetent uncaring office!!

    Best group of DOCTORS in this community overall. WIDE VARIETY OF SPECIALISTS AVAILABLE. They offer dentists, pain management, chiropractors, and a LOT OF OTHER SPECIALISTS in Almost every area most of us NEED. I have Always gotten OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND SUPPORT from everyone from receptionists to techs, to DOCTORS. EVERYONE IS THERE TO HELP, and You don't always get that from Doctors offices these days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IN ALL AREAS

    Horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. Inattentive, lack of urgency, rude and horribly disorganized. You have to wait over an hour to talk to someone on the phone and I’m in the waiting room for 40 minutes and they haven’t checked me in yet and made me miss my appointment and they’re so slow dealing with people at the front desk. They also take weeks for referrals and are notoriously known at other doctors for not getting insurance authorized. Now they just called over another lady in front of me who got here after me after I got upset they’re ignoring me. If you care about your health and sanity, stay away! We will be finding a new dr after this. Worse drs office ever. A new name change and branding campaign doesn’t hide the fact that the service is horrible.

    I had such a pleasant dental experience. The Dental assistant Brittany made me feel at such ease and talked me through everything and made me feel more comfortable with what was going on. She even held my hand through it all! I felt like a person and not a number.. If you want to go to a place that truly cares about your needs, this is the place to go! Thank you for such a great experience.

    Not a fan for posting negative reviews but I can't find any other way to get through to this facility. 2 weeks ago today I was swabbed for COVID19 testing. I had an appointment so I was in/out in 35 minutes. Here is my experience thus far: 6-23 - requested an appointment for a COVID19 test on their website. - 2 weeks go by, I wrote them off at this point 7-7 - Finally a call telling me a physician will call me to approve me. 7-10 - Physician calls, approves me for testing for 7-14 7-14 - I get swabbed and told that my results will be posted on the portal in a possible 7-10 days. - 2 weeks go by with me checking the portal every day ... nothing - 7-28 - I call the number in the portal and put in for a callback instead of waiting on hold. 2 hours later they call and the woman on the phone takes my information and says one moment while I transfer you. The phone starts ringing ... ringing ... ringing ... 11 minutes later I hang up. 2 Stars for the professional and courteous experience while being swabbed. The nurses deserve credit. -3 stars for every other part of handling me and my test results. Over a month of jerking someone around. This is a joke. Did I have COVID? Who knows!

    Is anyone reporting these guys? Lost appt w/ specialist, who waited over an hour and a half to try to get referral approval... did they answer phone???? No. AHCA complaint coming right up.
