All calls appear to be routed through a call center. No one answers the phone. Messages take forever to be returned. One hand doesn't know that the other is doing. My husband has spoken to staff who say "oh you don't need that" and refuse to pass on questions to physician. Had to beg to get an appointment for colonoscopy screening. Not patient friendly. Find a better office in order to get better care.

I have seen Spencer Rizak a couple of times and he has been very good. I had an issue come up over the weekend and saw Dr David Nguyen. Wow was he good. I thought I had four different problems but he explained how they were really just two problems & we are VERY SUCCESSFULLY treating the Root Causes. I can't say enough good about the service I've gotten out of this office and Dr Nguyen is my hero. He diadnosed what was causing issues that 2 previous specialists failed find.

Extremely disappointed. Processes you in/out without any ability to have a following discussion with the DR. You Cant connect with anyone for questions on results or concerns. Best I got was a voice mail with bad results - They tell me to lose weight and exercise. I am at-weight and exercise every day (runner and gym) its on my chart. That was their guidance with my bad blood test results. FYI- Their automated phone says they will call you back within 24 hours.. I am on day 3. My wife also decided to try them.. Appointment was cancelled twice. We are moving on.

I had a great experience for my first time. Check in was easy on the ipad. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office. Wait time was not bad. Tall male tech was great to communicate and check on the waiting patients. No complaints at all. I met Collynne Tyre and let me tell you i was so happy to have met her. She’s so helpful and informative. Her vibes were friendly and made me say to myself I would definitely be back to see her.

Dr DiSanto can be good but is often dismissive and rude. Often takes an attitude of "well you can't do anything about it anyway, so why should I bother?" The office never answers the phones despite having two people at the front desk. Medication requests and information requests take multiple calls to get sent through and often their computer system fails to properly send as well, maybe it's the computer, maybe they arent properly trained on it. regardless, Im often left out of necessary medication because of them. Ive been trying to make an appointment with a specialist that requires them to send over my last notes. Five calls and it still isnt sent despite the promise that it would be hand sent immediately. The last straw was today when I called today tp get that file sent over and after 12 minutes on hold, someone fumbles their way onto the phone, MOANING!!! They slammed to phone down about three seconds later. I've absolutely had it with this horrible medical group!!! If i could give less than one star i would.

I’ve been having a miserable experience. From medications not being filled, to unhelpful, semi-sarcastic front desk attendants that show no empathy for their patients. It’s been frustrating. Hoping this experience turns around.

Great service, very personable. One year later, and I’m still keeping the five stars. Here’s why: I found out I was overdue for a visit since my medication was going to run out in seven days. I contacted them. They got me an appointment booked for the next morning and said it’s OK for me to get my test later. As soon as I got my test, they prescribed the medication. I was good to go before it ran out, thanks to their flexibility and understanding.

So far, everything has been pretty good. In person visit went well. I've had no problem getting referrals. The assistant calls promptly with test results and made an excellent suggestion. The patient's internet site is super easy to use. The front desk got an in person appointment changed to a telehealth visit easily at the last minute. The only variable would be who you have as a doctor. And the caliber of physicians. I haven't been going there long enough to make an informed comment.

Very frustrating! One cannot speak to a human! Call center is a sham. Calls are not returned in a timely manner and one feels like an inconvience when they do call back!

I've always enjoyed my Dr's at both locations I go to. Today was with a new primary.... she was very thorough, asking questions to get to know me. I was very impressed.

If I could give zero stars I would. The least thorough and most unprofessional office I have ever visited.

My fiancé has tried twice now (both appointments have been canceled by the office) and has been unable to see a doctor. Luckily she doesn’t have any serious health concerns because there has been a complete and utter inability to work with her to get seen by a doctor in an acceptable and timely manner. She was told that the doctor had a family emergency, which is understandable, and that a voice mail was left on April 21, which was 7 days ago saying the doctor was unavailable. She checked her phone and there were no missed calls or voicemails. Furthermore, Why wouldn’t there be a follow up by the office to reschedule as soon as possible? Very disappointed with the lack of care and attentiveness provided by this office. Look elsewhere if your insurance can cover it. Not worth your time!

I would like to thank Spencer at the Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group and his amazing staff for being very knowledgeable , to help me improve my health , so I can continue to be around for my family. I'm usually not the guy, that writes these reviews. It's just not my style. But over the past year or so , I have been treated like a King every time I go see Spencer and the staff treats me very well , and they have always been very kind and respectful to me . They don't treat you like your just another number. I do recommend Spencer and the staff to anyone looking to improve there health and be treated well by people that you can tell are knowledgeable and really to care about there patients. You can tell that its not just a job to these people , you can tell that they really do care about there job and are wanting to make a difference in there patients lives. Its very refreshing for me we I see Sepncer and his staff .
