The girl that work there I think she was by herself actually, very accommodating, very nice, they didn't have the product in the right size for my wife, the young lady working there insisted on doing the leg work and getting on the computer, found her size and had it shipped to our house for free!!!! great service, great store we will definitely be back

I love this store. The employees are all super welcoming, they make me feel normal and help me find anything I need. They never judge and are open and honest about how clothes fit. They have great personalities and are super knowledgeable on sizes. They are always willing to look online if they don't have something!

Went in there with My wife and son and felt very uncomfortable with a dude who works there and was masquerading as a woman. Don’t appreciate it. Won’t be shopping there anymore until common sense and morals return.

Every time I come here the staff is always super helpful. It's the only place I feel comfortable shopping for undergarments, and I don't feel self conscious or judged while looking at plus size clothes. They helped me realise I was wearing a bra that was several sizes too small, and I am very greatful to them for that. The only thing I'm not a fan of (which has nothing to do with the staff of this location, so I did not take stars off for it) is the Torrid credit card. That entire experience was an absolute nightmare, and I never even got my physical card in until after I had canceled it, 6 months after opening the account. I spent countless hours on the phone arguing with them, and even after I closed the account completely and paid the balance in Full, all at one time, they still sent me bills for interest on the card and all kinds of other nonsense. I had to argue with them for over a month about the card already being closed, so obviously I didn't owe them anything. At which point they tried to charge me a late fee because I didn't pay the interest on the closed card. It was an absolute nightmare, I DO NOT suggest getting the card. Commenity bank services it, and they are absolutely AWFUL to deal with. AVOID THE CREDIT CARD LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE. Which still exists in the U.S. and is carried by gophers (among other plagues), btw. Interesting fact for the day, just google it. 😅

The staff is very pleasant even if it was busy with back to school rush when I was in. Might go back when it's not so busy next time. Had some good sales on, when I was in as well. Lots of retro fashion is in right now. Colors that don't look good for me! I will look again as we get into later fall styles in store. On the plus side I found a cute top while I was in!

I got a jacket online and on sale for 59 dollars. I got it one size up to be able to wear over a sweater, etc. The jacket must run big because it was way too large. I asked someone in a mall store ( Saint Pete Fl. )if I could exchange or return it. I was told that if it was past a certain date I would only get what I paid on a store card. Great... right? I had another appointment in Tampa soon, so I went to the store closest to my doctors appointment, but the woman in this store informed me she was doing me a favor by allowing me to return the jacket. Then, she proceeded to ring up everyone in line before she would assist me. Although I was at the counter first, I stood quietly until she finished. She handed me a gift card and said, " You only paid 23 dollars for the jacket. I didn't have to give you anything. " To which I said, " No, I paid 59, and you should have asked if I would except less than I paid, but if the 30-something dollars you just shorted me is worth losing a customer.... then your store is not for me. " I did like most of their clothes but the t-shirts are made of very thin fabric that looked weird on me. I must say I would have gone back for the dress clothes but not now. I'm just really tired of dealing with truly rude people. No reason for this because I am never mean, even with rude people. I refuse to be pulled into someone else's nastiness. I just won't shop at Torrid.

Great clothes! They sell down to size 10 and up. Clothes made for curves! Well made & good quality.

The store is clean and the employees are nice but I don't think I'll be shopping here much longer. The prices have skyrocketed, but the quality and style have not. I have to get a size up on blouses and shirts because they're not cut for someone with larger breasts, and this at a plus store! It's gotten to the point where I was only buying jeans and slacks here anyway, but now a single pair of jeans is 79.95! And they don't last any longer or fit better than jeans from Kohl's or Macy's so I can't really justify the cost. I refuse to pay $160 for 2 pairs of jeans where the inner thigh will fade due to chub rub in a matter of months.

Nicole and heather was very nice! Heather answered my questions and both the ladies were very friendly. First time coming to Torrid and will definitely be back! Clothes are so comfy, bit pricey but worth the quality of the brand. This is the only store I will buy jeans at!!

Great selection of sizes and styles for the plus sized lady. They also have great sales. I like the dressing rooms. They were roomy and an ottoman to sit on while changing.

Super helpful staff! I had a pricing question, she answered my question and gave me very helpful info on top of that. I ended up getting three pieces of jewelry and a 3 pack of face masks and only spent 2 dollars out of pocket. I combined their sales and my coupons to get this amazing deal. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Even the clearance section was organized!
