Garlic knots were burnt. Surprised these made it out the kitchen. The pizza was ok. Sausage pizza was under done and the margarita pizza was like a cracker. Of course the staff was all amazing as usuall. This was at 4pm. Not busy at all.

Somewhere between Fazolis and Olive Garden. Don't be deceived like we were. From the online pics, this place appears to be a gourmet scratch restaurant. Tonight the manager watched our stoned server struggle through our 2.5 hour meal for a party of 11. We went for a birthday party tonight expecting steak and lobster ravioli, instead we were served this. Nothing is fresh, not sure there is even a chef in the house. Grated cheese or pepper? Nope. This must be Sysco's lowest tier. Almost three hours for dinner, with no appetizers is unacceptable, even on a Saturday night. There was not one word or smile from management. After seeing my salad, I ordered a side of meatballs. They never came, just like my 1st glass is wine. Nothing like leaving a restaurant after spending $85 and still being hungry. Oh, but we did catch an extra glass of wine on our bill before we gave her our card. Don't worry the server gave us cash for that. 🤯

When I want to dine out and splurge, Amici's is on the list. I always get the Shrimp Parmesan and add fettuccini alfredo as the side. The two together are so tasty. My complaints are that I guess there isn't hosting in the afternoons and I have to stand awkwardly waiting for someone to see me to be seated because of the wall by the host stand that blocks the view from everyone else working there (terrible design). Also, the fettuccini alfredo (even though I order it all the time) is very al dente to the point of uncooked sections of pasta sticking together. Also, the bread isn't that great and they ration it - I eat alone normally and they only give me a couple slices. That's chincy. But I like the servers, the pasta truffles are divine, and I do love the shrimp parm.

The Chef’s Table is always so good! We had initially decided to have dinner at Amici’s because The Chef’s Table was booked. While waiting for a table at Amici’s, we went next door for a cocktail. They had an open high top in the bar and said we could sit there! Yay! All the dishes were delicious! I especially loved the mussels appetizer with the curry sauce. The service is always superb.

Eric was the best! He was very attentive, hospitable and even charmed my grandma. Would definitely recommend this spot and they have great homemade food. The bakery and wine cellar are great as well.

This place is just fantastic! First time here and will definitely be back again. Every dish is just delicious... Literally don't think there is 1 item on the menu you won't fall in love with. Wish I could go them more than 5 stars... They deserve it!

Always a good place to visit, always busy. It is actually three adjoining restaurants in one: the traditional family owned restaurant, a steakhouse, and a more casual restaurant and wine bar. The food is delicious. Service is good. Prepare yourself to wait if you don't have a reservation. You can sit at any of the bar areas for food, or you can sit at tables or booths. Excellent!

Sat at the bar for a quick martini and sat forever. Not busy just a few at the bar. I had to call to have someone come to the bar and the guy took my call looked right at me as I said I need a drink at the bar....he hung up the phone on me. He knowledge a white couple that walked in afterwards. Clearly, wealthy Asians are NOT accepted here.

This review is for Chef's Table : My first visit was amazing. Everything tasted amazing and the service and atmosphere was nice. My second visit was the complete opposite experience. After waiting over 30 minutes over our scheduled dinner we were asked to sit at the accompanying restaurant Amici's. The atmosphere was not the same nor was the service. Our waiter just seemed to not want to be there - the $60+ Ribeye was bland. I decided I would save it and try to salvage what I could of it at home. The waiter insisted on packaging up the leftover food and when it came back half of the steak was gone.

It was my first time visiting and I was very pleasantly please! A warm and inviting atmosphere and the staff were overly accommodating and very pleasant.! I will definitely be returning as the pizza was amazing! For me, it's all about the crust! The reason I went there is because Michelle the baker at AMICI'S Bakery made a Special Order Valencia cake for me for a birthday. We haven't tried it as yet but looks and smells so so delicious. Can't wait to cut it.

Joey was our waiter and he went above and beyond to make sure our large party was taken care of. He was super personable! The food was amazing and the whole atmosphere was filled with laughter. It was a great place to celebrate a milestone in our son's life Thank you 🥳

We went there with really high expectations as I had heard a lot about this place. I went in there craving a chicken parmesan sandwich, and it disappointed. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh and I didn’t get the right flavours from the food. Even the pizza wasn’t good. The chicken on the pizza tasted weird too. Even the fried calamari didn’t have seasoning on. And the bruschetta wasn’t good either. Overall a disappointing experience.

This was my first time in this restaurant. I went to visit my sister and she took me here. I am originally from Jersey. I’ve been in Florida for 22 years and have never found a restaurant that was close to being back home. The food here was phenomenal. I was completely impressed. I left there so full. Thank you for an amazing meal.

Upon arrival, we were already sold on the decor & friendliness of the staff. Our server Macy was very knowledgeable in the menu & really helped us first-timers decide what to order. Two of us tried the Chicken Parm based on her recommendation and it was some of the best I ever had! Came with a plentiful side of your choice of pasta & a house salad. I also had sauteed spinach & the size & flavor were well worth the price! A third person had Baked Ziti & was equally pleased. Tiramisu for dessert was delish as well. Highly recommend this place for a great Italian meal!

My prior review from 2016 seems to have been deleted for some reason so I'm posting a new one. Amici's has a private room there and we booked it for my rehearsal dinner. We paid the deposit, worked with the restaurant to make the menus, were assured we'd have the private room to ourselves, and planned to be rowdy and have fun. We got there 10 minutes before our scheduled time, private room was completely packed with normal diners. We asked for the manager and they claimed that we never scheduled a date or paid the deposit. All this despite having our custom menus ready for us as soon as we walked in. We had to wait 45 minutes to start getting sat and we were "assured" that no further tables would be sat in the private room. That was a bold faced lie as they almost immediately started seating new tables once our group was sat. I overheard a nearby table complaining about how loud we were being and their server told them "I apologize but they just showed up and are being obnoxious." We weren't, we were just trying to talk cuz... Rehearsal dinner... My bride to be was the very last person to be served her dinner out of our group, and our whole table obviously waited to eat until she had her food. All of ours was cold by then. When my mom - who bless her heart was the person trying to make heads or tails of what the heck was happening - asked to talk to the owners they gave us the same excuse of "we never scheduled a date." When my mom pointed out our custom menus had our name and date on them, they then changed their tune to "Oh, we fired the events manager who booked this and I guess we forgot to write it in the books." That doesn't explain why they decided to keep sitting tables in our "private" room. What did they offer to make this all right? A single bottle of wine. No discount, nothing but a single bottle of wine. I'll never not tell people asking about big private events to avoid them like the plague.

Starting with the positives: The atmosphere was great. Dimly light & cozy, definitely gives upscale classy vibes. The waiter was very personable. Negatives: It took sometime before we were acknowledged. Service was a bit slow. Bagged Walmart salad drowned in dressing. Fettuccine was very starchy (I couldn’t eat it) & overwhelming . Shrimp tasted like previously frozen with no flavor. The 3 scallops was good but 2 still had the connector left on. White sauce lacked flavor. The Parmesan cheese is store grade. For what is supposed to be an authentic Italian restaurant, I expected at least fresh grated Parmesan. And what was supposed to be fresh mozzarella balls with a balsamic glaze tasted exactly like the mozzarella balls that I buy at Walmart. The only thing that was a+ was my drink.

We had the pleasure of dining at Amici’s for our first time tonight. My husband and I took our 18 month old daughter. She was the star of the restaurant tonight! The staff was so welcoming and engaging. We felt like family. The food was delicious and comforting. There’s nothing better than feeling like you’re at home when you’re dining out.

Excellent! Felt like I was back in NY! Food was incredible. The fresh ingredients really made the dishes. Portions were generous, service was amazing and atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant. You will want to return, just as I do.

Had dinner here on June 30th. We got there what we thought would be early for dinner (before 6pm) The place was packed and we waited about 20 minutes or so to be seated. Now we know why it was so packed, the food was very good. Atmosphere is not the greatest. Very crowded seating, very dark inside… even watched servers going in between hostess stand and patrons sitting waiting for a table. Very tight cramped feeling. Table clothes are black ,servers wearing all black, just added to the dreary dark feeling… But… the food and service were very good. My husband said the tiramisu was dry though, other than that we enjoyed everything else we had. Bread was delicious, fresh and hot, loved the dipping oil. Nice big portions of food, we took it home for a second meal each of us. Chianti was also very good. Prices, yes - a bit on the higher side and many restaurants are charging a surcharge for using a credit card, so that didn’t surprise us. Higher price was fine too as it was very good, and we both got two meals out of it. We would definitely go back, wish we had tried this place sooner. Pictured is my meal - Melanzane di Amici Want to try their pizza, it smelled amazing.

Great food and great service! My party of 3 was blessed with Anne as our server. She was quick with drinks, bread + oil, and our meals. Also a good conversationalist and helpful with menu options. The place is very home-y and the owner and his family were there while we dined. Very friendly people. Will definitely be back for the Chicken Marsala … hope they have Sweet Tea next time.

Made our first visit at the recommendation of a friend. Food was wonderful and service was impeccable. Easy to hold a conversation at the table. Staff is very friendly and time to complete a meal is almost perfect, without waiting too long or feeling rushed. Can't wait to go again and try the pizza next time, which looked and smelled wonderful. But, then again, the pasta dishes we had were superb! Touch choice.

This review is for The Chef's Table (part of Amicis). The Ribeye was amazing as well as the Lobster Risotto 🦞. The atmosphere is intimate, warm and the service was very much on point.

We have been thinking of going here so many times. We just kept riding by. Wednesday we said Let’s go! We made a reservation for 6. I had the Veal with eggplant and prosciutto with angel hair pasta. My husband ordered the eggplant and a side of meatballs. We may never go to any other Italian restaurant! Delicious! Great service! We want to try the chefs table and the bakery! Yummmy!

I’m a chef, food critic and a freelance journalist - so when I go to a restaurant it’s hard to eat without being overly critical. I try to be non biased and I realize that sometimes a restaurant of the fare isn’t excellent it can be attributed to many things. I was here on a first date. I’d never been here before and someone recommended it for the food and ambiance. Let’s start by saying that the gastronomical arena in this geographical area is like the Gobi desert. Considering the amount of wealth here it boggles the mind that the restaurant scene is so lacking. One has to go to Palm Beach or Orlando to have a decent selection. So we are left with barely any choices - other than Texas Roadhouse, Outback and the like. Ok back to Amici’s. Lovely ambiance and the music is melancholy and old school contributing to the muted lighting to create the perfect Italian vibe. The wine list is extensive and impressive - high dollar - but really good selection - as it’s part of Chef Table and the bakery belongs to them as well… so excellent proposition. The menu is extensive - entrees are somewhat costly but the quality of the food is superb, flavors robust, fare is well seasoned and quite flavorful. Will definitely return - not with my date as he wasn’t worthwhile but with friends etc. Great place tucked away in a small retail center.

Stopped in for a late lunch with a friend and it was very enjoyable. The service was spot on even though the place wasn't busy and waitstaff was probably preparing for the evening. I ordered Chicken Piccata which was absolutely divine and perfectly cooked. I opted for a side of sauteed broccoli to keep the carbs down and it was great as well. My dining companion enjoyed chicken parm. No complaints on the cocktails either. Great neighborhood place for Italian food and friendly service. Mark did an excellent job taking care of us.

We ate here after hurricane Ian. The staff was amazing and the food was hands down the best we have had in the area. My husband, son ad my food was absolutely AMAZING. Our server was Austin G. He was very polite, attentive, funny and just great. Y’all I can’t stress enough how great their diablo marinara sauce was. Also, my pizza was fantastic. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

A friend recommended this place to me and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is cozy and I enjoyed looking at the artwork on the walls. The hostess and our server was very friendly and attentive. We were told a 25 min wait but they sat us after only 5 mins. My table ordered manicotti with a side of sausage and chicken parm with fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were excellent!
