My husband came in durring the lunch rush and ordered my drink. He requested kiwi but they don't do that anymore and that's okay. The gentlemen that was making the drink then said we have other flavors and fruit we can add and started to name them. He mentioned passion fruit and my husband informed him of my allergy to it, like I cant breathe and we are going ro the ER. The gentlemen went back and grabbed a clean blender and cleaned the area and made my drink. In the middle of a rush he could have rinsed and said no passion fruit but he took it a step further to maintain customer safety and satisfaction. I spoke to Zach on the phone to let him know I will be back. Thank you again for everything. My husband said the store was clean and staff was friendly.

Really quite impressed! I commented to the staff that unlike my hometown store, Avalon (Park) & Golden Isle in Orlando, this staff can competently work a drive-thru window and inside orders! Our store, sadly, cannot. This is a gorgeous store with nitro and a great selection of drinks and food! Love it!

This is hands-down one of the Best Starbucks we’ve ever visited. Service is so fast and staff outgoing and friendly. We’ve been coming here since they opened in this location and never had an issue with how drinks were prepared.

Not all Starbucks have great service, but this one does! Love the "message of gratitude" for our military veterans for Memorial weekend.

They used a cup that had a badly damaged rim and it spilled coffee on me. Baristas had to be reminded that we had an order in after waiting a while also.

The two people working the drive threw window this morning (about 9:50 11/25) gave the best customer service and made the best food, they deserve a raise 😎

Countertops were a bit dirty and sticky. The guy that took my order was nice, I asked if they had any gluten free food, he brought out the rice krispie treat. No thanks. Bummer. My strawberry acai refresher was very good! I didn't get it with lemonade. It's quite sweet and perfect without it. Yum!

This location is great..mobile orders are always ready, friendly service via drive through or in house!

Placed an order here for 2 drinks and 1 sandwich via the app. They were ready on time and tasted good! When compared to the other Starbucks on Melbourne Beach, just down the road, we liked this one better. Coffee was hotter.

We enjoyed our time to chat in comfortable chairs in the corner. My decaff espresso latte was great!

Normally, I love this location. They're very fast with making the drinks. The food has been a little disorganized lately. A few times, I've ordered something through the app only to discover they don't have the item when I arrive. Instead of replacing the cost on your app, they offer you a gift card. Today, out of my item that cost $4.55 and gave me a $4GC. I hope they fix the food disorganization. I edited the review this morning for yet the same issue. Coffee is always on point, but the breakfast item that I ordered on the app isn't there (AGAIN) when I get there to pick up. Beyond frustrating! Please update your inventory. And they offered me a refund vs recovery card. I was told the last time they couldn't do a refund, which is what I wanted.

The staff is always friendly and very welcoming. They definitely take care of their customers…if the drink doesn’t come out as expected they are always willing and friendly about making your order right. The manager, Trevor, is beyond nice and always exudes positivity, he is always in a great mood!!

Best Starbucks location I have ever been to. Zane went out of his way to make sure my drink was perfect after a few of my odd requests and he was extremely professional and kind. Will definitely be returning. Ask for Zane!

This hotel was truly a treasure. It was a great location. The prices were reasonable for the area. There was plenty of parking around the hotel at a much lower rate than official hotel parking. We were impressed by the man who checked us in, as well as every person at the desk. The room was spotless and provided everything you could need. We will definitely be returning.

Should call this place Five Bucks as everything costs at least $5. Three small coffees & a breakfast sandwich almost $20. It's good don't get me wrong but I can't see how folks stop here every day & get the more expensive mocha frapa, capa, chinos....

The baristas need to look at how matcha lattes are suppose to be made. Every time I, or someone I know, orders matcha (iced or hot) from here something is glaringly wrong. 2 stars because they're at least friendly

The barista name was Snow and she was the nicest worker. Cheery, attentive and helpful- gave us a piece of pumpkin bread!!!

KIKI has such great customer service and works with diligence! Took my order and brought it to me within seconds. AMAZING! 10/10. Love this Starbucks location! The nitro is the best I've had! Ask for Kiki if you get a chance!

The staff here are wonderful. If you come late in the day, they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and happy. Really great people, nice quiet place to chat or hang out, and the coffee is just what you'd expect from a Starbucks location.

I’ve been going there about once a week and I always have a positive experience. Everyone has been great. Tina is excellent at her job! She explains things well, is so friendly, and makes sure the order is always correct.
