This place has very high ratings for a reason, bagels were super soft and fresh. Many varieties of cream cheese and bagels. Parking is kinda limited in peak times but there is a big parking lot next to the shop. Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating available. Crew is super fast and helpful. There's also grab and go premade dessert and drinks. Bagel CC taste was just up to the point, no complaints. Vibe was chill and relaxing, good place to start the day. Tried: Walnut cc with sesame bagel(5 starts if you like sweet bagel cc) Would definitely visit again to try other CC flavors.

Update 7/8/23 They opened back up after several months (yrs?) of being closed. Busy, small parking lot as always on a busy Rt 27 road. Ordered my usual pork roll (Taylor ham), egg, & cheese ~ $7. The bagel is still good - has the tough crust on the outside, probably one of the best bagels in Middlesex County, however the sandwich is just ok. It was a single fried egg, with 2 thin slices of pork roll and barely any cheese. I felt like I was eating a plain bagel. Maybe just order your bagels to go and make your sandwiches at home yourself if you can. Lines can be long but they move. The person that takes your order is the same person who makes the sandwich, which keeps it organized and minimizes incorrect orders. So it's a hit or miss if you have someone who is hygienically conscious or not. ------- I've been coming to this bagel place for many years. Always very busy. They closed for some time but looks like they are open again. Parking lot is small and gets very busy. Gloves should be used when making the sandwiches and not reused when handling money or cleaning/sweeping. Bagels are good especially when you get them fresh however the pork roll sandwiches come out very greasy and dark as if the grill hasn't been cleaned. Quality has been going down as they get more popular.

We always drove by this amazing place until recently we planned to stop by to have breakfast. Ever since we have had their food we cant wait to go back there over & over again. The old school brick charm of the exterior with patio seating makes you feel you are visiting a nice quaint locality in a small town. Its tucked in the quiet leafy neighborhood of Metuchen with its old school charm.. My go to bagel spot!! They have a free parking on the side which if you are lucky you might get, however, we always park on the back side at the parking lot & its pretty cheap - 50 cents for half an hour & plenty of parking !! Once u enter the store you will get lost in the amazing aroma of freshly baked breads, gourmet muffins, cream cheese, bacons & sausages, sandwiches , salads & ofcourse coffee !! We ordered their everything bagel egg and cheese & bacon(pork/ sausage) sandwiches which is $5.75 and oh man its so filling you cant have it all at once & also their modest egg sandwich is just $2 & egg & cheese sandwich is $2.75!! The coffee have three sizes, we love it as they make it with milk and sugar !! They were crowded, still they turned out our order very quickly..the bagels tasted so fresh !! All their gourmet bagels & breads are hand rolled & made fresh in the premises. Another interesting thing is they sell different gourmet muffins which we are yet to try and the various flavored cream cheeses are sold in three sized containers, salty and sweet (from jalapeno to strawberry) we have not ventured as yet in that area, would love to experiment more, also they serve varieties of salads, omelettes, specialty sandwiches , wraps & Deli meats & cheese !! This being our new go to breakfast joint, definitely coming back to try everything one by one!! Love it already !!

Bagel pantry has been around on this block for quite a while in Metuchen. It is the only good bagel establishment in the entire area. Therefore, be prepared for it to be quite busy, especially in the mornings . The bagels are actually quite nice. I just wish that they had a jalapeno bagel and they carried fresh jalapenos in their kitchen. Their prices are also very fair. I had an egg and cheese with additional add-ons totaling $3.50. granted the size of the bagels. Maybe smaller than the places that charge you $1 or $2 more for the same thing. The quality of the food they serve is fantastic. They're very accommodating to whatever request you may have. They have indoor seating and outdoor seating and surprisingly three ways to get in and out of the store 😂 PS when they ask you if you want to catch up. Apparently they squeeze it into your egg and cheese bagel sandwich directly so explicitly tell them that you wanted on the side or just don't say yes until you get your sandwich to avoid confusion.

Efficient breakfast and lunch spot, gets real busy but the lines move fast. Bagels are fresh, eggs aren't greasy, and they don't skimp out on the proteins. Coffee is good here too, if you're around the area I recommend the Bagel Pantry as they provide a very consistent experience.

Their specialty sandwiches are legit. Strongly recommend. I had their roasted beef with Swiss cheese and pesto. It was huge I finished only half. It takes a bit longer, but definitely worth the wait. Their bagels are really good as well, but the extremely thin sliced pork rolls have more of a spam texture. Maybe it’s a personal preference. For coffee, I had their latte. All good but a little watery for me. But it’s a bagel shop, so no complaints. Their lot is small, but people go in and out, so not hard to get parking. Or use the public parking in the back of the store and walk over.

Very busy on the weekends but they do have a small parking lot. There are some seating tables on the outside as well. The bagels were a decent size compared to other bagels places. Price was reasonable for the bagel only. The wheat bagel seemed to "too white" to be 100% whole wheat but the bagel tasted good. The exterior was crispy and had a fluffy chewy interior. Their sandwhiches are on the pricey side. Service was quick.

Visited this place on 4th of july and it was pretty packed. We did find couple of spots open where you can sit and eat the food. Service and food quality was on spot. We asked cashier to recommend their most famous cream cheese and bagel and that did not disappointed. Must try - garlic bagel with olive & pimento cream cheese. Everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese.

Actually went after a bad experience at a local coffee spot. I've been here before for the bagels, excellent. My go to is the cinnamon raisin with egg and pork roll. They do have an espresso machine and it's good. Pair their great bagels, great sandwiches, good coffee, and great staff you have a 10 out of 10 winner.

I come here every Sunday with my wife. Or just me alone to get breakfast for the both of us. It has became a tradition because of the food here. Mainly the breakfast. It's quite packed at times I come. And that's a great thing! I don't care about the line. Or the wait. The food is worth it. Many workers there. Many assistance handled professionally in a well manner. The vibe there is perfect. 5 stars from me.

I had a Sicilian Panini sandwich and it was great. Bread was soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Chicken has the right amount of moisture in it. I could tell the ingredients were fresh. Would visit again! Customer service was also great.
