Finally had a chance to go and try to place. Truly amazing taste. The smoked meat is so soft it melts in your mouth. I tried the lamb shank and short ribs and both were some of the best I have ever had in my life. I'm planning to go back soon to try other cuts. The way it works you basically choose the meat type, the weight it and prepare it in front of you. After they bring it to the table , all the side dishes/salads/drinks and sauces are included in price. The restaurant was large and had plenty of seating to accommodate many people. The servers were all very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place to any meat lover.

The meat on all different cuts' was fall off the bone. Extremely tender and juicy. Food comes with different sauces and Salads and sides. We ordered Beef Brisket, Lamb Shank, Lamb Shoulder and Beef Ribs. All items are $45 / lbs, For us highlight was Beef Brisket and Lamb Shank followed by Lamb shoulder and lastly Beef Ribs (a bit too fatty). There is no off putting smell or flavor. The meat is expertly flavored with select spices and we all enjoyed it. Unbelievable experience, Literally a wall of slow cookers filled with delicious lamb. They are part chefs part entertainers. Together you select a cut of lamb, then the artisans go to work. They turn the lights down pull out a blow torch and create magic with your cut of lamb. They remove the shank, which is already falling off the bone, and flavor the meat. The process includes weighing your selection and then it's brought to a table with sides of Turkish spices and rice. Everything looks amazing. Beautiful inside with friendly experienced staff. Great to go with a group of people so you can try different cuts of lamb. I highly recommend going and trying .

I finally got to eat here....just a few hours ago. The moment I entered, my wife and I were greeted. Immediately we were asked if we have ever been there. The hostess introduced us how the ordering works and so on. Great start! The ordering was incredibly clear and easy. I ordered half a brisket and 1 lamb shank. Chef was friendly as can be. He made our experience straight off the bat. The brisket was super jiggly which is a great sign that it was very moist. Spot on! The presentation was very appealing. Presentation and cook to perfection is the best recipe. Anyways.... I loved the fact that I knew right away what everything cost as you must pay on the spot once everything is weighed. This makes it so convenient, as once you are done eating, you can just leave without having to flag down a waiter for a bill. Also, your not paying blindly to an open check because everything is weighed in order to pay. Great concept. The water bottles, 6 or 7 different types of dipping sauces, rice, salad, and mash was all included. The price I paid for the amount of service and food should have cost more to be very honest. Blown away with the price. I will certainly be back. However, this time with a mob of friends :-). Good luck guys and welcome to Palestine way!

The food was exceptional and I love how are the sides are complimentary. I ordered the braised beef and it was 10 out of 10. The customer service was a major plus and I came here twice in 2 weeks and will come back again. Khalid the manager is such a sweetheart and amazing work ethic.
