    Horrible, their customer service skills are so far in the basement.. it's dirty and nothing but a bunch of nasty attitudes and aggressive speaking.. 1 older man was so disrespectful to everyone that walked through the door , we had to tell him to calm found, he was acting like he was on speed or something

    Avoid at all costs. Bus never arrived, and customer service had zero insight into the bus' whereabouts - whether it was delayed and still coming, whether it skipped the stop altogether, nothing. To boot, their policy that they will grant you a REBOOKING (not cancellation) after two hours have passed since the departure time. Completely unacceptable.

    Bus left and arrived on time. The driver was courteous and smooth on the road and everything was in good working order. It was cheaper to take the bus than my own car or the train. I enjoyed relaxing, reading, and watching videos instead of driving in the rain. Very good experience, I recommend theirs services. Very educated people good and respectful, on time and no complaints. I'm positive about the good service they have. I hope they keep quality service for ever. Thank you.

    Customer Service there is wonderful...it makes up for the drearyness. Employee Mr Holland was very helpful...good person...needs more people like him.

    I was mislead by the price. The first time I was told the price for the ticket was cheaper than what it actually ended being. I don't think that was very nice at all. It ended up being a hundred dollars more than I was originally told on the price.

    Stuck taking the Greyhound after extensive cancellations and delays at EWR. They got us home, hence the additional star. That being said, the place was trashed. Old food and garbage were all over the small waiting area. We decided that waiting outside in the rain was more comfortable.

    I bought my sister in law a ticket to come home to visit from Connecticut and the bus was running behind. She finally boards the bus, THAN the bus driver kicks her and three others off the bus in Newark Nj, leaving them with nowhere to go and no ride home due to him saying that he is no longer going to Scranton. Stranded in New Nj, for 7 HOURS until the next bus comes at 12 in the morning. I’m under the impression she’s getting dropped off at the bus station, which I’m waiting at to pick her up, and it’s 2 in the morning! They drop her off infront of a grocery store in Scranton. I do not recommend this company by any means, stranding 3 people that have no clue where they are isn’t right, they shouldn’t of been boarded on the bus if the bus driver HAD NO CLUE WHERE HE WAS GOING. Unprofessional and inconsiderate.

    The was supposed to be departing at 4:10 p.m. an arriving at 5:55 p.m. in Allentown, PA. Which it did not leave Penn station until after 5:00 p.m. which made me late for my pick up Greyhound has to get better

    The travel was good. But I had been bitten by bad bugs on the bus, on my legs, arms. They need to put more attention and clean and desenfect the bus.

    It would be nice if the drivers can be on time when they have to switch drivers on the way back from Richmond, Virginia to Newark, NJ. It took us 11hrs to get back from Richmond, Virginia to Newark, NJ.

    Place need a good deep cleaning, the attendant at the customer service was rude with everyone who approached him. Our bus was 4 hours late!!!

    Comfortable ride and Covid prepared. Had to keep mask on at all time. You could only take them down to eat or drink food you might have purchased before coming on board.

    I mean, it is a greyhound station in Newark, so don't expect much. It is pretty clean and fairly safe, the staff is mostly bilingual, if a little impatient. You would be impatient too in the same situation. My only real beef is that you need to exit the building and go to the main station entrance to use the restrooms.

    The worst bus I’ve been on was supposed to be in Newark from Washington DC at 6pm but ended up in NYC at 12am. Bus driver was late arriving to DC, bus started smoking so we had to wait on the side of the highway at night while raining. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had on any public transportation. Very unreliable and poor customer service it was my first time on grey hound bus but definitely will be the last

    The old African American customer service man, was really nasty to me. He kept telling me to go on-line to add my extra tote. He will not even take the # of the 2 I initially paid for. I think he needs to retire and allow young, lively people to take over.

    Used to be fully staff. They close at 10 pm. If you don't know this your stuck. No baggage handlers. Hope they bring the workers back.

    The man running the station was very nice, it was my first time on a greyhound and he made the entire experience a lot less scary and much easier to navigate.
