I couldn’t recommend Springers more for the purchase of any watch. All members of the Springers team are great, but a special shout out to Evan who, in addition to being an incredible source of watch knowledge, provided a comfortable, seamless process to get my Rolex Datejust. Well worth the wait!

My entire experience was excellent, the entire staff was courteous, helpful and professional. I also noticed that other customers were treated in the same manner. I traveled a long way, and it was absolutely worth the drive. Sascha who worked with me was exceptional. I could go on and on but in short, Springer's has earned my business moving forward despite the long drive.

Made an appointment to have my watch battery replaced and the entire Staff we encountered were lovely. They even welcomed our senior dog into the store while we waited. My watch battery was quickly replaced and our Jeweler then recommended a full inspection and cleaning by Tag Heuer on my next visit as he noticed some stickiness on the stem, etc. during the service. I greatly appreciated the heads-up and will have this done through Springer’s. Even better there was no charge for the battery or advice! Quality service from a quality business.

Shout out to (Sarah Duncan)!!! Springer's Jewelers in Portsmouth/NH is lucky to have her. I purchased a Tudor Black Bay Chrono for my Dad's 70th bday, but sadly it had several QA issues. Sarah literally went to bat for me, and worked w/Tudor directly to replace the watch. I received another Black Bay Chrono in mint condition, free swag, and a handwritten note. What a class act. Entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Went in to check out a couple Rolex watches, Evan Williams helped me try on a couple models. He was great to work with, passionate watch collector and super knowledgeable. Really enjoyed chatting with him. He put me on the waitlist for the exact model I wanted, was very honest about the wait time which I was expecting before going in. Looking forward to the day I get the call from them that my dream watch is ready.

I've met some wonderful people while dealing with my friend's Estate, but the staff at Springer's were truly a blessing! Estate buyers, Daniel and Zoe, worked diligently to evaluate my friend's large collection and offered very fair purchase prices. Daniel even spent considerable time working with his contacts to arrange the sale of 2 high-end, unique pieces. Absolutely can't thank him enough! The entire staff in Portsmouth was friendly and welcoming and made an overwhelming task pleasurable. Highly recommend! Brought in my dads old watch today to get it repaired and was greeted by some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I met two employees there, Joe and Sarah and they made it their number one priority to help me as soon as I came to them. I would recommend anybody to go to them if they need anything related to watches. Overall some of the most professional people I’ve met.

I just purchased my watch at Springer’s it was my first time shopping there. The experience was amazing, the customer service provided, level of attention and the treatment I received was top notch.
