Nice warm place to sit and enjoy tea and a pastry on Saturday morning. Baristas are very quick, kind, and friendly. Very good service.

Love this location! All of the workers are so friendly and kind! Whenever I mobile order, they are always done on time and done well. They often run out of sandwiches so definitely check the app before you go in hope of a sandwich. There is a lovely view of the falls from the side windows and if you go when it’s not super busy, there’s many seating options.

Nice escape from the howling winds. Great little escape while walking the beautiful Chagrin Falls area. Great spot to catch up on some work, there is a nice table in the back away from the front area. Snag it if you can! Great service and friendly staff. I parked a bit away from the shop, but there are multiple lots in the area.

Morgan is very rude and racist. I asked her to make me a drink and she said no. When i mentioned other Starbucks do it, she said it’s because they are in a different tax bracket. Wonder if the same would be told to a white lady asking for a customized drink as well. 🤔

The team that works here are great! Surprisingly Madeline remembered me from a previous visit and greeted me by name. That was pretty cool. Really appreciate everyone there. Also other customers have been chatty and helpful with the door at times. There is also a terrific view of the falls from the windows. One of my favorite places to visit for sure.

Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely. As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended!

Nice little coffee shop. Just forewarned the after-school crowd frequents this place.

** I have revised my previous review from a 2 star rating to a 4 star rating and here's why. The very next day after posting my review I had a free drink card taped to my mobile order for the previous day's mishap. Since then I am greeted frequently, which is a really nice change. Should it have taken a two star review to be treated with a little kindness? No. Should it have taken a year and a half to be treated like a regular customer should be treated? No. HOWEVER, the staff at this location has truly made an effort to do better - I feel like I should repay their kindness with an updated review and improved rating. Original review: I don’t have very good luck at this Starbucks location. I have purchased coffee from here almost every weekday for a year and a half. In that time I’ve frequently received regular milk in my drink instead of coconut milk (I have a milk allergy- so not fun), been ignored at the counter when trying to inquire about my order, and then today’s experience of watching everyone in line order and receive their drinks while I waited for my mobile order (that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival) to be taken off the machine and processed. I wish I could say this was the first time that happened but it’s definitely not. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go to the local coffee place down the block.
