I have been a patient at Crossroads almost a year now, and have definitely found it to be the most clean, caring, and professional treatment center in the Greenville/Spartanburg/Anderson/Easley area...aside from Recovery Concepts in Easley which is another great treatment center. Katie is absolutely amazing with making everyone feel heard, as well as equal. Staff members are very respectful to privacy of patients attending treatment. Katie has always gone so far above and beyond for me when i have brought issues to her attention. I have been treated at 3 others over the recent years and can say confidently that the staff here genuinely cares for the health, recovery, and confidentiality of their patients and puts that first over anything. Each staff member is extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I cant imagine anyone who genuinely works this program correctly saying anything different. Patients constantly failing drug screens or missing days are quick to complain and place blame on staff when their not catered to with their medication. But i would recommend this facility 100 times over!

Caring group. Counselors work hard to give you the help and support you need. Staff is always pleasant and do their best to expedite treatment requirements and work with you so you can get your medicine and get your day going. Overall, I've had nothing but pleasant experiences and have only encountered individuals doing their very best to provide the treatment and attention you need to further battle the problems encountered with addiction. Great place to get help.

AMAZING! I assumed it would be a long wait to even be seen in an office or to see a doctor at all---- let me tell you, I was wrong! I seen an initial screening doctor(via Zoom) less than 48 hours after calling and that same day (of my zoom appt) , Dr. Cindy took care of everything I would need until my appointment in office locally. Im a new Patient and had a local office visit less than a week later. Now the doctor, Dr. Randall Draper is amazing! No feeling of being judged, I felt like he actually cared and listened without being rushed or any of that. Added edit... after going to this place for a year, I can say, this place is perfect, I've never felt more comfortable and cared for by a doctor my entire life. I recently had an issue trying to get zoom on my new phone and although there was complications, between the crossroads call center, my local office manager Tia, Dr Draper, and my Crs I was still able to get in touch with my Dr. Amazing place all around if you're serious about getting treatment

Receptionist s were great-- Doctor was great and even paid attention and listening was great --- I would recommend this place first hand Ty very much

I've been a patient for almost 3 years now. Darryl is a very professional and thoughtful counselor. All of the nurses and front staff are very kind and courteous. My only problem with this place is its corporate operated...therefore, there is a lot of unnecessary paperwork, and processes that most other clinics do not require. It makes the process seem like you're not an individual with individual needs. This of course has nothing to do with employees. They're just doing what they are told.

Teah, Michele and the rest of the staff including Dr. Draper at the Greenville, PA location are all very professional as well as caring and make you feel great about being in recovery.

Great place to go. Dr. and staff are great. Only issue that isn’t good and it’s not their fault is the WiFi goes out a lot, so computers aren’t working properly.

They all are super nice and get my husband and I in and out real fast. They all are very helpful and show that they care about helping us stay on the right path. I can not say how thankful I am for that!
