So I’m giving it two stars… that being said we’ve never had a problem before, The service has always been good, the seats are comfortable, and the staff is fairly nice. We’ve been going to the movies every so often since I was little, but more recently we’ve gotten discount tickets from T-Mobile Tuesdays and we have always chosen to spend them at Cinemark Tinseltown USA. I was so happy with the experiences we’d been getting that myself, my sister, and a mutual friend we’re going to go to see a movie. For context myself and mutual friend are both adults and my sister is 15. We bought our tickets earlier in the day, went to dinner and then we came back and tried to go in. They asked for IDs, which I found a little weird for a PG-13 movie but I had no problem with this and myself and my friend pulled ours out and showed that we were both adults. They then asked for my sisters and when we said she was 15 they told us that she could not come in. Our showing was at 7 o’clock on a Friday which is not that late plus it was prime time for movie watching. We had to step to the side and wait at least 10 minutes for the manager. When he arrived I explained that I was over 18 as was my friend and that we wanted to bring in my younger sister to watch with us and that I was responsible family member over the age of 18. We had already had a very long day and I was extremely disappointed at both this rule and the way they handled it. I understand if they’ve been having problems with teenagers or something they need a rule like this but as I am an adult and a family member there’s no reason not to allow me to chaperone my younger sister to a movie. The only other reason it’s getting a two star rather than a one star is because the lady in the box office was extremely fast in giving me a refund but apart from that I am extremely disappointed in our experience. Once we got out I called and checked to make sure and I was right, Regal theaters have no such rule and if we had picked Regal rather than Conemark, we would’ve had no issues and our evening would have been much more enjoyable. I do indeed plan on going to Regal instead of Cinemark for the foreseeable future and would caution any responsible young moviegoers from picking Cinemark. I cannot in good conscious recommend a theater that kicks out well behaved returning customers going to watch a movie that they rightfully paying for.

I've seen two movies here now and will continue to come back. Everything can be done online and takes all the hassle out and makes the whole adventure as stress free as possible. No need to wait in line for tickets anymore. No need to arrive late and have to wait in line for food, they'll have a bag already packed for grab and go! Recliner seats with extra space surrounding them, booming sound, and the screen quality is top notch.

It was a very enjoyable experience. We get to the theatre, and there's no line. The seats are assigned, and for $11.00 dollars each we get recliner seats. They are close to the screen but not in the first row. For the 2 hour movie, we are extremely comfortable. Bathrooms are on the exit route, which is an entirely separate route than entering. That was also very convenient. The facility was clean and properly staffed with attentive and friendly personnel. Parking was plentiful, and the entire place is handicapped accessible.

Amazing seats and atmosphere! Prices are slightly higher but your paying for the luxury. Nice and updated, staff are nice and friendly.

Great place. Got new motion seats. I posted picture. The only downfall is that they need to clean better in between shows. I have to send my husband to the restroom to get paper towels to clean our seats off. Floor was a mess, but I didn't worry about that.

Going to the movies has become a tradition with my children and I. We enjoy catching the latest movies, and have started a collection of movie tickets this year. The theater is very clean and the popcorn is always fresh. The staff is always friendly and nice. This is a great place to catch cinematic magic.

Great staff, good food and clean. I have always enjoyed coming to this theater. It's spacious and with the newer seats that lounge/lay back in. Your not right on top of everyone all the time. Still a favorite.

An excellent theater that still features good ticket prices, absolutely excellent luxury seating (leather with reclining capabilities), and cleanliness. The experience here is great, and I appreciate the possibility to not only order ahead with multiple vendors but also the reserved seating. The only thing that would make this place better is if the food was cheaper without subscribing to their monthly service that happens to come with other benefits.

Paid for the best experience in the best theater (#1 3D XD), the front left subwoofer is blown and makes a horrid crackling sound during the lowest loudest bass notes, my seat made a clicking/tapping during raising and lowering. The floors were dirty with cups and popcorn before the movie began. Not worth the money.

Went here for this 1st time in a long time to see Top Gun Maverick for 11 am showing. The facility, bathrooms, and theater were very clean. The seats were amazing! They reclined with feet up and everything. What better way to watch a movie!

The comfy recliner seats are THE reason to choose this theatre. Very clean & well maintained in all areas. We thought the sound could have been a bit louder in my last movie tho. Very convenient ticket purchasing experience online through Fandango. Recommend buying tickets in advance on weekends or opening days as they sell out fast.

Open and hardly no one there. We had the whole theater to our selves for the movie we watched. Thet were still offering snacks for sale.

They always do good cleaning the theaters and making sure the movies start on time. The workers are always so nice. They also have clean bathrooms all the time. And of course, the popcorn is amazing as always!

This AWESOME movie theater will sell you a pricey “reusable” cup, that typically you bring back with you each time until they “expire” which we’ve always done except now they won’t refill them no matter how new they are because of COVID , THREE YEARS AGO I know from experience they don’t properly clean their seats between viewings considering at my visit today my seat was sticky and clearly had a spill on it. But hey! We’re more worried about touching a cup someone brought with them instead, right? Makes sense. Moral of the story, don’t let them scam you into a reusable cup that they won’t actually allow you to use ☺️

Came in the other night to see the movie “No hard feelings”, movie was great. Leaving a review because Hunt the concession stand was super friendly and kind. Just wanted to say he seemed like a great employee!

Great experience! Took our granddaughter to see Little Mermaid. Nice snack bar with helpful employees and comfortable seating and clean restrooms. Only drawback was we sat in handicap row and recliners didn't go back as far as I would have liked.

2nd time in recent months for a visit. On two separate visits & different theaters settings the heat halfway through the movie was neatly unbearable to me and my family. Not a joke the temp raises nearly 10~15+ degrees. Could be a ploy to make people drink more, could just be heat generated from everyone gathered tightly into one room, either way it's a point to consider if your planning a visit anytime soon. Shorts & lightweight shirts recommended because you'll get roasted out of the screening of your movie.

I miss seeing movies in theaters. My kids are old enough to experience them this way now and we rarely get out. Great theater. Clean, good vibe and great quality seating, screen and sound. Nothing better than the smell of a movie theater, leather seats, popcorn.

I have been here a few times and it is a big theater! They have plenty of screens for different movies and multiple showings of a particular movie. They also have the luxury lounger seats and the DBox seats. I believe that is what they're both called. If you live in the area or are looking to see a particular movie, check this place out!

Saw Paw Patrol movie on October 3rd, 2023. It was my boys first time going to the movie theater and I haven't been there since 2013. It was nice and my boys 10,9,7 years old did good.

I love the theater, but wish popcorn and an Icee didn't cost as much as the tickets. They used to have the m&m mini kids box and don't have it anymore! Please bring it back!

Wonderful stadium seating makes for no bad seats. Food is always fresh! They have Pizza Hut pizza, mozzarella sticks, hot dogs, hot chocolate chip cookies... There's something for everyone!! The staff has great customer service and they always help us super fast! Molly was a rockstar last night, thanks for all your help with everything we ordered!!

They clean the seats used during the prior movie. I ordered my popcorn ahead when I paid for my ticket & it was brought to my seat once I was checked in & situated in my seat. By the way Kinky Boots the Musical was awesome!

Theater is great. They automatically leave 2 empty seats on either side of where you purchase for protection. Theater was almost empty anyways through the week.

I freaking love this place! The seats are super comfortable and it's a really nice theater. The people that work there are awesome and nice. And I love being a Rewards member because it gets me free movies, I can collect points towards other things, and I think 20% off on my snacks. Right now they're doing $5 tubs of popcorn which is a great deal because you can still get 20% off of that if you're a Rewards member.

We went to a rented room party to watch Croods 2. Everyone enjoyed it, kids don't have to worry about being quiet or staying still you have a whole theater to sit wherever you want. Would definently recommend even if your not worried about Covid.
