This is my first time at this location. I think the food prices were on par with a restaurant of this caliber. The food itself was good and well presented. The restaurant was clean. The only reason I did not give this restaurant a 5-star rating is because the person serving us did not understand English. We had to call someone else over in order to make sure our food was ordered properly. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with anyone who is not American or who does not speak English. I just think that in the situation where you are serving the public you should make sure that your staff can communicate well. I would recommend going to this place if you want some real Mexican food.

I like Palenque. There servers are good and fun. The food never disappoints and tastes fresh. They are good with people having disabilities as the floor is nice and flat. Plus they immediately paid attention to the fact that one of our party needed a table rather than a booth. Good times.

El Palenque is delicious. The food is consistently delicious. Some nights are busier than others. On Mondays, they have 99 cent tacos and $2.99 margaritas, so it can be a bit crowded. It's worth it, though. The staff is courteous and nice. I've never had a bad experience here and eat here on about a weekly basis.

Chips and salsa to start were good. Had a blue razzberry margarita and spicy pineapple margarita. Both were excellent! Enjoyed a steak grilled stuff spicy burrito topped with chorizo! Stay away from the Mexican water though.

I have been coming here for years. The food is always delicious! I've never had a bad waiter/waitress. Even this particular trip. We got there about a half hour before closing. The hostess still sat us with a smile. Our waitress didn't try and make us feel rushed to order, eat nor leave. I brought my friend with me and he had never been there before. He said, "This menu looks amazing!" while trying to decide what he wanted. He went to the appetizer sample platter, so he could try and few different things. I always get the same thing, the chimichanga dinner. I don't come here often enough to be sick of it yet. Lol It's always makes me happy. 😁🥰 The restaurant was clean and organized. I didn't use the restaurant on this trip, but it's always been clean in the past.

Fast service, but I ordered the Enchiladas and I got a plate that had big chunks of pork on top of the wraps the meat should have been in... It still was good but not looking like there supposed to...

Delicious food, fast service, great music. Go enjoy.

The food is consistently good. The service is always great. The food comes out super fast as well! Huge portions. A local favorite.

My first time here. I loved the place. Great atmosphere, the waitress was attentive and the food was very tasy. I had shrimp enchiladas and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. I also had my first margarita EVER. I can't compare it to others, but I found it very tasty and refreshing. When I got the bill, I was quite surprised at how reasonable it was. I will be coming back.

Best Mexican restaurant in the Cleveland area! The food is great and there are some awesome lunch menu deals and daily specials. Me and my wife come every taco Monday get 2 tacos, and margarita each and we spend about 12 dollars on 2 adult meals. In addition to the great price the food is genuinely great. WE LOVE PALENQUE!!!

My order was all wrong. No cheese on my tacos and I asked for 1 hard shell and received all soft. She repeated the order multiple times so its disappointing to have the order messed up.
