First off, the ring I received from Jewelry By Johan is absolutely stunning! The craftsmanship is unbelievable. It is everything I wanted and more. Secondly, JBJ's customer service is phenomenal. It can be a little distressing purchasing a wedding band entirely online, but JBJ's customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a ton of questions, and they answered them all quickly and politely. The quality of the meteorite band I went with blew me away. It's even more beautiful in person. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend to anyone 10/10.

Update 11/23: Our wedding rings have fallen apart. I have had to completely replace my husband ring and buy a new one as the original I placed on his finger fell apart. An extra $500 I had to spend. Chunks of the blue mineral fell out. My ring has lost all the gold flakes out of it. Jewelry By Johan makes a beautiful product but it doesn’t last! I received these rings in 2021 didn’t even make 5 months with my husband ring before replacement and mine shortly after. I’m so sad that their product isn’t worth the price they charge! We are extremely happy with service and quality of our rings! From the selection to the ordering process to receiving was easy and well thought out! We will enjoy our rings forever!

I finally received my ring after about 5-6 weeks after ordering! I had the ring custom made in titanium, rose gold inlay, and gibeon meteorite. This company has the most responsive and nicest customer service I have come across. I spent weeks searching for a company to make my meteorite wedding ring and I am so happy I chose Jewelry By Johan to take on the task. The craftsmanship is just unrivaled. I really like how you can order exact plastic ring sizers from them after ordering your ring so that you can guarantee your ring will come in a perfect fit. Thank you! I cannot say enough good things about this store. I purchased a custom wedding ring for my husband and he was obsessed with it. He ended up losing a lot of weight and it became too big. I purchased two more from them recently and, unfortunately, they were still too big. They let me return them and issued a refund without hesitation. I have since ordered another ring from them and my husband is thrilled. They are super responsive and easy to work with.

My beautiful wife found my wedding band here. It is very unique and gorgeous. I am very hard on my hands and unfortunately damaged the ring. JBJ is a wonderful company with amazing products and staff. My wife got me a dinosaur bone and meteorite ring for our wedding, and I was always careful with it because I knew it was fragile. Then one day it slipped out of my hand and the dinosaur bone chipped off in multiple places. JBJ offered to replace the full dinosaur bone with crushed bone and a protective sealant. Their staff was helpful with all of my questions, and the ring looks amazing.

Ordered my wedding ring and a pair of cufflinks from here and the style/quality is fantastic. Their support team was very responsive and helpful walking me through the process and turning things around quickly. Would definitely order from here again!

I was a little hesitant to get a ring online without seeing the ring first, but my fiancé really wanted a unique ring and it had to have meteorite. I am glad I found JBJ while browsing through the internet. My fiancé wanted a tungsten with a green line on the ring. When I first saw the meteorite men’s wedding band with green wood, I know it’s the one I wanted to get him and he likes the design too. The customer service was excellent. They reply fast and the ring came sooner than expected. We love the ring and I like that it looks like silver even though it is a tungsten. We had to return it to be engraved since the material is tungsten and we got the ring back less than a week. Overall, JBJ went beyond my expectation and I am happy with my purchase.

I am completely dissatisfied with the experience overall with this company and regret ever purchasing a wedding ring from them. They first told us that the ring would arrive prior to our wedding, and then weeks later stated that it will no longer arrive in time (it took 6 weeks to arrive). Not only that but I am always a size 9 and the ring is too big. They are now telling me that I have to pay a 35% remake fee for the ring. The ring itself is well made and I’m happy with the way it turned out, however the jewelry business has extremely high mark ups and the company could still remake another ring without taking a loss. Customer service goes a long way, and I’m not happy with the service.

The JBJ team did a phenomenal job with my custom engagement ring! I came to them with a vision and it is better than I ever expected! My fiancé proposed with elk ivories (elk teeth) from our first elk hunt together and requested that I design a ring that incorporates them. It was difficult to find a company that WOULD design a ring with he ivories but JBJ was excited to include the material in the ring! Myself and the JBJ team went back and forth until we reached the final design. Everyone was fantastic to work with. I was able to incorporate some of my fiancés grandmas diamonds and wood in the ring as well. They also helped me design a band for my fiancé that also included the ivories as well as the same wood types in my ring. Overall, my experience working with JBJ was great, I would recommend anyone to them!

Great experience, professional staff that make you feel like they care about offering you the best service they can. Was provided with photo samples to choose from since we were buying a wedding set. Experienced no delays and recieved our rings on the day we were told they expected to be able to ship. The rings were stunning. The opal is such a beautiful sparkly rainbow, no picture or videos could render it justice. Brought a tear to my eye. Now we have a little piece of what was (gembone) and what will never cease to be (meteorite/Universe), wrapped around our fingers. I love my ring so much I'm getting all wordsy with strangers now. ***Just as a side note for people who get excited like me and don't take time to read their website in the right order before they start the whole process... I didn't know the order of the steps by which to begin the whole process so I ended up "wasting money" (by my own fault) ordering a bunch of sizers for nothing before we decided on what was the right size. I would recommend first getting sized at a jeweler, then buying your ring(s) with an unknown size, then ordering the sizer rings and try them for a few days then confirming size with them. Going into the purchasing process, I had little idea of what I wanted in a wedding ring, and so I did a lot of searching online at a variety of stores. Despite a long list of rings I liked, I kept being drawn back to the rings at Jewelry by Johan (and in particular one ring at Jewelry by Johan). I really appreciated the craftsmanship and creativity the rings demonstrated, and found them to be both very unique and very beautiful. I settled on a three-ring band which consisted of meteorite, dinosaur bone, and turquoise (as well as customized engraving with our names and wedding date). Despite ordering at a distance (Jewelry by Johan is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota and I am in Canada), the process was easy and smooth. Upon ordering online, a customer service representative emailed me to present two different options for the dinosaur bone pattern options (one was lighter and one was darker), as well as to confirm my ring size. There was a high-level of care and communication following the order, and the delivery was as expected, about one-month after ordering. I love the ring very much, and it turned out even better than expected. Given its uniqueness, I often find people asking me about it, and it is a lot of fun sharing what it is made of - the dinosaur bone always delights!

I bought my husband's wedding ring through them 5 years ago and we've been very happy with it! After 5 years of wear, the outer coating had become a bit scratched, so I sent it back in and they refinished it in a few weeks and it just arrived back looking brand new! The product and customer service is top notch. I'm a wedding planner and send lots of my clients to JBJ for this reason. :)

I worked with Jewelry by Johan to get a custom memorial ring created. I have taken a few photos of the ring, but they just don't do the finished product justice! It's absolutely beautiful! I can add that the customer service team is top notch, the post office misplaced my ring and the JBJ team right stepped in. They were working with the local post office personnel by the end of the first day it was missing and they gave me daily updates. I'm so glad I worked with them, the end result is nothing less than a statement piece of jewelry!

I wanted to thank the staff at Jewelry By Johan so much for restoring my husband's wedding ring to its original condition. We purchased a wooden wedding ring 10 years ago and it had lost its coating over time but I was able to return this from the UK to the USA for an assessment. Upon it's return we could not have been happier. His ring looks like new and he is absolutely thrilled to have it back looking as wonderful as it did 10 years ago. What a fantastic service you offer. Our ring was recoated with no charge as part of the life time service and our only costs involved was the postage to send it back for assessment from the UK.
