The owners are very rude and conceited. Right when you walk in, they look at you like you don’t have any money for their gold. I think the owners need to work on their customers service and not have such a high ego. Their gold are best price around town but their attitude and disrespect towards customers will probably lose buyers.

Currently the best place to get your jewelry in MN. Some of these reviews make me laugh. Go in there with respect & they will respect you. They did amazing work on my mom custom necklace & matching bracelets. Also on my brother custom length necklace. When I went in there during a weekday they were great with answering my questions & made sure I like my length to match my current necklace. Definitely will be coming by more often. This is decent jewelry store. I understand everyone is going through their own rough days. Also customer questioning about returning or exchange. One service drop its pen down as if it doesn’t want to hear about questioning returning or exchange. Look I understand everyone have it’s own set of rules. But please even if ask about returning or exchange. Fake it or kindly use words and smile expression to explain to customers. I’m not saying that all employees are all the same. Just this certain one. Other than that I well still come back to this jewelry store. Not to cause commotion, but to see it’s improvement future. I don’t care if it’s Vietnamese, Cambodia, Thai, or different nationalities. As long it give me another variety I’m ok with it. I hope every customer or everyone out there understand of shortage of staff. Please be patient with these small businesses. If ones mind complain go to a different store otherwise come another days.
