Haven't eaten all day and was so excited to get a pizza, however didn't receive it due to it going to the wrong address and wasted $35. Don't waste your money here, they send pizzas to the wrong address so you'll never receive it and waste money. I called them after they stated they delivered it and they did nothing but say I should drive 40 minutes to the wrong address to get my own pizza that's now cold. Never buying from Big Daddies again. Thanks for the experience. Sticking with Dominos.

Pretty bad pizza. If you're gonna go cheap and low quality, might as well go to with a $5 takeout. The white pizza is pretty terrible (hardly resembles a white pizza at all...). The cinnamon dessert is atleast edible. Both were super greasy, and the a bit stale. Would not recommend. Not worth it, even with free door dash delivery.

I ordered a pizza and jalapeño poppers last weekend to be delivered at a location 5 min away from the 700 E shop. I spent $60 (gave a nice tip since it was the holiday) and never received my food. Other people who were staying where I was placed an order 20 minutes after I placed mine and received their food on time. I called 4 different times that night (throughout a 2.5 hour time period) trying to figure out where my food was and was told each time that it was "10 minutes away - don't worry". The last time I called the worker who answered took down my phone number and they told me they would call me when they tracked down the driver who had my order and would let me know when they were close. I asked if I could cancel my order and get my money back, and the worker told me "no need, you will get your food - but if not we will make sure to refund you". I never got any call from anyone. I never got my food. I've called several times since then to figure out what happened and have been placed on hold, hung up on, and transferred multiple times, and still have not been refunded or given any info. The worst part is I just really still want my pizza and poppers.

Extremely disappointed in Big Daddy's service. We ordered online from its Salt Lake City Downtown location for pickup. Our credit card was charged and we received an email confirmation. When we went to the store to pick it up the store was closed. We then attempted to contact Big Daddy's and were placed on an extended hold. Twenty minutes later we we finally get a live person but it quickly become clear it an call center operator. He in forms us the downtown location was in the process of moving and the store was closed. Ok, but where is our pizza? The call center person has no clue and suggest we call the South Salt Lake location. Fair enough, we are game. We make the call to number with a Salt Lake area code and once again get placed on hold for what feels like forever before our call is answered by another call center operator. We explain the situation only to be told once again the downtown store is closed. But Big Daddy's took our money, sent us a confirmation email, so where is our pizza we ask. The call center guy has no clue and tells us he will transfer our call to someone who does. He doesn't. Instead we are placed in an endless loop in which the phone rings, and rings, and rings, before we are placed on hold again. We can live with mix up with orders. It happens, and things have to be worked out. But apparently Big Daddy's has made it impossible to speak with someone who is actually on site and who might possibly have a clue on who to resolve the problem. We will never order from Big Daddy's again. Too many good local pizza places to put up with this ineptitude.

Dont order when delivering through slice. My order was charged. Didnt get delivered. And to top it off I had to call three locations to track down who the online website ordered my order through. Then had to argue with a manager that my order was actually placed and wait on hold for 10 minutes til they tracked it down through the slice database. 2 to 3 day wait for refund... Worst experience with big daddys so far.

Don’t order late night. They sub contract out to non domestic call center and door dash drivers. If it’s after 10:00 pm expect a 2.5 hour delivery time. No discount for late pizza. Sub par quality. Wanted to support local. But these guys are far from local.

Birthday pizza party bought five different pizzas and garlic bread, everyone enjoyed it customer service was excellent.

My boss decided at 10:15 am that he was gonna buy pizza for the shop. I looked at who was open. Love me some Big Daddy's so I started putting in my order. At 10:45 I finally had our giant order placed. 10 minutes later I got a call from a nice gentleman at the pizza place - we fixed an issue with the card (our issue not the pizza places) and the boxes and boxes of pizza arrived 2 minutes before schedule and everyone LOVED it. Happy to say we ordered just a tiny bit too much and I'm eating it again!! Will order again. :)

Horrible service. We didn't get our pizza, hot wings or liter of Pepsi. My order was delivered to the wrong address. The driver blamed me for me giving the wrong address. I screenshot the delivery order, it was the same address he said he delivered to. He was supposed to ring my doorbell and knock on the door, didn't happen. My money had better be refunded. I won't order from big daddy's again there are other pizza joints in town.

Delivery was a bit late but the pizza was hot and delicious when it arrived! I truly appreciate Big Daddy’s supplying plates and parm cheese when delivering to hotels. They are my go-to restaurant when I stay in SLC!

I saw the review four months ago that people were getting charged on their card and orders not being placed I called placed an order the card was supposedly decline, they transferred me to the actual Big Daddy location my card was charged and they helped me out but I noticed that my other card was still charged after the person over the phone told me that it wasn't going through so I got charged twice for one order. Still waiting on my delivery Pizza better be worth it getting charged twice. Disappointed 😞😞 .. update**so we got the pizza within a decent time frame. Asked the driver "who's taking your guy's orders cause I got charged twice he said that when he gets back he'll check to see if I got charged twice they'll refund me back." Took a first bite. Nomnomnom Soo Worth it.

The pizza quality is not bad but the store is so old and dirty. Moreover the kitchen is not in the sight so you cannot make sure that the same dirt exist inside the kitchen and stuff there or not.

had an issue with their website charging me but not sending the order to the actual store. called in and spoke with an employee named Trey over the phone, super helpful and patient while we sorted things out. will definitely be ordering again in the future, but sticking to calling it in!

My favorite late night pizza. Mozzarella sticks paired with the marinara is amazing, I always get the franks buffalo chicken pizza, always made fresh. The chicken is always juicy which is rare for most pizza places.

I ordered a pizza on Thanksgiving night and first off thank goodness they were open, but second the food was so packed with flavor and it wasn't rushed which is something I expected considering the day. Within half an hour I had my order and could not be more satisfied. Thank you.

1100% Five stars pizza and service! If I can give one more star I will. It was a sensational, excellent and fantastic experience at this restaurant! The Pizza was interesting, it gives you new combinations to your mouth. It was totally worth it to pay for the price.We are coming back soon!Highly recommended.

The ONLY positive of big daddy pizza is the late hours of operation. The crust is good, but the toppings are almost non existent. I ask for three toppings and saw bits and pieces of two. Thankful it's end of season of concerts at work that I won't be needing a pizza late night.

Absolute worst. Lies on lies. Pizza never came. Employees kept hanging up on me. When half the order did come it was ice cold. Order was over $200. When I went into the store they played dumb. Scammy.

They make a good Pizza pie, but it is pricey and most of the employees need cleaned up there appearance (haircuts, washed, if you saw them on the street you would think them transient or drug addict) congratulations on working for a living but need to work on their appearance some. Makes people think twice about eating there!

Just a regular local pizza joint. It's good for cheap local pizza, better than pizza hut or dominos, anyway. The ribs and pizza and sticks are good enough, they're open late and deliver. Do not order the jalapeno poppers, they're good when they're cooked and crispy, but usually, they're hot but pasty and soft, like they came from the microwave instead of the oven. Other than the poppers though, it's pretty good 'zza.

Ordered some pizza and wings they never showed.. sucks too I liked them but I called and called never got an answer. Wish I had a better review but nothing more I can say. Edit Ok they finally showed up after an hour and a half. I figured they wouldn’t so I ordered food from some where else.. then they showed up not really pleased.
