Extremely
disappointed
in
Big
Daddy's
service.
We
ordered
online
from
its
Salt
Lake
City
Downtown
location
for
pickup.
Our
credit
card
was
charged
and
we
received
an
email
confirmation.
When
we
went
to
the
store
to
pick
it
up
the
store
was
closed.
We
then
attempted
to
contact
Big
Daddy's
and
were
placed
on
an
extended
hold.
Twenty
minutes
later
we
we
finally
get
a
live
person
but
it
quickly
become
clear
it
an
call
center
operator.
He
in
forms
us
the
downtown
location
was
in
the
process
of
moving
and
the
store
was
closed.
Ok,
but
where
is
our
pizza?
The
call
center
person
has
no
clue
and
suggest
we
call
the
South
Salt
Lake
location.
Fair
enough,
we
are
game.
We
make
the
call
to
number
with
a
Salt
Lake
area
code
and
once
again
get
placed
on
hold
for
what
feels
like
forever
before
our
call
is
answered
by
another
call
center
operator.
We
explain
the
situation
only
to
be
told
once
again
the
downtown
store
is
closed.
But
Big
Daddy's
took
our
money,
sent
us
a
confirmation
email,
so
where
is
our
pizza
we
ask.
The
call
center
guy
has
no
clue
and
tells
us
he
will
transfer
our
call
to
someone
who
does.
He
doesn't.
Instead
we
are
placed
in
an
endless
loop
in
which
the
phone
rings,
and
rings,
and
rings,
before
we
are
placed
on
hold
again.
We
can
live
with
mix
up
with
orders.
It
happens,
and
things
have
to
be
worked
out.
But
apparently
Big
Daddy's
has
made
it
impossible
to
speak
with
someone
who
is
actually
on
site
and
who
might
possibly
have
a
clue
on
who
to
resolve
the
problem.
We
will
never
order
from
Big
Daddy's
again.
Too
many
good
local
pizza
places
to
put
up
with
this
ineptitude.
