As a native Mexican, these are the best chilaquiles I've had in San Francisco. A little spicy but great. I really liked que Horchata latte also.

Super cute and low key restaurant with some of the best chicken mole chilaquiles you’ll ever have. Incredibly friendly and very fast service. What a great place to come for brunch or lunch after a walk or other activity in Golden Gate Park, just a short walk away. Grab a seat outside after ordering inside. Pace yourself while eating since the food is so delicious. Tab came to about 20$ including tip.

Ordered the $16 breakfast burrito, came out to around 20 after tax and tip. Flavor is alright but for the price you should be getting something twice as big. The chorizo and bacon must come from truffle fed pigs from the queen’s farmyard. Nature valley bar for scale.

Tried the breakfast burrito; it was not bad. Not spicy at all & a bit more $ than other nearby places, which seems odd considering the side street it is on which I would think would have a low rent for the space. It had good breakfast meats and it is nice that they have a breakfast burrito with potatoes instead of rice. I feel like it would have been better with more egg. I am someone who likes egg as a primary breakfast protein with meat as the side. If I go back, I will try asking for it to be made a little spicy.

This place is delicious 😋 if you’re looking for a chill spot that offers some thing different than your traditional sf cafe, this is it!

Came here after a yoga class and enjoyed how quick the service was here! Good: - Solid breakfast burrito - the portion sizes were great here and I feel like I got a great meal for great value too - Felt like everything was made fresh - Horchata here was super tasty and refreshing too Bad: - Not the cleanest place, it felt like it was a little janky but also very local and authentic - The seats weren't super comfortable here either Overall this place was a nice find post-workout, but not sure if I'd come again.

I wish I came to Manitas here earlier! It’s a true mom n pop gem. I ordered the calabazas a la mexicana special and horchata. The zucchini and beans were perfectly seasoned. The horchata was divine.

Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Overall: A good place for a quick bite. Would I come back: If I'm in the area yep! The extended review: Food: California Bear-rito - 4/5 - OK...so not your typical burrito considering there are fries in it. For me it was perfect. Meat, fries, and guac...it's the perfect combination. Service: 4/5 - Friendly service. Ambiance: 4/5 - Some indoor seating and outdoor seating and some very colorful art hanging throughout.

Their breakfast burrito is one of the best I've ever had. Delicious! Ambiance is quaint, super cheerful, and cozy. On a nice sunny late morning, I can see myself hanging out here with a good book or light computer work. The restaurant has a very neighborhood restaurant/cafe vibe to it. Will be going back for sure.

Beautiful local cafe, friendly hard working staff, beautiful ambience and interior from or related to El Salvador. I had a breakfast burrito and it was very good! I will come back again. We must support these local cafes with great service and food items !

So glad I found this spot ❤️. My friend and I were there on a Sunday around 10am. Although the place is small there were plenty of spots to sit down and the service was quick. Parking was also easy to find in the same block. For breakfast We had the chilaquiles and huevos rancheros. They were both pretty good. Drip coffee is ok, the latte was better. I will definitely come back to try the pozole, arepas and pupusas. This place is dog friendly 🐶

My colleague and I really enjoyed going here for a late lunch in a nice neighborhood a few blocks from the University of San Francisco. I had a scrumptious Chilaqueles plate, and my friends had Huevos Rancheros that he said was fantastic too. Yes, there offer their breakfast selections all day. The rest of the large menu looks great, and I can't wait to try more of it. Manitas offers a pleasing combination of indoor and outdoor seating in a clean, colorful, and tasteful setting. Service struck me as friendly but efficient, and everything from the tables to plating to the plates themselves was pleasing to the eye. I found the quality and quantity to be well worth the pricing (which does, for my budget, make Manitas more of a treat than a daily).

The soup was just right spicy, and the beef and rice were 6yo-approved. Nice calm place for a quick lunch and an occasional mimosa.
