Today I had gone to the leasing office to pick up a guest parking pass for my guest. There was a sign that said they weren’t available till after 3PM. I wasn’t going to have my guest park in a spot without a pass so I parked in the guest spot while they parked in mine. At least I have my parking permit so they would know I’m a resident, right? Nope! New management has their security stick an obnoxiously big and orange tow warning sticker on my window. Now I have to spend so much time peeling off this ridiculous sticker that leaves horrid residue on your window. You know I’m a resident here. You could call or come to my unit. If you’d like us to comply with guest passes, be available. Also I learned that they have registered sex offenders in our complex. One is by our community pool.

This place is a trash heap. Ever since I moved in a few months ago there’s been nonstop issues. Water heater broken and causing leaks and water damage, hot water doesn’t last after ten minutes even with a new heater, stove busted, mold infestation, stinks of mildew, rats everywhere, list goes on. Walls are paper thin and can hear everything. Dryers barely dry your clothes so you have to constantly dump money into the machines. Oh and they don’t tell you about the $75~ processing fee when you pay your bills online. Running for the hills after my lease is up.

Crystal springs it’s from far the worst place that I ever have lived in my life! They have the most useless management The units are very old, making the walls thin as paper and I have te most disrespectful neighbors. Now it’s 3:49 in the morning and I am writing this review after been awake by their noise. What is happening for the last few months. Every next morning I have to right an email to the manager who give them a friendly call that they don’t care. This is becoming a health issue once I can’t sleep well, I am becoming stressed and anxious, my work productivity it’s down once I have to wake up 6 Am to work every day. Do not live here!

I have been living here for 2 years. I have a great apartment in a very nice complex. The new management is working really hard to make a neighborhood culture by offering several events. Yesterday was a nice brunch event where they served croissant sandwiches and excellent pastries. Kudos to them!

Almost a month and everything seems in order! I just relocated from out of state and to this specific property few weeks back. (Mid June '23) I have been mainly looking for something with a good location and good space. Facilities convenience came next. Most of all, I preferred a welcoming office. And in this particular regard, I have to thank Mary for pulling off a lot of support that sealed the deal for me.. The attitude generally in this region is that everything is in high demand and units will be rented, so many offices don't really care on following up or use a robot to email you instead. I have reached to other promethus properties as well while looking, and they were on average okay and more caring than other companies I would say. This area is close to the airport so you have to be aware that planes passing by is the norm. I honestly think this is a plus for me :)) I can't really state anything about safety or noise as of now, but again everything has been smooth by far. Facilities like the gym, pools, laundry, etc has been decent. It's an old construction, so that has its pros and cons like everything else. If you come across of this place for living just make sure to weigh your tolerance of things like old buildings and such. I hope my review will stay positive moving forward, and the office gets a tad more sorted in business Oh beware, spiders and webs are all around, but it's not a deserted place 😁 -- update1: post first 4 months here. I find guest parking completely ridiculous. Very limited, and now with maintenance blocking tenant parking even worse. I am typically embarrassed to ask guests to come over to my place. Parking outside the complex is much harder and expect long walks

Friendly neighbors and property management staff. Love that it's close to a park, which makes for beautiful long walks with my dog. My only complaint is that it's occasionally noisy on weekends, and there's some jackhole who lights off fireworks on the overpass nearby, but otherwise a nice place to be.

So far so great! I've lived a few places before and a huge plus for me is a friendly community. The staff has been great, Mary especially helped me with the tour, getting a good deal and answering all my questions. Overall I also really like the location, the size, and the price is pretty good as well. It's the end of summer but it doesn't get too hot inside which is also nice, maybe you'd buy a fan if you're picky. The only true downside is no in-unit washer and dryer but there are plenty around so it's a short walk. I haven't yet tried all the amenities, but I did like the fitness center and walked by the pool which I definitely plan on using soon!

After apartment shopping for a couple of weeks, I was so happy to find Crystal Springs Terrace. The construction is a little older but makes up for it with tons of charm & space! The complex is well-maintained, has a newly renovated clubhouse and most importantly, it feels SAFE. The leasing team is always helpful (Amanda W. really goes the extra mile for neighbors). Highly recommended taking a tour because the value you get here is the best! + P.S. use my name as a referral so we both get a bonus 😉

Our place is lovely! We have a good view, the proximity to the park is essential for our dog and its secluded enough to feel homey. Trash is collected often and washers/dryers are close.
