Plenty of trampolines and the kids had a great time. 2 hour slot was plenty time and didn't feel like we missed out on anything on offer. Staff were really good with the kids too, don't know the crew members name but he was doing tricks and flips the kids loved watching, and he was great when my son tried (kind of) to copy. Happy to recommend.

Kids loved it . Not too crowded and the admission included a hot dog and drink . Only down side was £2 for small bottle of diet coke and £2.50 for a pair of socks !!!

Kids really enjoyed. Good value compared to other similar parks. £8 for am hours bounce, hot dog and and slush. Attentive staff and plenty of seating in the cafe for us less energetic adults to relax with a coffee and cake.

If I could zero star I would...no disabled access to facilities (apparently it's too expensive) cafe awful...staff to busy talking to each other to actually supervise and ensure people are sticking to their health and safety rules....the place is filthy, so glad we bought socks before going as it meant we could change into a clean pair afterwards...and they advertise 2 hours for the price of 1 then kick you off after an hour and imply your obviously incapable of reading! Wouldnt go back...and I never give bad reviews...I would rather just not review normally but this place was dreadful...and so want to warn others...

The staff are great. The entire place is immaculate. The food I personally think is expensive but then I think that this is the case most places these days. The kids love it tho Would definitely recommend 😀

Hmmmmm. Management REALLY needs to keep a closer eye on some of your staff!! I noticed some staff not doing there jobs properly, being lazy, sitting, hiding behind the coffee counter on their mobiles!! Ok, we all know how hard it is to get and keep staff nowadays but perhaps with better training, good management, this may shine!! Also whomever is responsible for cleaning toilets, my god... I wanted to vomit as I walked by to go up stairs!! You have to keep on top of that, especially at busy times and not half arsed attempts at cleaning!!!! Again, this is down to training, management.

For a active kid there isn't anywhere better. A whole warehouse full of trampolines and pits full of foam rubber to jump into. Properly supervised you can leave your kids and have a coffee in the café, maybe even watch them from the balcony. I've knocked a point off because getting there by public transport isn't that easy and the car park is too small and the spaces a bit narrow.

Although the kids enjoyed the experience the whole visit has been ruined something as simple as a pot of tea for 2, an item shown as £3.90 then charged at £4.80. The excuse was that the item was not in their system and hadn't been for sometime. Asked to see the manager and was asked if I could go to him as it was busy. I wonder how many other people had been caught in a similar fashion. Customer service was sadly lacking. They are an expensive treat for the kids in a competitive market but then to obviously overcharge is ridiculous.

I have been coming to Super Tramps with my 4 year olds twins since they were 2 and they love it (so much so that they had their 3rd birthday there)! The variety of the sessions for younger ones is really good. The staff are always friendly and keep an eager eye out on those double bouncers (something which you worry about when there is a mix of younger and older children). The bounce session that includes a hot dog and a slush is a firm favourite of ours!

The park staff are amazing and have been with my kids at every visit however seen a new member of staff today and that has changed. Don’t no who he is however the new bald member of staff is so rude and unprofessional if he speaks to my children the way he speaks to adults I will not return

We come here to let our twin girls let off some steam when the weather is very inclement, however some adults and their kids that come here should come with a government warning, complete poison, aggressive to other users and parents, one of my daughters was kicked in the chest and the child that done it couldn't have cared and constantly berated my daughter and tried to laugh at me about it, I did report it to a member of staff and give them there due they did sort it out, only for a bit, was very disappointed as other staff members couldn't give a monkeys about anything around them and they look totally fed up being there. I get that kids get excited and over zealous with other kids but when you see out and out bullying and aggressive behaviour not just from kids but adults then something needs to be addressed with the staff and they need to start doing their job.

Had my sons party here today, had booked a boomer party for 8 children, on arrival told them that only 5 are showing and I arrived over 40 minutes early with 3 of the children because of match traffic and would be happy with an extra play for the 3 kids and some pizzas & ice-cream etc instead of a refund for the 3 missing children which they were happy to accommodate without issue. The party room was nicely decorated as was the reserved seating area in the cafe The kids had a good time and the boys on shift were excellent and couldn't be more helpful. Though the only issue I had is the party host didn't really do much to host at all. As much as she was polite when we asked questions, my general experience of a party host is usually energetic and interacting with the kids which she did none of and spent 95% of the time behind the till with other customers. She just seemed really uninterested in hosting the party or that she was too busy. We were pretty much left to entertain the kids ourselves when the boomer party includes a dedicated party host who played games etc with the children it is slightly disappointing. It's only a small niggle but I think it could of added more to the experience of the party and would make it feel that bit more special for the kids.

Very good place to improve and learn skills. Often very crowded. More constant monitoring needed on the performance trampolines as I worry about dropping from the top incase somebody runs into the trampoline again

Had my son’s birthday here last Saturday and the kids had a fab time. Our host Mark is great, set up our room and kids’ food. With refreshments, he even managed to get forks for food we bought for the parents. It was a really busy time so understandable that we don’t have a table at the cafe. My son loves his stuffed animal and will defo come back again.

Supertramp Trampoline Park Review Supertramp Trampoline Park is a great place to have fun and get some exercise for all ages. The park has a variety of trampolines, including a dodgeball section, basketball hoops, and an airbag for tricks. There is also a lovely coffee shop where you can relax and watch your kids jump. The staff at Supertramp are friendly and helpful, and they make sure that everyone is safe and having a good time. The park is clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is in good condition. I highly recommend Supertramp Trampoline Park to anyone looking for a fun and active day out. Here are some of the things I liked most about the park: Variety of trampolines: There are trampolines for all ages and skill levels at Supertramp. Whether you want to bounce around for fun or try some tricks, there is a trampoline for you. Dodgeball and basketball: The dodgeball and basketball sections are a great way to add some competition to your trampoline experience. Airbag for tricks: The airbag is a great place to try new tricks without having to worry about getting hurt. Lovely coffee shop: The coffee shop is a great place to relax and watch your kids jump. The coffee is good, and there is also a selection of snacks available. Overall, I had a great experience at Supertramp Trampoline Park. The staff were friendly and helpful, the park was clean and well-maintained, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a fun and active day out.

Ladies toilets certainly need cleaning no toilet rolls.lock on door broke...all toilets full with paper...floors dirty... It was freezing in there....

Trampolining is great , cafe is abit over priced. Toilets both male and female are absolutely disgusting, toilets out of order leaking sinks with puddles on the floor and the smell is so bad. Would of been about a 4 if not for the toilets especially you've got kids running in with just trampoline socks on then going back onto the trampolines

Well , kids have a fun , but... my daughter have Birthday party, nothing was ready when we come.10minuts That long we waiting for socks and hand bands, so kids lost 5mins from fun. But we been there 15mins before. When we ask about drink , they said 5mins, nobody come with it. I also have problem with reservation. We want booking on the place , they said its problem with booking page, so they will contact me on email. I back home , email come straight after. About 1week before party , I email them for add more kids, write kids name. No answer for 2days, so I go there one more time. They can't do it on till. We will email you , or phone. I waiting 2days, few emails. I call them , then all been sorted. I think staff no really bother, they just doing minimum. No smile , nothing. It's good place , for weekend fun but not for party !!!

We recently attended the sen Halloween party and found the event amazing. The staff were very welcoming and they made our time at the party very enjoyable. Lots of games and things to do for all ages and abilities. I have found this place one of a few which are actually very inclusive and accommodating and we will definitely be making more trips to their dedicated sen sessions. Thank you
